I am from PA traveling through RI. My axle broke in Johnston leaving me stranded all weekend. I called a bunch of places and Cash4cars offered me the best price. The guy on the phone, DJ was more personable than anyone else I talked to. DJ came by to get it from a tow yard when they opened on Monday. He arrived 30min earlier than I expected which was great but I had a ton of camping supplies to unload. He was patient with us as we unloaded everything. in the rain. Overall happy with my experience. Thank you for making a bad situation a little better.
I called around 1245 today for a truck removal, I gave the make model of the vehicle... The gentleman on the phone gave me quote, and the time of pick up. They came removed vehicle within 5 mins. Good business. I'm pleased. Thank you
The staff was polite, I got a quote in seconds right over the phone and they came and got the car a few hours later. The tow truck driver was professional and quick and replaced my junk car with cash in minutes. I would definitely call these guys again.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Guy quoted $225 for my car and then didn’t show up till the day after he was supposed to to try to lower it to $100... told me there was no catalytic converter on the car, so it wasn’t worth it. Then asked how much I would take for it since he was already there. I said $200, he offered me $170, I said no. $200!! he gave me the $200 and took the car. Then sent me a picture of the catalytic converter!!!
Good thing I’m not stupid.
These people stole my car and now they won’t pick up there phone calls and changed their number these people are convicts I don’t recommend them to any one!!!!
Extremely professional process. I had 4 cars on my lot and these guys showed up with an army of trucks within 2 hours and they were gone in 15 minutes with very competitive prices. The whole thing was so smooth and easy I wish I had more cars to get rid of. Highly recommended.

Don't call them, garbage service. Will give you a price and lower it on arrival. Owner will tell you to take it or deal with it yourself. Fake 5star reviews
