The workers are always busy yet they are very helpful , they are great with over the phone help and can help you through the confusion of car batteries and get what you need at a decent price!
Been going here for decades and always get what i need at a decent price for quality products, hopefully ill be going for a few more .thanks for the batteries!new update 45 years of buying batteries bought a 6 year battery and after a little over 2.5 year it's junk ,suposisly bought the good one because I need a vehicle for my cancer treatments ,same price to replace? Some warranty?, same story guy gets to big and fails ,picking on the sick, stay away .hate to say after all these years. someday he'll get sick .

My battery needed a couple jumps recently so I brought it in just to have them to test and get their advice on how to proceed. About ten minutes later I had a brand new battery at no cost because they saw that I had purchased the battery from them and it was still under warranty. Thanks again!

These guys never miss best in the state for your battery/alternator needs went in today for an alternator and was out within a hour ! Best part is I’m under warranty for a year can’t beat that

Excellent service every time all the time great prices AutoZone want to charge me $170 for a battery with a 2-year warranty I got a battery from batteries change what the 6-month warranty would stay last at least two and a half years for $69 I could have bought a brand new one with a 6-year warranty for $139 Fast Tax installation the whole nine yards the only reason I didn't is because I'm not going to own the car for more than two more years otherwise I would have went for the brand new battery and their interstate great batteries great prices you can't beat him will always go there every time anytime highly recommended

How can you help a great business? This firm does all the right things. Mike and his team are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have a Mini Cooper R55. Changing the battery is not a big deal but it can be a hassle. I called Mike, made an appointment and it only took 20 minutes and I was on the road, no hassles. If you want a knowledgeable, helpful staff, if you want HIGHLY COMPETITIVE prices with top of the line Interstate batteries, go to Battery Exchange. If you want to pay more for less, go somewhere else.
Willing to give a price over the phone but can’t tell me anything about the battery other than price . Attitude over the phone not very friendly to say the least . I am buying four 400$ batteries elsewhere because of poor salesman.
I went there today with a dead battery in the car . The battery in this car is one of those high tech expensive ones. Let me tell you these guys are awesome. They are experts, honest, even funny! Lol! They saved me over 100.00 than Pep Boys lowest advertised price and NO PEPBOYS ATTITUDE!!! 3 DAYS OF ATTITUDE AND WAITING. EVEN A FORMAL COMPLAINT. But RI BATTERY EXCHANGE IS THE BEST!! THANKYOU THANKYOU AND THANKYOU!!!
Proffesional, worked quickly and very reasonably priced. The gentslman who helped me and installed the new battery was really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new or refurbished battery The only downside with them is thier location is sort of hidden behind other businesses and parking is limited.
They are very rude. Totally not what I expected. The battery was dead within a month or so when i went back with my receipt to inquire about an exchange since there is a 6 month "warranty" they have a nerve to say they never sold that battery to me! Grrrrrrr! They're scammers and a total rip off. Be aware!
