I have been going to this place for years now for tires, batteries, radiator issues and most anything else that plagues a car. Charles lets you know what the issue is and sets a realistic price to get it fixed. The mechanic team at this location is amazing. Forget making an appointment at a dealer and pay ridiculous prices. Firestone lets you walk in and get it done.

New to the state, and needing an inspection pronto. Stopped by thinking they would take me right in, as it been my experience in Connecticut, but this shop is so busy, they asked you to set up an appointment. Charlie walked me through the process, and continued to be helpful when I had to call not once, but twice, to reschedule because of conflicts with getting settled in a new state.
Showed up this morning, was greeted by another helpful gentleman at the desk. A third gentleman, also very nice, checked me out at the end.
Pretty clear that this shop takes customer service seriously and aims to please.
I called after noticing fluid leaking from under my car. They were quick to find the issue and get me back on the road . Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service was great !

I've been everywhere trying to find a mechanic. That was 10 years ago and ever since I found Charles and his crew at Firestone, that's where I take all my vehicles. They are the best and fairest around. Take your car there for all your automotive needs. You won't be disappointed.
I came here to get a complete inspection to get everything done so my car could last a while since its been sitting in my grandpa's garage for a while. I spent almost 3,000 dollars and not even a month after the car was having all these issues and eventually broke down while I was on the highway. They said everything should be fine and working good, but I spent 3,000 dollars for it to break down. This is why I'd rather just not drive as a women of color. Im tired of being taken advantage of. The car was done the same day as well and it has me thinking they didnt do anything.

I bought tires on Tire Rack and the installer they suggested for me was Firestone in East Providence, I made an appointment and they did not have the machine to do the installation on my 2021 Porsche Macan GTS with 21 inch wheels. They called the Firestone on Reservoir Ave and they were able to schedule me and my tires were installed in just under 2 hours! Excellent service and would highly recommend!

The new shop on reservoir Ave is excellent. The manager “Chick” runs a tight operation and gets things done. I spoke with Steve on the phone a couple times and always communicated the process. These guys are honest and go the extra mile. Rare combination in the industry these days.

I do not recommend this place, I had a terrible experience, I made an appointment for alignment, balancing and rotation, after the supposed alignment my car was not good, I returned and spoke with the manager Charles, he told me that they had not been able to align the rear end, that I should come back the next day at 10am again my car was not good, he told me that I had a 1 year warranty to try it, my car was pulling to the right, 4 times I returned to the store and now they left it pulling to the left, now the story is that they say I have to mount 2 new tires when I have 4 new tires that were mounted there!!
By the way, they refused to return my money since I was not satisfied with the supposed work they did on my car.

Booked an appointment with Sean . Was treated with care and empathy during my call while making an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, Stephen greeted me the moment I walked through the doors. They were able to find my issues and offer me a very good price on my suvs repairs. I was able to wait in the waiting room during this repair time. I was out within an hour as promised by Stephen. Very clean and fast service. I was offered upcoming services that I might need in the up coming months. It helps as I was able to get a quote and will be able to coordinate repairs that I need.

Charles Pannone (Charlie/Chic) and his team at Firestone Cranston is the place to bring all your vehicles. Before the recent opening at the Cranston location, I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Chic for years at the Warwick location near the airport. Now being closer to my house in Cranston it is even more convenient. Whether it’s a quick oil change and tire rotation or more serious like a check engine light I guarantee you will be taken care of. From personal experience when I used to bring my car in for regular oil changes at another shop (I won’t name it), and especially dealerships, seemed like every time something would “need to be fixed” and cost an obnoxious amount of money. Not here. Not once have they tried to “upsell” me. Everytime they’ve recommended a service additional to what I originally came in for, I’ve been able to confirm through a second opinion and it’s been reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust look no further. Not only do I use Firestone for my personal vehicles but also for my landscaping company. They have a huge inventory of tires for heavy duty trucks and have saved me multiple times when I’ve been in a pinch. No waiting around for things to be ready they’ll have you in and out fast.
