Absolutely amazing experience at Carr’s! I emailed photos of damage to my car door and he promptly sent back a reasonable estimate. Months later, I stopped by the shop to see if the damage was just paint transfer. At my request, he and his team tried to buff out the damage and got it near perfect. He recommended fixing it properly though, which required repainting the door. He got me right in and had the car done when he said it would be. They even detailed the inside for us - it was like picking up a brand new car! You can’t tell anything ever happened and he didn’t even charge us for the first attempt at buffing it out. I felt he was honest with us and wasn’t just trying to make a buck off of us. We’ve already told several people of our experience and we’ll never go anywhere else. This level of customer service is unheard of these days. Well done and thank you, Team Carr’s!

Jason and Tracie were great to work with. I got into an accident a few days prior to leaving on a trip. They coordinated everything with the other party’s insurance while I was away. Communication was great. Would absolutely recommend Carr’s garage.
Carr's Garage was the best experience I have ever had with car collision repairs. I had gone to several other collision repair location and none of them even comes close to the incredible experience I received at Carr's. Jason and Tracey were the BEST people to work with to get my car back to better then before. Absolutely no pressure assistance and personal and professional through out the entire experience from me bringing in my damaged car to picking it up after completed. I brought my damaged car to them after a collision and Jason looked at the car and let me know the options and what could be done. Jason was by far the best person to speak to and his help, clarity and his knowledge is unmatched. Tracey would answer any questions I had during the repair process in a friendly manner with incredible understanding and professionalism. After I brought the car in for repairs I was immediately set up with a rental car during the process. When I came to pick up the car after it was completed the car was perfectly fixed and with the extra step of having it detailed for me. The entire process was seamless and I always felt confident in them. I have to recommend Carr's garage collision repair to everyone would would need collision repairs done.
Carr’s Garage is the best place to go for collisions! Jason and Tracey have been amazing to work with. I’ve been there 3 times and i been very satisfied with every outcome. They do a great job communicating with you about everything. My car always comes back looking brand new and fully detailed! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. This will be my go to spot as long as they’re around. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.
I would absolutely recommend Carrs garage. My bumper was basically falling off. I didn't realize how much work needed to be done. They kept in the loop every step of the way. They made me feel confident in the work they where doing. My car looks better and is in better shape then when I bought it used 2 years ago. 2023. I want to share the positive experience with the body shop. They have excellent car repair, professional service, and even did the extra touch with the detailed work. They have a professional team always attentive to customer needs. My car was fixed within the days they promised. Communication was on point. This was my first time using Carr’s and it will not be my last! From the minute I stopped in looking for a quote for the rust on my daughter’s car to the finished work was profession and positive experience. The work done was amazing her car looks brand new! I highly recommend Carr’s for any body work or detailing you need done for your car.
Service was 10 out of 10. I’ve never had such good experience at a body shop. I was taken in quickly and considering the damages to my car, I was back in my vehicle in a couple weeks. In the meantime, they lent me a car so that I could continue to live my life normally. They communicated effectively, and I barely had to deal with my insurance at all. On top of all of that, they were very kind, understanding, and accommodating. They even detailed my car. No notes!
I hit a huge deer destroying my front end. The staff at Carrs made the process so easy and stress free. Within an hour I had a claim processed and a reliable rental delivered to me at the shop. They are so pleasant and professional. Maintained consistent communication about my vehicle throughout the entire process. Made sure I had transportation provided to travel back and forth to work. Had my vehicle back to me when they promised in better condition then when I brought it in. They even detailed it for me. All of their work and communication is appreciated. Jason has done work on my twice in the past, and helped friends of mine as well. I’m very particular about my car and always felt he and his team did a great job. It’s not easy to find a good body shop but this is one you can absolutely trust your car to.

Jason and Carr's Garage were as good as it gets. Polite, professional, and highly skilled. They did an A++ job of repairing a dented rear fender on my 1994 Land Rover Defender 90. Also matched the paint color perfectly. Excellent communication throughout the process, and my car was returned - fully washed inside and out - on the date promised.
I have used this service twice and Jason and his workers will always have me coming back. They are fabulous, friendly and very hard working. Jason is great, very patient and professional. Check engine light came on as I was driving cross-country. They were slammed and because of my tight schedule I couldn’t leave it the few days they needed to take a look, but Eric took the time to check the codes and do a driving diagnostic with me at no cost so I could call in the results to my mechanic in Colorado. I offered three times to pay for his time, and he refused every time. That’s generous service!

Jason and his crew are fantastic. When I was in my accident, Jason was very patient with me and walked me through all the little details regarding the repairs. They were cost-efficient and time-efficient. I got my car back quickly after essentially needing the whole front end replaced, and it looked better than before I got it in the first place. They detailed the inside to pristine condition and even fixed up the dings from before the car was mine. I can’t rate them highly enough!
Had to repair 3 cars at Carr's Garage, all within 3 months span Jason and Nicole are great to work with. All three cars look perfectly new. They made it easy by setting up car rentals and handling all the insurance claims. Cars were ready on time. I recommend them and I will always use them.
Andrew was so very helpful to me when my car was hit by a camper while parked in front of my house. It was a Corolla I had for almost 20 years with sentimental value. He was caring about the process of getting an appraiser for the damage and taking my ruined vehicle away when it was deemed totalled. They are honest and knowledgeable. I have a new Corolla now and will use them in the future for any work needed. Thanks so much! :)
I highly recommend these folks to work on any car. My car looked fabulous when I got it back. They went above and beyond to make my car look like new. Never would have know I was in an accident. It was also clean, inside and out and under the hood. Nicole worked with the adjuster, who was going to total my vehicle, and now I have my car. She was awesome through this whole process. I really can't say enough about the personal service and the professionalism of these folks. Thank you for saving my car. I know it's old but it runs great. Would have been a waste to total it.
Did not perform the work I requested or was stated in the insurance adjuster quote. Requested New OEM parts. Without prior approval they repaired the bumper cover that was in the accident and repainted. They also did not repair body damage under the bumper cover.
Have 2001 gt mustang that need a passenger door.went for estamit to put on door i all ready purchased off a same color gt mustang,doors perfect, thay said bring the door back and we can fix the damaged door that would be easier. So for a 1100 dollers thay want to sand it down,add bondo to my car that is in perfect condition, never seen snow.and i want bondo on my mustang,and 1100 bucks,im sure thay do good work but like all the other places way over priced,,and thay said thay wash your car too,,great for 1100 no thanks i can wash my own car after i fix my door.im kinda glad for the over price cuz it gave me the fire to do itmy self and do it perfectly, it wouldnt be the first time
The entire team at Carr’s Garage is excellent. They are all so friendly and accommodating. They make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. They repaired a dent/other damage on the door or my car. Andrew explained what he would be doing to my car to fix it, and he answered all of my questions. He made me feel extremely confident in his skills and the process of the repairs. When I picked up my car it looked AMAZING. Andrew is a magician with dent removal, my car looks flawless now. They detailed it for me as well and it I swear it was like getting a new car. Andrew and the rest of the staff are wonderful. This is the only body shop I will bring my car to!
I was amazed when I picked up my truck is like brand new! Not only they fixed the damages they also washed, waxed, vacuumed the interior, removed all the stains from inside and most of all the outside appearance of my truck.
