I have been getting my car serviced here for the last 5 years. The only thing that saddens me is that I recently moved back to Connecticut. I still make the trip back to my friends here...JUST FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! They are the only mechanics that are ALLOWED to touch my vehicle!!

I have been going here forever. They are thee most reputable car repair service anywhere! I have moved away from the bucket but still take the drive there because they are honest fair and knowledgeable

The one thing about this place is they drive your vehicle while it is in their shop. my car went in for a wiper motor. You don't need to test drive it for that. i had a lot of work on different vehicles and they test drove every one of them. plus one time Jimmy gave me a low price and Cat charged me the max. I must say their work was good. My best advise is get a price up front.

My daughter had her car fixed there. Female ownership, and she was terrific, pleasant, and knowledgeable. How refreshing !! Most importantly, the car was fixed, and the price was reasonable. The place is neat and clean, a trait of an organized person.

Always reliable, excellent quality service and prices. They have taken great care of my family w 4 cars , for years! Highly recommend. The owners are so caring and helpful, even short notice emergencies!

I don’t think anyone should trust this place. My cousin got her tires done last year by these people and her tire flew off while she was driving with her dog on the highway- her and her dog could’ve been killed. I made a mistake bringing my car to these people. I asked for the terminals for my battery on my car to be replaced and now I have a broken serpentine belt and I need a new alternator. A $50-60 job turned into a $650 dollar job and possible $1200 because that’s what the receptionist told me over the phone. I have receipts from all the work done on my car- I’m picking up my car from these people. Their days as a company w/o a lawsuit are numbered.

If you're looking for QUALITY work, reliability, and the best staff there is??? Look no further because these guys have it all. My family has taken 2 cars there, both came back perfectly and in a timely manner for the work that was done to them. And they needed a good chunk of work. The cost was great, and the staff are seriously the best people you will ever meet. We dropped off a third car there because we truly trust them. After the third car is done with, I actually plan on bringing my motorcycle to them. I haven't found a shop that I trust with my bike yet, but I feel 100% comfortable with bringing it to them. They really know their stuff. Added a picture of my jeep that they did AMAZING work on. They did SO many things but the transmission swap they did makes it feel like driving a different car now. 10/10 experiences. Highly recommend.

I tried to like this place. Brought my VW beetle there for my wife's window being stuck down. They didn't repair it right and it made a clicking sound when the window would go back up due to a broken spring. They took it back and looked to see why and found the spring issue but then the alternator went, which isn't usually an issue because it was a used car but then they tried charging me over $500 for an alternator that I found myself for $200 probably from the same place, got it myself from battery exchange. $300 mark up on a part? Come on that's just sad. Then to make it worse the check engine light came on very shortly after I brought it home for an evap leak. I never had a check engine light on before and actually had my main mechanic check over the car not even a month before, so it's just very weird to have that happen. Wouldn't trust this place again with the issues I had.

These are nice, friendly people, but I cannot forgive them for putting me in so much danger. I had my tires replaced here and they were not put on properly. The new tires and car pedals began to shake and rattle terribly on a long drive soon after replacement. I had to stop at the nearest shop where I was told I was lucky to have made it to them without tires flying off on the highway. It cost me a ton of money to fix the problems and when I contacted Fair Lawn they apologized but only reimbursed me for less than 10% of the costs I incurred because of their poor work.

Friendliest people ever - they gave me a fantastic price to replace all of my breaks (rotors, pads & callipers). Their work was excellent and timely and I can't express how genuine these people are.

Katarina and Jimmy go beyond expectations everytime ive gone to them. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and honest, and Katarina gets you in ASAP with the lowest parts prices possible. I highly recommended them for any car repairs needed

Went with my son to have his first car checked out before final purchase. I don't nearly have the right words to describe how wonderful they were helping my son. Honest, reliable, and went above and beyond helping my son who was all new to cars. We both highly recommend this place to any and all. We will never go elsewhere.

Probably the only honest mechanics left in this day and age! Everyone here is awesome and they won't sell you something you don't need, or up charge you like everywhere else does. If you want your car fixed right the first time at a reasonable rate ABSOLUTELY go see them!!

I am so grateful my neighbor referred me who fast. Katrina gave me an appointment within 2 hours plus she was kind enough to get me the very lowest price for a part I needed when I told her I didn't want to invest a lot of money in my old car. This is my new go-to place and I hope it is yours too so you can have the same wonderful experience that I did from these honest amazing people

Every time I have to bring my car there the experience is amazing! Jimmy is hilarious to talk to and Lewis is so down to earth. They explain everything they have to do before they do it and if there is any delay they give full explanation as to why. Great rates! Fast but thorough service!
