I had such a great experience with this company. I called and they were able to give me a quote right over the phone, which I really appreciated. When I shared my affordability range, they immediately worked with me and made the removal of my mattress and a few boxes super affordable. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike and one of his companions—Mike was incredibly personable, respectful of my space, and made the whole process so easy. I even added a few boxes once he arrived, and he gave me an excellent deal without hesitation. They were also able to accommodate a time slot that worked best with my weird work hours, which meant a lot to me. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future. 10/10
I called as a last resort because I’m in the middle of a long moving process. We live in a townhouse with stair out the front, and with babies in the middle, along with the piles of snow from the winter storm, I was overwhelmed. It’s just me and my husband and daughter who are doing heavy lifting. So I didn’t know if my body could handle more. Then, I was so shocked by the kindness and the sense of responsibility they felt to help me get the items out. I didn’t need to help! Mike and Tyler treated me as though I was their mother and that kindness went a long way to make me feel comfortable with making more progress on my move. I plan to call them again soon for more help, and thank you.

Received call with time for arrival team arrived within the time frame. Went through trash that was to be removed team started right away after agreeing on removal price,Including 5 old tv’s. Completed removal without any problems team was courteous and asking if there was anything else we needed removed. Good job by all. Definitely will ask for this team next time.
I hired Junk King for the second time and was very pleased again. The day I called, Jermaine came over and gave me an estimate. The next day, he and another person arrived as scheduled and quickly removed everything. What a relief to have this done so quickly and for an affordable price.

I used these folks when I was in a jam, pretty stressed. The folks on the phone were seamless in setting up appointment. They had great availability and came the day I needed them. The driver Kyle was awesome in getting the job done. He was organized and focused. The other guy wasn’t as good, needs to put his phone down and learn from Kyle. But overall, it was a very good experience. The price was fair and I had to negotiate a bit, but Kyle was fair. I would use them again.
I needed to clear my yard of construction materials in preparation for erecting a shed. I was going to rent a Uhaul truck and, with a friend’s help, load the debris into the truck and take it to a dump site. Based on the dump site fee and Uhaul costs, I decided to shop junk removal companies.
Enter Junk King. Although my estimate appointment was in the afternoon, they were willing to come within thirty minutes of their initial callback to me. Jermaine and Jason were the model of professionalism. They were efficient, courteous, friendly, and engagingly responsive when I asked questions.
In thirty minutes, Jermaine and Jason removed all of the debris. It would have taken my friend and me at least double that time.
I would definitely use Junk King again. Kudos to Jermaine and Jason for making the cleanup efficiently simple. You guys deserve all good things coming to you!

Just got done dealing with Kyle and Zak for some small household junk and appliance removal; it was so easy and they were so kind! They were super helpful when i had a couple extra items for them to take that I hadn't thought of during the booking. It was over in less than an hour and I feel like I can breathe in my apartment again. So handsome on top of that! If I ever need junk removal again I will definitely go here first.

These guys are the best! I had a big demolition mess from taking down a treehouse that included five big cement based posts, and one MONSTER cement base pictured below. These guys were quick, professional, efficient, and worked with me on finding a good price.

I had Junk King once before to remove a hot tub with excellent work by excellent workers. Today I had them back to remove furniture dressers and accumulated garage junk. Joe & Lenny were on time excellent workers and “added” requests were all accepted and added to the truck. I will have them back!
