Steer clear will not give you a refund for unused parts your stuck with it and they get away with robbery manager and staff untrained and dumb to busy on there cell phone to do anything else stay away

Very happy with the service that I received at the Leechburg, PA location this morning. I stopped here today as it was starting to rain (gently at first. ) The sudden rain reminded me that I was in dire need of windshield wipers for both the front and back windows of my car. When I entered the store, a very polite young man named Kaiden was working at the front counter. He helped me to locate the correct sized wiper blades for my vehicle. (My front windshield uses 2 different sizes, and the back window requires yet a different size than either of the front ones.) Kaiden also willingly installed them on my car and even refilled my windshield washer fluid... Excellent experience overall and would gladly recommend to others. My recommendation is based on my overall satisfaction with Kaiden, and the fact that this store had all 3 of the different sized wiperblades in stock. I sincerely appreciate the the service that I received today and will be back again in the future.

Store 01215 is the worst advance auto parts store I have ever dealt with. Throughout the years I've spent thousands of dollars at advance auto. I've bought just about everything you can imagine from them except a crate motor and a transmission but I'm done after my experience in that store. Whoever Robert K is that works there doesn't listen to you when you tell him what you want and is to lazy to do any research for what you need. Whatever the computer says is gospel. I returned my entire order because one part didn't fit and when I called about it to ask what is the next size serpentine belt he can sell me. His response was none I gave you the right belt. Damn belt was a half inch to short. I went elsewhere they researched what I needed. I got the proper belt for my 2010 subaru forester for the alternator and power steering and went right on the way it's supposed to. I've gone to that store 4 times and had 3 unpleasant experiences with this one being the worst. Kittanning, Natrona Heights, Sarver and Butler are all great stores. I've probably spent over 10 thousand dollars at Kittanning easily throughout the years. People make the difference! The people in the Leechburg Advance Auto are terrible!!!

Helpful people, didn't have what I needed; gave me some great suggestions on where to find it.

My disability wife took our car for a new battery. The woman working was rude and uncooperative. She wouldn't even open the hood on car that my wife doesn't know how to do. Advance auto is a good company. Get rid of her. Go to AutoZone.

My girlfriend purchased a light bulb for her car. She was given the wrong one by one of staff. She didn’t know what she was looking for that’s why she went to a store that specializes in this type of thing. I went to return the bulb and get the proper one. When I went in the store Saturday December 10 at 7 p.m. , it stunk of cigarette smoke. The store was empty so the guy working was openly smoking till I came in. He quickly told me he couldn’t help me because I opened the package. So they sold a lady the wrong item and I was bothering the guy from his smoke break. That’s why the store is empty. There are many auto parts to choose from in this area.

I at first only came in because the UPS directory literally directed me to this location without adding its inside Advanced Auto, so I'm sure people come in constantly with query. THEY are amazing here! Even though they could not ship the product I was trying to, this was absolutely not their fault and they were very nice and gave me the other locations and hours that could. I them remembered I needed new wiper blades. I was embarrassed to ask if they are universal or specifically for each model. I was meet with kindness and patience! They looked up my car specifically and asked what brand I might want, I asked a lot of questions and he helped me find the best for my car without insisting on the most expensive. After purchase he automatically took them out of the packaging and went out and installed them. I am so impressed by their level of professionalism and support!!

Very helpful in getting me info related to my check engine light. Very quick and efficient.

Came to this advance and waited almost 10 minutes for the guys to come back inside from out front. When they walked in they called to a guy in the back to see if they could wait on me. They apologized to the worker in the back for bothering him....how about the customers waiting around??

Advanced auto parts is a great place to get what you need. in out quick. Without walking 2 blocks. Also if you are not quit the mechanic you want to be or your short on tools. I think they got you. Just ask. They put on wipers free..and check and install batteries and some head lights..like I said ask

I went to get brake parts from here but the "matching" parts were not the same as what was on my vehicle. They could not help me at the store level and they did not have access to manufacturer support.

Great customer service. Usually car places give me problems because I am a woman but they didn't treat me any differently.

Steve helped me replace the battery. Really helpful and efficient. Tested old one and gave me the options for replacement. Installed and out the door in 10 minutes.

Bought new windshield wipers. The lady installed them for me. My arthritis was most grateful. She really could not have been nicer.

Good place for new parts. Quick, friendly, and willing to help if you got questions. Prices are not bad either. They have what you need and if not it will be there tomorrow.

I witnessed Eric the manager loudly talk over a 62 year old woman rather than answer a legitimate battery question. Threatened to call police when she kindly asked him to show some respect and allow her to finish. Yes, I’m being serious. This dude felt threatened by grandma. They must get some real doozy customers here for him to act like that. Advance should be ashamed.

Got new wiper blades and they installed. Went with the Rains. They are great, I love these blades. The gentleman who installed them was wonderful...

Working on brakes/caliper/rotor-two trips and two hours of frustration with wrong parts from the "other guys" who eventually said they didn't have parts we needed. One trip and 15 minutes at Advance Auto Parts and we had the right parts! Less than half an hour we were done! They are our new heroes!

Dont, EVER EVER EVER go here. Trust me. Need a "free" battery installation? I was told mine was too labor intensive. I went to Walmart, got it done for 75 dollars less. Need nuts n bolts? They can't find em. Go to the place up the street. Morons work here, it should be known.
