Based on proximity and a brief overview of the operation I decided to give Hi Tech a visit, and I am very grateful I did. The finished result when we got the car back was exceptional, it looked and felt better than before the accident. Horrible experience! I was supposed to get a new tire and they never gave it to me! They messed up my horn of my car and they also messed up my tire pressure sensor! DONT COME HERE
I was in a car accident, Hi tech Auto Body took my car and handled all transitions with the insurance company. They issued me a rental and serviced all my needs as if they were a family member. I would suggest anybody needing bodywork, car needs. Should make an appointment at Hi Tech. The experience was stressless, phenomenal, staff very professional, courteous.When I received my car back, it was like I had a brand new car inside and out.

Recently I had an accident my 2017 Explorer Police Interceptor was smashed in the rear drivers side door. The Team at Hi-Tech Autobody did above & beyond work, very professional work, the truck looks better then when i bought it! There craftsmanship & customer service are beyond any other body shop around, there detailers are top of the game! I highly recommend them! Great service all around! And there fast on top of 150% quality!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for auto body, took the car the same day and handled everything with insurance and I got my car back looking brand new inside and out.
I've had my 2023 Tacoma fixed here twice for car-accident related damage (one major, one minor; both times not my fault!) and they've worked magic every time. My rental was always clean and my truck has always been returned as if nothing ever happened, plus clean! Can't recommend them enough

My newer SUV had been struck while parked at an event. It was stressful enough having to deal with the accident and aggravation with the insurance company. Amazing customer service!!! After my car was in an accident they took care of everything, the whole process was so seamless for me. They dealt with appraisers and insurance i did not have to move a finger! Picked up my car and deopped off a rental for me! Greatly reccommend!!! Tommy was amazing!

My BMW got in a car accident it was horrible! I was so upset a friend of mine’s recommended high-tech auto. I was a little hesitant because they were all the way in Rhode Island and I live in Dorchester, but he guarantee me that they would do an amazing job so said so done my car looks like it just came off the BMW lot, !!it looked better than when I paid $500 to have it detailed last year at BMW not only that the service was amazing. They came and brought me another SUV wow my car was in the shop. to accommodate my needs. I was so happy but I was amazed when they finished my car would recommend all my friends and family to go to them and have them fix your car detail your car whatever your car need. Hi Tech Auto Body is the best in the business in Rhode Island! Tommy and his team are very thorough and they handle everything. This is the place to go if you have a modified car like I do (especially when you do all the work yourself and you know your car inside out); they will take care of you!

I never write reviews (this is my first Google review) but these guys esp. Sonny are amazing. I was involved in a hit and run accident and a friend recommended Hi Tech to get my car repaired. I have a 2021 Tesla Model 3 and was nervous about where to get repair work done. This was my first ever accident so wasn't sure how everything would work out. I spoke with Sonny at Hi Tech and he said he would take care of everything. Holy moly- they went above and beyond.
I got to say this was the smoothest process ever. They took care of the insurance stuff, got me a rental car (they provide you with a rental car on site) and the best thing is my Tesla literally looks better than new.

The staff at Hi Tech are THE BEST! My car was involved in a hit and run and I was so worried about how to fix it. I found Hi Tech on Google and within hours my car was picked up from Tommy and towed to the shop! I was given a rental same day that fit the needs for myself and my family from Sonny. The manager Matt kept me updated frequently on the timeline for my repairs. When I got my car back it was like I just bought it from the lot! The guys in the shop did an amazing job and the receptionist was super friendly! Best experience all around! I will recommend to anyone who needs body work done for sure
Tommy personally delivered a car for us to use while he picked up and fixed our Porsche Panamera. Hi Tech Auto Body went above and beyond and my car was returned better than it went in. Sonny and the team at Hi-Tech are seriously the best! Not only did they do a phenomenal job repairing my Jeep, they are truly full service. They made a stressful situation easy by picking up my car with their own tow truck, dealing directly with my insurance company, setting me up in a rental car and keeping me informed every step of the process. Their level of customer service is far above any other auto shop that I have encountered because they always go above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend anyone in RI or MA to give them a call for any body work or rental needs.
We recently had our Mercedes convertible serviced by Tommy at Hi Tech Auto Body.
It was probably the best experience that we have had with an auto body shop.
These guys know their stuff. And I know this because my husband is a car guy and is tough to impress.
Not only did Tommy take care of the work we asked him to do but he found other issues with the car that we did not know exist. And he took care of them too.
He even noticed we had the wrong tire on the car.
The car was ready when Tommy said it would be.
It looks great and runs great.
