Hall’s gets an A+ across the board. Very good communication, extremely friendly on the phone and in person, my part was pulled and waiting for me as promised, they helped me load transmission into my wagon. Very pleasant experience!
You can trust these guys! My father purchased a mini-van from Hall's and within 1 month, he received a $6000 bill from a transmission shop for a transmission rebuild. I went back to Hall's to tell them and they were very empathetic and professional. They told me to bring the van back and within 1 week, the van was fixed. They only charged my Dad for labor! It certainly saved my Dad a lot of money. Take it from me, this is a reputable company.
