Took my Dodge back to Dale after having an Issue with my Headlight leaking water when it rains.. He is gonna order another Headlight & call me when it comes in to replace it... Thanks for making things right we Appreciate it..
Brought our car to get the radiator and radiator core support, they returned our vehicle missing the A/C condenser. They are of course refusing to admit blame and won't do anything. Absolutely awful business. Now we're left with no A/C in this awful heat. Highly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere else
Only person I trust to work on my vehicles. Not just my newer ones, but my vintage cars. Dale always does a great job and the price is very reasonable!
Dale looked at the issue...stated that he would be getting the part the following Sunday..even quoted an estimate for the job. Said hed call...never did. I called there and the less than professional woman working in the filthy office began to give me a speech on mechanics not really wanting to do certain jobs. I told her Dale already stated that he'd do the job..she hung up on me. I went there...Dale again stated he'd go and search for for the part and call me. This all took over a month!! Have never heard from him ever...fire, fire, what a liar!! And her? Grab a scrub bucket and some business professionalism...youre definitely lacking.
There are very few places in this world that you can find that do that not only an amazing job but quickly finished work. I have to say Aber Autoworks has not an awesome mechanic that get the job done and that of the Secretary of the office not only well organized...they make you feel comfortable there like family! We've gone to them twice now, first time as recommended by a family member (ours) was for an out of the ordinary job, 2nd was for shocks and struts replacement. BOTH times we couldn't have been happier. They are fair priced, they don't give you any runarounds, you get an appointment and THEY KEEP IT, no sitting for hours waiting for your vehicle to get its turn.
I honestly don't see how people could have a gripe with them unless it's some personal issue we're not hearing about. THEY DO GOOD WORK, they don't charge an arm and a leg, stuff gets done right. End of story.
I had an emergency and Dale took care of me as soon as he could, couldn't be happier with his work. Great guy, great shop. Will do business with him again, Highly recommended.
Dale is a shyster. I had him replace the engine in my Monte Carlo. He charged me $650 and it took a month longer than he had quoted. He finally finished and I paid him, that's when I noticee he hadn't put an inspection sticker on it like I'd asked. You should have seen the look on his face when he explained that the unibody on the car was shot and couldn't be repaired, therefore wouldn't pass inspection.
That set my family back big time.

I have owned many cars over the years and worked with a lot of different automotive professionals. Dale Aber comes as a recent and welcome addition to my local network.
I sent a vehicle in for service this week and was extremely impressed by his automotive knowledge, quick turnaround time, and most of all, his honesty. He discovered that what I thought was a worn out wheel bearing was actually the result of an out of state mechanic improperly installing it.
Instead of charging me for a full replacement, he fixed the defective installation, and charged me a nominal amount that I am certain barely covered the time the car spent holding up his garage bay.
I have always been into cars but growing up with a single parent, I lacked mechanical knowledge and the first few vehicles I owned, got me taken to the cleaners at the hands of a couple unsavory shop owners.
Based on my experience today, I would recommend Aber Autoworks to anyone and especially encourage the individuals most vulnerable at the hands of a mechanic to use this shop.
They do a great job, in a timely and efficient manner, and you could leave your wallet on the dashboard without a single worry.
