AutoZone normally will have parts when other stores have to order them. The only issue is AutoZone tends to charge a lot more for parts and anything you may need for your vehicle. A&G Auto is normally my go to when getting anything. They will save you money at A&G as well.

I cannot say enough about the help I got from Kayla and Bill! I have no clue about cars and they helped me every step of the way. They honestly went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much. Thank you guys, you both are amazing!!!

There is a guy here must be new his name is JEFF I do not like him I came in for specific parts and this dude was so pushy and annoying asking me if I want air fresheners and fuel stabilizer I probably said no like 4 times it’s to early for this. The only one there that seems knowledgeable and genuine is the Kayla girl I doubt I’ll go here again. Until they get rid of him. (I was told he is a manager) I complained on my Facebook and apparently he pushes parts and shit on people my 2 buddies also had this same experience I’m sure the ceo or who ever see’s these reviews and I’m sure. There not going to do anything (and his attitude towards his employees while I was in there is very questionable !!!

I had a very unpleasant experience at autozone. The man who rang me and my boyfriend up was extremely condescending and was overall very rude. He continuously rolled his eyes at us for making a simple mistake and treated us as if we were stupid. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Michael, who is a manager, was the best help possible. Changed my wipers and brake lights for me within 20 minutes of being there. Fast efficient and kind. Wonderful experience

The guys here are so helpful! They help me with putting in my lights and checking my codes. They help me find the parts I need and show me the difference in brand and prices.

Store was clean, well organized, easy to access and easy to park. Our customer service person was very nice and helped us search for part we needed. He provided recommendation and was very helpful.

It had been the coldest temperatures all year, about 17 degrees. My mother was preparing for a long drive to Somerset and needed a battery in her car. If anyone is familiar with the 2014 Ford Escape, then you know its not a simple replacement. It requires many parts to be disassembled before you can get to the terminals and mounting bracket. I believe the service members name was Mike, and he made it a point to let us know that the circumstance and the brutal weather would not keep him from helping to keep her car running. He was kind and very understanding. He refused our offer of a tip and just asked for a good rating for his location on Hyde Park Road in Leechburg pa. I recommend this location for all of your automotive needs.

We went in half an hour before closing and got great service, the guys were knowledgeable and very helpful. Even came outside because my mother was in the car.

ON A COLD MORNING WHEN THE WIFE WAS HAVING BATTERY TROUBLE... WENT FOR A NEW BATTERY AND THE CREW LAUGHED AND WAS FRIENDLY BUT THEY KNEW THE BATTERY WAS TUCKED UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT AND NOT FUN TO REPLACE ... MIKE SAID NO PROBLEM HE'S GOT THIS (ADVANCE DOWN THE ROAD REFUSED TO CHANGE IT )...MIKE CHANGED IT , CLEANED UP THE TERMINALS AND EVEN REPLACED A RUSTED BOLT THAT WAS CORRODED, ALL WHILE CRACKING JOKES AND HIS FINGERS FROZEN ...THE WORKERS WERE ALL HAPPY TO HELP ... DID THEIR JOBS AND DID IT WELL ... ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME IN FOR A BATTERY SAME MAKE AND MODEL AND THEY LAUGHED AND ONE SAID MIKE YOU WARM UP I GOT THIS ONE. PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TODAY

I was having electrical issues with my truck, the manager Mark Hilti helped me figure it out! I worked on this truck for a month and couldn't figure it out! He helped me a lot, got me the part I needed and was very friendly and helpful!! Great store, great prices, great staff.

Recently, I needed to replace my headlight bulb for my 2018 Chev Silverado . The store manager "Mike " assist me on get a replacement bulb. He have no problem get one for me. He show excellent customer service!. I am disabled Veteran from Iraq War. Unfortunately, I have a moderate Brain injury from Iraq. Store manager, didn't try to sale me unnecessary items. All I need a bulb. I will be doing my Auto parts shopping at this store. It good that Autozone has good salespeople. Thank you Mike!

I came in to get assistance with my car, and a poor employee named Gary was overwhelmed with customers doing his best while the other guy, his name tag said Stanley, was outside on his phone and hitting a vape pen. I was so disgusted and felt so bad for the man at the register I walked out.

I came in to get a water pump and thermostat that was on hold for me to pick up for my husband. I looked inside the box and asked the guy ringing me out. Where the thermostat.? The other guy behind the counter 1/2 pick up the water pump out of the box and said it was in the water pump. With attitude. I said are u sure? He said yes with a dismissive attitude. I closed the box, paid and left. Of course I got home and my husband told me the thermostat was missing. If the guy would have just listened and helped me instead of dismissing me. I wouldn't have needed to go back out to get a thermostat. I wouldn't shop there anymore.

We came in right before close to buy a battery because mine died about an hour prior. They got me the battery I needed and installed It very quickly. Thank you.

After working in public service for over 45 years and a little over 4 years at AutoZone I was very disappointed with the level of service I received today. When I worked in public service if you saw a customer coming in and struggling with a part you assisted them. Today, even though I walk with a cane and have had major back surgery I went to store 4615 and was not offered help from the PSM or red shirt. Steve is a good manager.maybe the employees need more training in customer service. It was obvious to Ray Charles or Stevie Wonder I needed help but wasn't offered any.Therefore I'll probably do most of my part's shopping online with other more reasonably priced vendors. The extra wait will be worth it.

Just wanted to say that AutoZone has the best customer service on earth in an era when person-to-person customer service has all but disappeared from businesses. Huge thanks to Gary for showing me how to replace headlight light bulbs...not a car guy here. Truly, every time I go into the place, all the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, including the regional manager and store manager I spoke to...and gave this review to in person. I was at Hyde Park store Monday 12/5/22 to purchase a battery. The Manager Michael helped me. He installed battery & made sure everything was ok before I left. He was so polite & courteous. It was such a pleasure to hav Michael help me.He is definitely worth keeping. I will be back to this store for all my auto needs to see Michael.

Hey why not give you five stars I just got my entire price of my brake pads back plus more . I bought a brake bundle on 6 25 22 which was at a discount plus I was returning pads anyway because I had previously bought them . So I was refunded the total of pads I bought prior to 6 25 22 which was more money than the brake bundle I bought on 6 25 22 . Got right parts though and made money so thank you . Great job Autozone

You can't go wrong at AutoZone! I recently visited the local AutoZone in Leechburg, PA, to buy a new automotive battery. They not only sell the batteries, but they install them in your car at no extra cost. Really! Why would you go anywhere else? I find the store is always clean and well organized with great auto parts and other products. The employees are knowledgeable, well trained and have great attitudes. Did you know that AutoZone is a nationwide a supplier of automotive parts and accessories? Their stores are located in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Autozone bailed me out big time. The manager helped me out getting parts for my fathers exhaust system. He was super knowledgeable polite and made sure he was ordering the right parts for me. It is nice to go to an auto parts and not have them attempt to upsell it. Double checking to get the right part number is huge too since time is money and if you don’t have the part you can’t work. Strongly recommend going here for your parts.

To the Guys who work at Auto Zone on Pittsburgh Street in Greensburg Pa and the Leechburg PA , you are super sweet and very professional. You go out of your way for people. Keep up the good work!
