Crew over here is awesome. Very friendly answering any questions you may have. They also help you get the most for your scrap letting you know what to clean up and what isn't worth it. Great prices. The new location right on Allen's avenue is way better.
I thought the people were great, but I didn't negotiate or ask prices, and, in retrospect, I think they gave me less than half of what I could have gotten. Make sure you educate yourself on rates and negotiate a price before you dump your metal.
I got $8 for 8 double piston calipers. Which I usually get $20 a piece for very disappointed.
