I purchased a power steering pump and was told there was a core charge. When I returned the old one, they refused to accept it because it wasn’t in the same box as the new part. I was never informed at the time of purchase that I needed to bring the box back. It’s just a simple box.
I used to consider this my preferred store for buying parts for my commercial vehicles, but after this experience, I don’t think it’s worth it anymore
I JUST got a new (used) car
NEEDED wiper blades really bad, o.k.I've done them many times BUT this clip I've never seen before. The gentleman and YES he was a gentleman, got the right sizes ran out and popped them on the car in seconds!
