I called J&M to find information about junking my old Nissan Pathfinder and they had a tow truck driver at my house within two hours to pickup the vehicle and it was a no-hassle process. I highly recommend J&M, and would use them again in a second.
Called an made an appointment to have car picked up and agreed on price (with picture of car and miles in current condition)(it runs and drives aswell), blew me off twice and showed up 5 days later.. then lowballed me less then half the price we had agreed on. Questioned my identity then Made me clean out anything left in the car. I let them take it purely because I was sick of waiting. Would recommend finding a more professional company. Will not be a return customer.
Leo, the tow truck driver was awesome. Nice guy, friendly, and polite. He has terrific driving skills. Our car was in a tough spot, it was dark, raining and our road is a dead end. He backed the truck in, turning it like it was sedan. With a car on the bed and one on the tow bar, he was able to turn around with little turning room and a narrow exit. I was impressed. I am glad to have met him and wish him well.
