I do not recommend this place, I had a terrible experience, I made an appointment for alignment, balancing and rotation, after the supposed alignment my car was not good, I returned and spoke with the manager Charles, he told me that they had not been able to align the rear end, that I should come back the next day at 10am again my car was not good, he told me that I had a 1 year warranty to try it, my car was pulling to the right, 4 times I returned to the store and now they left it pulling to the left, now the story is that they say I have to mount 2 new tires when I have 4 new tires that were mounted there!!
By the way, they refused to return my money since I was not satisfied with the supposed work they did on my car.
I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! DO NOT GO
This team has been servicing my family cars for years. Iam happy they moved closer to us . Stop in and check them out. Always feel like family when you walk in.
I had a great experience at Firestone! They fixed my exhaust and gave me an oil change, and everything was done quickly and professionally. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process easy. My car runs so much smoother now — definitely recommending them to anyone who needs car work done.
Got an appointment online. Was promptly returned with a positive answer on my appointment. Showed up about 10 minutes early on said date but my car was brought in pretty in quickly. Proce was pretty reasonable. Would definitely come back in the near future. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Went in to get the tires on my work truck changed. Steve assisted me and I could not be happier with the services rendered. The leadership at this facility by Chic is second to none!! I followed Chic from his previous location in Warwick RI to his new location in Cranston on Reservoir avenue. I have my FAVORITE technician William Hernandez work on my 2015 Infiniti Q70L every time it goes in for service!
I recently visited Firestone for an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. Charles , greeted me with a smile and explained the different oil options available, helping me choose the best one for my car and budget. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Kay the tech even took the time to check my tire pressure and top off my fluids. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I highly recommend Firestone for their excellent customer service and quality work!
Booked an appointment with Sean . Was treated with care and empathy during my call while making an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, Stephen greeted me the moment I walked through the doors. They were able to find my issues and offer me a very good price on my suvs repairs. I was able to wait in the waiting room during this repair time. I was out within an hour as promised by Stephen. Very clean and fast service. I was offered upcoming services that I might need in the up coming months. It helps as I was able to get a quote and will be able to coordinate repairs that I need.

Charles Pannone (Charlie/Chic) and his team at Firestone Cranston is the place to bring all your vehicles. Before the recent opening at the Cranston location, I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Chic for years at the Warwick location near the airport. Now being closer to my house in Cranston it is even more convenient. Whether it’s a quick oil change and tire rotation or more serious like a check engine light I guarantee you will be taken care of. From personal experience when I used to bring my car in for regular oil changes at another shop (I won’t name it), and especially dealerships, seemed like every time something would “need to be fixed” and cost an obnoxious amount of money. Not here. Not once have they tried to “upsell” me. Everytime they’ve recommended a service additional to what I originally came in for, I’ve been able to confirm through a second opinion and it’s been reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust look no further. Not only do I use Firestone for my personal vehicles but also for my landscaping company. They have a huge inventory of tires for heavy duty trucks and have saved me multiple times when I’ve been in a pinch. No waiting around for things to be ready they’ll have you in and out fast.

IMPECCABLE service, no complaints whatsoever about this place, anytime I need something done I am worked with thoroughly and in a timely manner! Constant communication & updates so should anything arise in the schedule they let you know asap! Between Sean, Sidney, & Steve & the rest of the gang they got a solid crew working over here all super solid guys!!! Super affordable, they’re always willing to work with you & if u happen to be close by the even come grab it for u! Very nice establishment as well was super comfy during my visit. Always providing great means of work but also informing you in detail of the problem, how they occurs, deterrents for the future, & healthy car practices! Brought my vehicle in thinking it was one thing, which would of cost more money. Ended up being something else and cheaper. These guys are honest and great to deal with. I love coming to this place. Hard to find honest mechanics, these guys are honest.
I used to go to Chic’s old location on Post Road, but now I come to the Cranston Firestone—and the great service has followed. They’re always prompt, professional, and welcoming to me, makes me feel like more than just a customer. William has been taking care of me for years and never disappoints. Chic, the store manager , continues to go above and beyond and help me out where he can. I truly appreciate the consistent hospitality and care seriously. Highly recommend!

Always have a great experience at this Firestone. Had the wheels sent to Firestone and they had ordered me the tires. They used the sensors from my original wheels so everything was compatible. I’m very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended them.

5 stars for sure. Freddy was honestly amazing. Super clear about what was going on with my car, didn’t talk in circles or make things confusing, and got things handled fast. Everything just felt smooth and easy, which is rare when dealing with car stuff. I’d definitely recommend people to come here. They really know what they're doing and he made the whole process way less stressful.
I recently had some service done at Firestone in Cranston 721 Reservoir Ave. And I must say I was impressed. I didn’t have an appointment but yet they were still able to fit me in very quickly. The place was immaculate service was impeccable. also reasonably priced they’re my new neighborhood mechanics!

He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like a priority from start to finish. My first experience at this Firestone went really well! I had a nail in my tire when I was in the area, so I stopped by to get it fixed. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. They took my car in right away and got me out of there in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with their service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

Exemplary customer service! I was able to get two new tires installed with a reasonably short wait time for same-day service. Beyond that, the lobby was super clean and the personnel were really friendly. I’ll definitely be back to this specific location for an alignment and other tire needs. Cheers, guys!
