My car charger stopped working. I dropped in on Saturday and Michelle was incredibly kind in helping me navigate what the issue was. She was unable to support my service, but extended information for my next steps that was very helpful. I would recommend coming here if you don't want to be judged on what you know and need support with getting the right autopart.
We went shopping and the girl who was there, seeing my husband's difficulty in speaking English, told me, "Do you or him speak" and then she laughs and comes out speaking Spanish. That's not funny. We are adults so they can treat us with RACISM because that is racism. what she did.
If you're looking for anything automotive, this is the place to go. From fuses to even color match paint. This is the only place I'll have paint made from.

If I could give more than five stars I would, especially for Michelle. *Magic Michelle*. I bought replacement wiper blades here, and Michelle verified they would fit, etc. I go to change them out (easy enough) and for the life of me I couldn’t snap them in. I’m no mechanic, but I do alright with being handy. Still, no luck. Frustrated, I’m sure I was given the incorrect part and return to the store. Michelle is on the phone with a customer, and it seems pretty busy. Once she’s done, she hears me out with a smile and offers to come outside to take a look. My 20 min of frustrated effort disappears as she has them swapped out in under a minute. Then she apologizes because they’re short staffed and has to run back inside. My minor embarrassment was a happy price to pay for such great service. Thank you, Michelle!
I came by on Friday, January 28 as a big snowstorm was rolling in. My car's windshield wiper had snapped off and I could not fix it myself. The women in the store (there were only women, a nice surprise in the auto parts world) were helpful beyond the call of duty! They figured out a) that the wiper had broken, so it could not be reinstalled, b) gave me a free replacement because I had bought the broken one there only 3 months before, c) diagnosed that the wiper arm (the permanent part on the car) was bent -- which likely happened whenever the wiper blade broke -- so I used their pliers to bend it back into shape, and d) properly clipped in the new wiper. This took some of their time and effort, plus replacing the blade, and it was all free. SO GREAT! Action Auto Parts (do not confuse with Advance Auto Parts; many people do) is the best, and they definitely have me as a loyal customer for life!!
I came to this location at 795 NM Street on Tuesday November 2nd at 5:57pm. Upon arriving, I knew that I needed a light bulb and opened my hood to remove the blown bulb so I can head inside to ask for a replacement. Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. Attached to this review is a photo that is time stamped of the salesman ignoring me after pleading for his help.
Nice place, helpful people. I had an issue with a windshield wiper I'd bought a few months ago, and in the course of checking it out, the clerk also alerted me that a cap that protects the mechanism had fallen off. They don't even sell them, but it was easy to find online -- without it, the part is at risk of rusting. This time, I went in the store, but previously they have offered curbside pickup, and I appreciate their COVID precautions and overall helpfulness. Will definitely return.
Ordered some spray paint. 1st can was the wrong color. All the rest we're as thin as water.total waste of money and job was ruined. Took 6 hours to strip everything and get paint from a reputable shop.buyer beware. Place is not professional at all.
They make paint to match your vin for your cars specifically(any make or model)they have a great knowledgeable , and very helpful staff. I had a great experience
Loved Action Auto Parts the guy was very courteous to come out and put my new windshield wiper blades on for the winter time I'll look at this place again down the road when I need another pair of windshield wiper winter blades thank you

Terrible service. I ordered a part from here, AAP said it would ship from RI but I had to wait over a week because it came from CA. AAP was not willing to help in any way.
