Went to multiple body shops locally and was quoted $1500-3500. Mark was extremely knowledgeable, able to get my dent fixed quickly and cost effectively.
I have been with Lindbergh for over 15 years. Their detailing is exceptional as my car always looks like brand new when I get it back. Price is right, too.
This place did take a short cut when installing new bumpers and side skirts (clips also snapped) when I was in the States. Would not recommend to others. Will charge you an arm and leg though.

Linbergh Auto helped me with my 2019 Lexus IS 300. I did a lot of research and knew my Lexus would be in great hands with Lindbergh. They went above and beyond to help me with the front grill and even helped me with other questions I had about my car also. The went above and beyond and did an awesome job with the wax, glaze, and full detail. The owner Mark and Michelle are awesome, helpful, and professional! Five stars for this place: caring, trust, professionalism, adherence to schedule, and kindness. They managed the discussion with the insurance company and with renting a replacement car for me, and things moved smoothly and easily. What seemed to me to be the worst experience turned into a tolerable and even positive experience. The repairs were done perfectly, and more. The car's new license plates were on the back seat for many months out of laziness to replace them with the old one, but when I got the car back I was surprised to see that they installed the new ones for me (which is not their responsibility but highlights the care of the owner). They arranged to return the rental car, and went through all the repairs with me. I highly recommend this place, and I'm not sure there is another quality, family-friendly place like this.
My family has used Lindbergh for all our fender benders for 25+ years. Nothing but good experiences, people are accountable there and they do solid work. Zero issues ever.

WOW- was hit by a car on 95 and their insurance suggested this shop. Can't believe how pleasantly surprised I am! I've come to expect subpar service lately and always seem to get the bare minimum. They repaired my car 3 days ahead of schedule, washed, waxed and detailed as well. Fantastic and made my day!!! I'm not an easy customer sometimes and was very very pleased with their service and professionalism! Kudos to your entire team!!

I brought my car to Lindbergh after my car was hit at a parking lot. There was body damage to front passenger side. From setting the appointment to going in and doing paperwork, etc.... The process was smooth as butter. Mark and his staff did exceptional work and provided exceptional customer service. On top of everything when I picked up my car up they thoroughly cleaned the inside and washed and waxed the outside. My car looked better than when I dropped it off. Lol... Great people and a great company.

Wow-- this was the BEST experience. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful they were--- super kind, helpful, on time. My car had been badly damaged by a tree and it looks brand-new. I hope I wouldn't need them again-- but if ever my car needed attention THIS is the only place I would go. GREAT people.
Lindbergh Auto is the best! Our 2018 Acura ILX was involved in an accident. I called Mark, and he immediately sent a truck to pick up the car. There was a ton of damage, but Mark assured me that it would look like new again and that only factory parts would be used in the repair. He quickly met with the adjuster and handled everything for us. It all ran very smoothly. When we received our car back, it was perfect! Mark made sure everything was restored to pre-accident condition. We could not be happier with our choice to use Lindbergh Auto, and we highly recommend them.
brought my car here after an uninsured driver hit the passenger side head-light, bumper, and tire. they fixed everything very well, and since I had rental coverage on my insurance, they provided a rental vehicle by their sister company, Richardson's Auto. overall good experience, but very very slow experience. I dropped my car off July 1st, and didn't get it back until the first week of August. because I had the rental vehicle I was fine, but if you do not have that option, it would be difficult. they also forgot to reconnect my driver side head lights, which my mechanic found and fixed at no cost, so I didn't make a fuss, but it did contribute to the loss of the two stars. they are very easy to work with though, so I still recommend their shop.
My husband surprised me and scheduled to get my car detailed there since when I was growing up that was the place to see all the beautiful shiny cars & they were also highly recommended. Well let's just say yes I am VERY picky with my car detailing and they did not meet my expectations even when he brought it back to have the door jams cleaned since they didn't do that. They did advise him if i wasn't happy to go back but to me it's like having to send you food back TWICE...yes not happening! I would NOT recommend them for detailing at all! I'm not sure about the body work but detailing is a NO...too bad my husband spent that money there...what a waste of $$. Sorry I give bad & good reviews as well. #nothappy # havetopayforanotherdetailelsewhere
I was in a minor accident where my bumper was cracked up. They replaced it and it looks new. I was given a loaner car while mine was in the shop, they even washed and waxed mine for me. Nice people, great service.
I've worked with Mark over the past 15 years and have always had a great experience with them. They are an approved auto body shop with my insurance company and they work seamlessly with insurance to make the process simple for me. I have always had high end cars and the parts and quality of the labor have been the best.
Mark Lindbergh is a standup guy, as is his entire staff. Their expertise on all makes and models - especially the vintage car projects I tend to bring him - is very hard to find in today's bodyshop environment. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is Lindbergh's stands apart from other Rhode Island bodyshops for its honesty, integrity and high quality of work. I wish I could give them ten stars.
They do excellent work and at a reasonable price i will always give them my buss. And if it takes longer then they siad its ok its done right, and i am happy with the work cant rush a good job..
A few months ago, I brought my car to them. They promised my car within a certain timeframe and three weeks after that timeframe was up, the work was barely started. Every time I asked for an update I was told a few more days or end of the week. Months went by like this. They could have been honest at some point along the way and just told me that the parts were on backorder for a couple of months.
Before I visit this place, I went to couple of other places and they all were trying to rip me off. After talking to Mark, I got an amazing deal on my Toyota Corolla and I am totally impressed with the work they have done on my car. I strongly recommend this place to anyone.
