Had my bumper fixed due to someone scraping it. And when I picked up my vehicle the outside and inside was like NEW!! Very sweet people caring and very accommodating. Definitely will bring my cars here for everything!!
I can’t say enough about this place. Paul was great and he walked me through the entire insurance process as well as handling a rental car for me. Christie kept me updated on the progress of everything. I got my car back not only perfectly repaired but absolutely shining inside and out!
My truck was involved in an accident and was towed to this. This auto body shop and was closed for the weekend so I was unable to retrieve my vehicle and was charged $300. They were extremely rude and when I went to ask a question they hung up the phone on me. When I called back they told me that they didn't have time for my stories, not sure what that meant but people here are extremely rude. Rude unfriendly and they charged me and exuberant amount of money for a situation that was out of my control.
Got rear-ended days before moving out of the state and Paul was absolutely helpful with our first (and hopefully last) experience with insurance and major car repairs. Highly recommended autoshop!
Be very careful if you buy a car here. My mother needed to buy a used car a few years ago. They had one that we liked and was a fair price according to Kelly Blue Book, so she bought it. It had been in an accident and we were told that the insurance company didn't want to fix it so they totaled it out and Blacktone Auto Body bought it and fixed it up. I didn't find out until 2 years later, after my mom passed, that there was a salvage title on the car. That fair price now became a joke because it wasn't worth hardly anything because of the salvage title instead of a regular title. We were not told it would be a salvage title. I didn't even know there was such a thing. Plus, my mom paid the full amount in cash so there wasn't a finance company holding the title that would never have financed a salvage title. My mom was 85 and took care of her own finances so I'm sure so she just put away the title for safe keeping when she received it, not realizing there's a difference between a title and a salvage title. It took about 6 months for my mom to receive the title because the previous owner had never signed off on the car being sold. I would have thought that it would have to be disclosed that there was a salvage title instead of a regular title. This was a car that my mother paid $10,000 for and 2 years later, I could only sell it for $1,500 because it didn't have a regular title. Blue book value was $7,000. It left a bad taste in my mouth that a small local auto body shop would be deceptive like that. It makes me wonder if they're above board on everything else. This is my opinion after what happened to my mom, so I would be careful of what you buy from them.
Getting into a car accident absolutely sucks, dealing with car insurance- also sucks. However my experience was amazing with black stone auto. Christie was nothing short of helpful with getting my rental and all of the insurance squared away, and when I picked up my car it was practically brand new! They shined my tires and my interior looked amazing. Hopefully I do not find myself with another car wreck, but if I do, I will be coming back here!
Biggest scam out there. Tried telling me that they couldn’t drop off my car on my own private property because it was leaking coolant. Only wanted to keep it in their lot for the weekend biggest scam out there. No one that works here is a genuine person.
This business is just what you hope to find when you need repairs after a auto accident. Paul and Chisty are great. They were friendly, effiecient and helpful, plus the work on my car was perfect!

I was rear ended and chose Blackstone Auto through my insurance. They made the entire process very easy and hassel free. Big Paul and Paul were amazing at estimating the damange and coordinating the insurance and rental car. When I dropped my car off, the person from the rental company told me that my rental wasn't covered and I'd have to pay, but he'd give me a discount (thanks....). I told Paul who, after a few phonecall, worked out the whole situation and the rental was free. They even washed my car! The custormer service is amazing at the garage and I'm going back!
Due to covid parts weren't immediately available which was expected. I was kept in the loop with time frames and they were able to get me a rental while I waited. My car came back and looked brand new inside and out. I was very happy with the quality of the work and feel that they went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend.
went in for a quote for some auto body repairs, told Paul I was not going through my auto insurance and would like a quote for estimated repair costs. I got a call 1 week later to discover they called the wrong customer. I was told give me 1 more week. They did not call me , I called them was told the estimate was $4500-$5000 and i could come pick up my car the keys were in it . I went to pick up my car and asked if he could provide me with a written estimate. I was told "I don't do that ." I explained to Paul that i wanted to get some of the issues fixed in order to get my car back on the road and would return at a later date to repair the remaining issues. I was told " I don't work like that. He would not provide me with a written estimate. I asked why ? " I am not going to do the work , let someone else do the research ." I walked out feeling very aggravated and mentioned i would not be referring any business to him and his reply was very rude and nasty. Please do not use this business .
5 Stars!! Paul is such a great guy!! He found use the exact vehicle we were looking for! We are very pleased with it. Dorothy in the office was so pleasant and helpful! Would definitely recommend and buy from them again!
Great service and the guys are very cool. My car was backed into the front left fender and the dent restricted me from opening my drivers side door. Before I went to repair, they made it easier for me to open my door for free! Great place to bring ur car in for any service cus unlike some places, they actually care about ur car!
Can't beat this business. Bought a auto here a they made sure everything was taken care of. Several months later a couple of unforseen problems arose and they again took care of everything's at no charge. Bought several autos here and will go nowhere else
By far the best body shop around. Their professionalism and quality is top notch. I have been taking my vehicles there for years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They take pride in everything they do. Anybody who asks me if I know a good auto body shop, there is only one name that comes to mind.

I brought my car in because it was leaking water from inside. I showed Paul the owner where it was leaking and left my car there for it to be repaired. My car was there for a week before I received a call that it was finished. When I came to pick up my car Paul said they cleaned out the sunroof and left it out in the rain for the past few days and didn’t notice any leaking. I was shocked because it always leaked when it rained and wasn’t hard to miss. I took it home and the next few days it was sunny then we got hit with rain for the rest of the week. Sure enough I check and it’s dripping water in my back seat as it was before. Also my back cloth on my roof was ripped on both sides. I do not suggest anyone going to them. What a disappointment and waste of time.
Someone had backed into my car when I was in a parking lot. It wasn't a big deal but it seemed that the cracks widened with time and a friend said the radiator could loosen.
Anyway, my insurance company recommended them and states their work is guaranteed. Well, they did a fabulous job and it was done quicker than I expected. I had asked about the radiator, engine light, and rear window wiper fluid. They took care of that work and they did the rear wiper even though it might not have been a problem.

The office people were friendly. But, the workers are complete jerks! My car was in excellent condition inside. It had no scratches. When I got my car back. The inside was scratched on the wheel, over the roof, and it looked like some parts were replaced from original. Those workers are the worst. Karma will get to them for being jerks and damaging inside my car like that. AVOID this place if you can.
