Today my car stop running I called the insurance company and they called grasso's towing .they came so fast and provided me with the best service anyone can ask for . I very been in situations like this before and have never seen any company work so fast and professional. He made sure I got home safe and vehicle placed in a secured spot. Grasso’s Towing did a great job towing my SUV to Balise Chevrolet on Post Road in Warwick. They were prompt, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The driver was courteous and handled my vehicle with care. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again if needed.

I got my car towed by Jose this guy was amazing & he was very personable! It goes without saying that having to get your vehicle unexpectedly towed is always terrible, but Grasso’s somehow made the experience much better. Grasso’s was assigned to me through my extended warranty company when my work vehicle broke down, they called within minutes and kept me updated through the whole process, from dispatch to arrival.
Jose showed up to tow my vehicle and if you aren’t smiling before he gets there, you will be after you meet him; Jose broke the mold of your typical tow truck driver, always smiling, happy-go-lucky and just a breath of fresh air during a situationally bad time.

I’m extremely impressed with the level of service l received from Grasso’s Towing company. This is my fifth flat tire, there’s no spare tire in my BMW so I've had to get it towed each time. This is by far the best experience and towing company in RI. The owner Rich called me personally, set the expectations, explained the process and his driver Matthew delivered. My car arrived at the BMW dealership in perfect condition and quickly. Highly recommended Grasso’s if you need any towing services.
I was rear ended on 195e, driver was quick and friendly! Then because it was construction zone they could only just get ne off the highway! I call AAA to get to a repair shop they refuse saying they no longer can do mva’s! I call Grasso’s back they were very nice and accommodating another truck and driver came quick and towed my car out! And text ne to let me know car made it to garage, service lady sent me the receipt with a note saying glad we are ok and to get reimbursed for 2nd tow! Extremely nice and professional
Car broke down at the postal office and decided to do the routine Google search for tow services. After a couple of calls asking for estimates, I almost gave up hope on humanity. People were trying to charge me over $275+ to tow my car less than 2 miles to the auto shop. Luckily I found Grasso's. Dispatch was extremely nice and understanding. When I asked for the price, I was expecting another ridiculous price but it was little over $100 which i was more than happy to hear. I waited about 15 minutes and they sent out Jose to pick up me and my car. This guy is legit one of those people you only see in the movies. He's happy, he's helpful, and he's hardworking. There aren't many people like this doing their jobs and I am so glad he was my transporter. He took me to the auto shop and made sure I was all set before he took off.
I was having a rough day at work. Then my car wouldn't start after running errands. But I swear, this led me to Grasso's and they were the light of my day. Thank you so much for everything. This Company is awesome. Spoke with dispatcher who was very pleasant and helpful. Was quoted 25 minutes driver showed up in 20 minutes. Jose was the driver and he is very friendly with a great attitude towards the work he does. Thank you for the assistance and I will refer you to others. As well as using you in the future.
These people are amazing!!! Alex instantly made me, feel safe and comfortable as I exited the vehicle to get towed, the dispatch lady was very nice and made me feel a lot better changed my mood within seconds of speaking with her. Truly a great team and thank them for all the help!
Grasso’s was the last of three tow companies to attempt to tow my Porsche 911. The first two failed to open the battery compartment Matt did it in 30 seconds. Richard is a pleasure to work with and the entire experience with them was fantastic. I would recommend them enthusiastically.
I have a lowered 2020 BMW M340i which is a challenge for most people to tow as I was told they could not tow it without damaging the bumper because it was lowered and they did not want to be held responsible for any liability or damage. This is what I was told by atleast 15 towing company’s. When I called luxary car transportation company’s that I knew were capable of towing a car like mine they told me they do not specialize in towing but recommended to me Grasso’s. Upon looking at the website I saw cars similar to mine being towed and contact with them, specifically Kelly was quick, easy, and amazing. They had someone over to me in just 30 minutes which was extremely amazing especially since I was 45+ minutes away from where they are located. This was also great since triple A took 8+ hours to send multiple trucks out all to tell me they couldn’t move my car by the end of the interactions. Alex who was the driver seemed extremely confident in his ability to tow my car which I can now see why. He was able to move my car in minutes perfectly angling the car to get on the truck without even scraping the bottom, which I constantly do by my self just going over bumps. I was genuinely impressed by his experience and capability’s handing my car. As long as I am in Rhode Island Grassos will be my first call going forwards.
I hit a pothole while going to a show in Providence new cars these days don’t have spare tires apparently so we had to have the car towed to a repair shop Kelly the dispatcher was amazing super friendly sent us updates and texts let us know when our driver was gonna get there. They even accommodated us to meet right after the show ended Jesus the tow guy was super friendly, amazing and accommodating Grasso towing made this experience as good as it can be considering if I ever need anyone in that area again, they would definitely be The company I call and so should you
Any time I have had to call them they always seem to get there much sooner than would be expected. Knowing they are coming is a big relief when my vehicle needs to be towed!! The driver that came was also very pleasant. I would not hesitate to call them again
Jose is THE BEST!!!!! He got to our car extremely fast, assessed the issue right away, let us know what next steps to take, and we were good to go. He was so kind to fully check out our flat tire and find the problem ASAP. Stranded in Connecticut. Within minutes I received a message from my roadside assistance that Grasso’s was taking the tow. 136 miles away. They arrived within 2 1/2 hours and told me I could go about my business. The car was secured in Rhode Island and no fuss. So thankful to Hector the tow driver and Kelly the dispatcher. No one I was visiting in Connecticut even knew or could tell my wife and I were stranded when we went to dinner and a show that evening. Seamless service. Thanks again.

I had a great experience with Jose! He was able to fix the problem with my car so that it didn’t need to be towed!! He popped the molding piece on the bottom of my car right back into place with his tools and saved me SO much time- He also arrived super quickly! 10/10 recommend Jose!!!

My tow truck driver Jose was awesome. He went out of his way to prevent further damage while getting my car onto the truck which was much appreciated.
