So they have this salesman there his name is PJ. Let's just say he is the make it happen man. Then to top it off David Miller made everything quick and easy in and out. These guys are a blessing in this industry.

We were new customers, having just arrived from out of state. We had an urgent issue with our Silverado that needed immediate attention. Without an appointment, our service advisor welcomed us in and promptly addressed the issue. The video review summarizing the work performed was extremely helpful. My car buying experience was exceptional at Jim Shorkey Chevrolet. My salesperson PJPryor was the best I have dealt with in over 50 years of buying cars. He was relaxing, easy to talk to, very informative, knowledgeable and very personal and professional. He extended every courtesy you could imagine and took extensive time explaining all the vehicles features upon delivery of my car. Also made sure to offer any services that I could need after the purchase. I would visit him again in a heartbeat!!

The service department knows what's up, sometimes blaming the engineer is totally appropriate. If you own a Chevy EV. Don't trust their "EV concierge service" at all. Call the dealership first. Mike can explain why you need the same software update every year. I'm not sure the people at EV Concierge Service are aware their vehicles contain software.

Working with Mike Airgood and Noah King made the process of trading in my 2023 Trailblazer in for a 2026 Model quick and painless! Mike was really friendly, very supportive, and helpful throughout the process! Also, a shout out to Brian in Finance that made the paperwork process quick and painless! After buying quite a few different cars, I must say this was the only place that I have been in where I spent more time waiting on the car to be detailed than I have discussing numbers. Staff was very friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and entertaining. I have been car shopping for over a year and had some rough experiences. Back in the spring of 2025, my fiancé bought a car from this dealership with Bob as his salesman. We had such a great experience with Bob I knew I would come back to purchase and upgrade my car to fit my current lifestyle… needless to say 6 month later, I was back at this dealership to trade my car in and purchase a new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. I will ALWAYS recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. They are welcoming, respectful and professional from all aspects. This lot as well had several options and different lines of cars to look at and compare. Although Bob was my salesman and made the process flawless, I feel any salesman here would be amazing.

I had the best experience with Nick Bezjak!! I found a trailblazer online that I really wanted and Nick made that happen. Not only was he hospitable to me but also my 3 year old daughter who goes with me everywhere. Even helped install her car seat!! Nick is the guy to go to for any new car needs. He’s very real and does his best to give you want you want. David in finance was also awesome!! Speedy process and not pushy at all with the add-ons. Even gave advice and was amazing at juggling all the paperwork and a 3 year old throwing stress balls and cars at him! Super thrilled to work with this dealership in the future

Nick is a great salesman. He explained everything about my truck to me. He really knows his product. The Sales Manager was very nice and helpful. And when I got into the finance office he was very quick and didn't try to push any extras on me. He explained them but was not pushy. I had a very good experience with everyone that was involved. Buying experience: My Sales Consultant Tammy B. was such a joy to work with. She was professional and treated me with respect. When I met her I could instantly tell that this dealership had a great culture. She showed me around the dealership, was responsive and great to work with throughout the sales process.

Finance experience: Finance Manager Steve N. was outstanding. He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust.

Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. Had a great experience. Our salesman Jake was great. He pulled each vehicle we were interested in right up to the front of the building. We went over each vehicle and test drove them and he answered any questions we had. Ricky the sales manager made us a great offer on our trade (2015 GMC Terrain) in order to try to make a deal. A week later we came in to make a deal, I was ready to buy if the deal was right. They were willing to work with me and my budget and helped make a deal!
