Ray worked his butt off to get us great financing and into the truck of our dreams! He was incredibly professional, never pressured us at any point, and was very accommodating throughout the entire process. I recently bought a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander sport with 35k miles on it this past Saturday 06-20-26. I had the pleasure of dealing with J.P and he was wonderful! He didn't haggle me about anything. I went there, looked at a couple cars, went in and talked to him, test drove it, and pulled away to head home all within 2 hours of me getting there. Once I got my Mitsubishi closer to home and traveled on rough roads I heard a rattling sound. I called back down the following Monday and they scheduled me to look at it today. My appointment was at 11 and I was heading home by noon. It was a sway bar link and they fixed it for no charge. I am very happy I chose choice auto sales!

Purchasing the car was simple. They offer extras but dont push. Pricing is computer generated and there is no haggle. Service was easy to deal with. Thanks to Ray and John. Overall I recommend if your in need of vehicle. Check them out.

The vehicle I just bought was my 5th I bought from choice,if your buying a used vehicle you need to go to choice auto sales it doesn’t get any better. The best part is the extended warranty 4 years 50,000 miles bumper to bumper on a 2022 vehicle with 60,000 miles on it.

Nice place. Lots of good used cars and trucks to choose from. The sales team is friendly, knowledgeable and they don’t pressure you. No one jumps at you as soon as you open your door. We looked in and at a few vehicles before we went inside to talk to someone. The vehicles are immaculately detailed and the shop changes the oil, checks the fluids and verifies that there are no mechanical issues.

I’m very pleased with my recent purchase and experience. Brian was friendly and respectful of what I was wanting to buy. He was able to do everything I asked for. The service department has also been helpful and I look forward to using them for my oil changes and warranty services.

I've been taking my car to Choice for a few years for service and always found them to be honest and fair. Today I purchased my first car from them and it was great! Jerry made the experience a lot of fun and pressure free.
Update 6/6: Had to change my rating after purchasing the car because the communication has been terrible. Choice still hasn't scheduled an appointment for touch up body work they are supposed to do and yesterday, I found out that they can't service the car I bought. They proudly boast about their lifetime power train warranty and being super convenient to my home, but they didn't bother to mention that they can't service the car I bought. It makes me question whether or not they actually "went through everything" like I was told because if their software isn't compatible with the Audi software, how did they manage to "go through" it? So not only has Choice lost my service business because they can't service the car they sold me, but I'll never buy anything from them ever again because the post purchase experience has been horrible. My mother, niece and nephew have been looking for vehicles. After initially telling them to look into Choice, I have warned them to look elsewhere.

Was looking for a car for our daughter as a graduation gift. Salesman Ken was very helpful and forthcoming about everything. He didn't pressure us and answered any and all questions. He is the reason we WILL shop here again. Our daughter loves her car!! This place is awesome.

No issues whatsoever with the salesman I was working with and they were offering a fair amount for my trade in. My only gripe during the negotiation process was when I asked for more towards my trade in, Choice Auto offered an extra $250 plus they would fill up the gas tank for me as it was on 1/4 tank. Thanks, but a full gas tank should be standard when buying a vehicle. Buying a vehicle with 1/4 tank of fuel knowing I have to immediately go fill it up doesn't make a customer feel appreciated nor is it a great sales tactic.

What frustrated me the most was that I drove 9 hours round trip (from Upstate NY) for a Toyota Highlander that was a good deal but upon arriving to drive the car and in going through it, it was not that clean and it was obvious from the smell that it was driven by a smoker. Lifting up the seats you could see crumbs and wrappers and when the windows were closed, the smell was enough for me to not go through with the purchase and drive all the way back home.

My advice to Choice Auto is to ensure that your vehicles are detailed and cleaned as that was what made me turn around and not go through with the sale.

Was going to purchase a car from Ray but unforseen circumstances came up and didn't purchase at this time. Definitely would recommend Ray. He was very prompt and willing to make sure everything was ready with the car before we made our 1.5hr trip. Very friendly and easy going guy. Recommend him to anyone planning to purchase from Choice Auto.

We got to meet the most amazing sales man today at choice auto, Ray was absolutely amazing and helped us and got us in a beautiful car it was quick and easy with his help! I 10/10 recommend going to choice if you need a car and absolutely go see Ray he will help out and make you feel confident along the way!!

I don’t even know where to begin—my experience with Choice Auto was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a car lot. JP was my salesman and treated me with the utmost respect from start to finish. He took his time with me on a inexpensive vehicle, but you would’ve thought I was buying a Porsche the way he handled everything. That kind of service is hard to find.

This dealership is awesome—they have a TON of vehicles in stock, so you’ll definitely find something you like. The whole experience was just smooth and stress-free.

I can honestly say I won’t go anywhere else to buy a vehicle ever again. Choice Auto is the real deal.

First time I went there (for brakes)they gave me a significant discount to give them a 5 star review. I accepted since everything was fine. Short time later though had a problem with my brakes I’d just received from them. I had to pay for it. Then went back to them as my brakes were under warranty there. Quoted me a price and when I didn’t get the work done that day they charged me $125 to diagnose the problem - when I asked if they’d take that amt off if I came back to do the work, they said they’d take off half of it. I called them back a few days later to schedule the work. They scheduled me three weeks out. Then when I got the work done, they wouldn’t take the $62 off as they had promised. At first the guy tried to fast talk to me with numbers, which made no sense and when I pushed for clarification he claimed that he didn’t remember telling me that he’d take that $62 off. Absolutely shady. I would definitely not recommend anybody go here especially a woman.

Great selection of quality vehicles. I know a few different people who’ve had great dealings with Choice Auto, as well. The staff are honest and upfront about every step. They’re friendly and easy to work with, especially Ray. The test drive was nice and he didn’t make me feel rushed or like I needed to be short with it. Each vehicle even comes with some type of warranty, even the ones sold “as is”. The prices are fair and the vehicles all look clean and trustworthy, which is definitely important in a used car. I would highly recommend and would definitely do business with them again.

Great place if you have some patience. These guys can multi task and when they are busy they are busy. Straight forward and honest. I was there damn near all day and left happy in my brand spanking used truck. They have something there for everyone and good pricing. Travis i appreciate the hand off to Ray and taking care of that headlight before I left. Ray... spot on brother. I appreciate you keeping it real and shotting it to me straight. Ray was wonderful to deal with. He was up front and honest about vehicles. We had originally gone in to the dealership to look at a different car than what I bought. The first words out of his mouth were “I’m gonna be honest with you, this is wrong with it”. I appreciated that so much. Instead of that vehicle we left with a 2014 Jetta. They looked everything over for a full service and easily could have told us that everything was fine and sent us on our way but they didn’t. They found 2 minor issues and we have to take the car back when the parts come in and they’re repairing those parts. It was a 70+ mile trip home and the car was great. The only issue we can find is that the charging port doesn’t work but that’s normal wear and tear and not a difficult or expensive fix. It’s only been 12 hours but so far we are incredibly happy with our purchase and the service that we received. My daughter couldn’t have been happier with her surprise! Thanks Ray!
