This place here i definitely would recommend, my truck de rated after a wash saying low quality def. Took over to freightliner dealer not to far from this place 6 and half hrs later many regens and $925 less they said they couldn't find the issue and didn't even bother clearing the de rate. Next day took it to Palko and they guy who worked on it solved it and updated it plus other things he suggested changing inlet nox sensor at some point but did all this for $637 in about the same time as freightliner. Friendly people, place is busy but hey, I be back for sure if around and need service. So far so good no issues or de rate. Thanks for getting me back out on road big ups to yall!

There I was, stranded on the shoulder of the highway, contemplating a new life as a local forest hermit and questioning every decision I’ve made since the third grade. My trailer had officially given up on its dreams. ​Then came Rocco. ​He, possesses the energy of three espresso shots, and apparently has a supernatural telepathic connection with rusted metal. I’m pretty sure he didn’t just fix the trailer; he performed a high-speed mechanical exorcism. He worked so fast I didn’t even have time to finish my 'woe is me' sandwich or name the family of squirrels I was planning to move in with. ​If you’re stuck, call this man. He’ll have you back on the road before you can even finish Googling 'how to live in a ditch.' Rocco is a legend—fast, professional, and saved my sanity from a total breakdown. 12/10

I had a really disappointing experience with this repair shop. My truck broke down over the weekend, and they insisted I bring it in on Monday for a fix that ended up costing me $1,900. I specifically asked if they worked with my warranty before the repair, and they said it probably wouldn’t be covered but to just proceed with them. Turns out, after paying out of pocket, I learned my warranty would have covered the repair if I’d gone to a different shop. So, I ended up paying for something that should have been covered, all because they misled me. Definitely not a place I’d trust again. Giving one star back , due to truck was fixed , it just could’ve voted me $350 instead ( deductible ) if I went with the repair shit that works with NTP

Service was incredible. Extremely helpful after hours and Ron was extremely knowledgeable and gave the part ABS for the company to access later• very very satisfied with the environment and staff. Amber is absolutely wonderful. Rocco was super thorough and Ed made me feel at ease when I was in a bad spot.

My Cummins engine was in 5mph derate. Palko quickly found wiring issue with EGR system and got me out of derate same day fast and at a fair price. They are a one stop shop that does anything from road service, towing, and complex repairs at a fair price.

When you need a shop in Piitsburgh, PA area, this is where you send your truck. Great people, great service. Even their prices are decent! They took care of my guy in less than a day and got him back on the road. 5 stars from Fenix Transportation LLC guys, keep up the good work.

Palko Truck & Tailer are really nice people and they really make you feel like family. I had my radiator cap blow out last night on the road. As soon as my company was able to find a shop they could get me fixed up the next day. Palk Truck & Trailer took the charger on they were great. even gave me ride to get breakfast. really nice people.

Ron is by far the most honest and reliable mechanic in town. He helped me out on Saturday which is his day off and he went above and beyond to fix my semi truck driver door. The nice lady at the office was very friendly and welcoming and I would recommend this shop to all drivers

Tom did a good job on replacing a wheel seal on my truck, looking forward to go back to replace one more that is starting to leak also, decent price for labor.

The workers are very good. They are true masters of their craft.

To start, my 2007 international eagle with a cat c15 engine stalled on the Penn turnpike, palko sent a mobile tech to come look at truck and unfortunatly couldnt get it working or fixed (it was a Sunday no parts available for truck on sunday) they quickly dispatched a heavy duty truck to tow my semi and LOADED trailer off the freeway, got my truck to their shop where their techs did a great job of diagnosing and repair the truck, im from michigan and when you break down on the road youre always afraid youre gonna get robbed, they were honest and more than fair with their pricing, I recommend palko and will be bringing my truck back to them if I ever have issues in the future, mechanic is a magician when it comes to CAT engines

Amanda assisted me with the road service call when our driver locked himself out of the truck. Service was quick and they managed to open our truck without compromising the lock or damaging the door. Very professional. Highly recemented.

I found Palko Truck & Trailer during my intensive google search aiming to find a reliable and professional Truck and Trailer repair shop. In South of Pittsburgh area no doubt there are many repair shops, before contacting Palko, every other workshop I contacted I felt like people are not serious about their business because they were not good with their communication, nobody attend calls, and when they do they sounded like they are just passing their time here on earth without motivation. I swear to God I was fed up of finding a shop who can give me an appointment for my trailer repair even when I was never in an emergency capacity. All other workshops really need to see Palko as their model if they want to improve. Anyways lets talk about Palko now, when I first called I was welcomed by Miss Amber, she is one of the most energetic, humble, positive, down to earth lady who understood my concern patiently and always communicated well about the process. The only reason I chose Palko was because everything was crystal clear and was being shared to me upfront with transparency. My huge respect for Miss Amber and her team for taking my trailer project and completing it nicely. Thanks to Miss Amanda as well for helping out with her full spirit. Palko offers reasonably priced services with outstanding quality and workmanship. Thank you a millions! I also got my annual DOT inspection done from them.

Fast work, courteous and kind, reasonably priced and right off the hwy!!!! Only con is at&t has little to no signal. If I have a breakdown in the area again, I will choose them.

As a truck driver, I would highly, highly recommend this company. I had a brand new trailer where an axle bolt had fallen out. I called these guys after calling 13 other shops. I was broken down on the side of the road in West Virginia. These guys came two hours just to get to me. They were super cool guys, got the job done, got me back on the road .. I couldn’t recommend them more. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. Eddie and Roach are second to none.
