Jose is THE BEST!!!!! He got to our car extremely fast, assessed the issue right away, let us know what next steps to take, and we were good to go. He was so kind to fully check out our flat tire and find the problem ASAP. He did this all while being so extremely kind and funny even though we were stressed and about to leave for a long road trip. I’m so glad we ended up getting him as our ANGEL of the day. Several months ago i used Grassos towing 3 times when AAA towing was unavailable. Grassos showed up in a reasonable time. They were polite and helped me get into the tow truck! No one did that before, plus their charge for the tow was the same as AAA. In my opinion they were friendly, and got me and my vehicle home at night. Thanks to the entire crew at Grassos. I would call them again
Yesterday I got towed by the best tow truck driver! He was so nice! Truck super clean and he let my dog stay in my car while being towed. My take 10 star review to this guy!

I called with 2 flat tires and Kelly was super quick in getting a flatbed truck to me. She was also very helpful in finding a place that could take my vehicle Immediately and give me new tires. She went above and beyond to help me.

Stranded in Connecticut. Within minutes I received a message from my roadside assistance that Grasso’s was taking the tow. 136 miles away. They arrived within 2 1/2 hours and told me I could go about my business. The car was secured in Rhode Island and no fuss. So thankful to Hector the tow driver and Kelly the dispatcher. No one I was visiting in Connecticut even knew or could tell my wife and I were stranded when we went to dinner and a show that evening. Seamless service. Thanks again.
My car didn’t start after I dropped my daughter off at work & I had to get a tow . Kelly was great on the phone she went above and beyond . Hector was the driver and he did a great job and went above and beyond He even try to help me find out what’s wrong with my car . He know it was mechanics work and still try to help me . I had a great experience with Jose! He was able to fix the problem with my car so that it didn’t need to be towed!! He popped the molding piece on the bottom of my car right back into place with his tools and saved me SO much time- He also arrived super quickly! 10/10 recommend Jose!!!

My shifter cable snapped while I was at the beach Jose came out to tow my car and he went above and beyond while doing so, the car was stuck in park but he had the right gear to safely get the car onto the truck. The car is quite low so getting it off the truck he took extra time to make sure the front end/bumper wouldn’t get scraped or damaged in anyway. 10/10 recommend Jose he cares deeply about peoples property and will take the extra time to make sure things are done right which you don’t find often!
Jose was very friendly, super fast in changing the tire and very effective. I didn't have the right tool to get my own tire changed and spare installed and it was easier to call the insurance. Jose took the assignment with no issues and did a great job.
My tow truck driver Jose was awesome. He went out of his way to prevent further damage while getting my car onto the truck which was much appreciated. On the long drive home i got to know the man more and cannot recommend him MORE to you. Definitely would use this company again if im broken down in the area. Jose is a gentleman.
Grasso's made a difficult situation much easier to deal with, because of their fast & friendly service. They were very courteous and very professional! I also want to mention exceptional service by Kelly and Richard, and also Hector who towed the vehicle back to my home, and handled it in the most professional manner, with great communication and consideration. I don’t usually review tow companies, but really, these people are so great. Great communication, just so nice. Jose, the driver, was so friendly and reassuring. And the dispatcher (whose name I sadly can’t remember) was so nice and kept me up to date at every step. I never want to have to get my car towed, but these guys make the experience much less distressing
Jose help me thru the whole process when my rental car was outta battery on a Sunday morning, he also gave me a ride to the rental place to get a replacement. Great guy, responsive and very helpful!

If I could give Grasso’s Towing more than 5 stars, I would. This is the kind of company you hope for but rarely find — no BS, no runaround, just honest, fast, professional help when you need it most. I was stranded and called another towing company first — they hadn’t even confirmed my request by the time Grasso’s had already shown up, loaded my car, and had me at the shop. That’s how fast and efficient these guys are. They keep it real, they show up when they say they will, and they get the job done without drama or delay. If you need a tow in Providence, don’t waste your time — just call Grasso’s. They’re the best you’re gonna find, period.
Needed a last minute tow because triple-a has so many rules that I don't even know why I pay for triple-a cause they deny lots of tows because this that or the other thing...
Anyhoo, Grosso's Towing came to my rescue at a moments notice real Jonny on the spot service. They don't give Veterans discounts, however they were very fast & very personable & professional Got my giant sprinter van over to my mechanic without issue. They transported me as well. Great job Grosso's I really appreciate you all. Thanks so much!
Grasso's is the best! I called my insurance and they called Grasso's, they called me withing minutes to confirm, 10 minutes later .... Jose is here! Great service! Plus, Jose made me feel like my car is going to be handled with great care! Will always go to them for any future towing needs!
