Sometimes the only way to say thanks for GREAT service is to do a review. John H the manager here went above and beyond to help me out of a situation I had with my truck. In a time when it seems that customer service no longer exists, John proved that GREAT service is DEFINITELY still out there!! I don't normally leave reviews, but the manager (Im assuming he was the manager) is a good man.
I took my wife and child to dinner across the street. Upon leaving, leaving the car wouldn't start. Popped the hood and determine it was a loose battery terminal. Not tools with me, luckily spotted the AutoZone across the street. Went in and told they guy my problem and before I could explain the full situation he was handing me the right tool to fix it.
Long story short, went in to return the ratchet and socket and he would let me give him money for getting my family out of a tight spot... you don't see that much these days.
Im sure if he was that quick to help me, hed be quick to help you. Good people. Very appreciative. Thank you.
Had such an amazing experience at this store! Rob A. Was extremely helpful and not only told me the exact product I needed to buy but went above and beyond to help me fix my car AC when I had no idea what to do. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Christian was phenomenal and saved my day! I had planned to go skiing but needed to get a new bulb for my girlfriend’s car. I didn’t want to waste my day at the dealership so I was going to try and fix it myself. Christian was really helpful in choosing the right bulb and was going to give me a couple tips but ended up just doing it real quick. Saved me a ton of time and got to ski the whole day!
I wanted to take a moment to thank the AutoZone Murrysville store employee. My car won't start at the gas station near AutoZone on a cold night, so I went to the store for help. An employee came right out and helped me jump-start my car. Their prompt and friendly assistance saved me from a stressful situation, and I am so grateful for their help. I stopped by to see about getting a new muffler after mine rusted off (shoutout road salt!). The parts manager, James, took the time to help me gather all of the necessary components (muffler, connectors, clamps, etc.) and went above and beyond my expectations, confirming that the parts would fit my vehicle and ensuring that I left with a quieter car than I pulled in with! 100/10 customer service - wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Bought a battery at the Murrysville location about a year ago for a car i only drive in the summer. Went to start the car and the battery was dead, even though it was on battery maintainer since fall. Brought it to Auto Zone to check, and it failed to hold a charge. Store employee (sorry I didn't get his name) said we stock that same battery and grabbed a replacement. I asked when I purchased it and he was able to find the transaction. He said it's still under warranty and said this will be no charge! I was going to ask about the warranty, but he beat me too it. Customer service like this is rare these days and wanted to share. Thank you Auto Zone Murrysville, you earned a customer for life!
One guy told me yea bring your old oil in drove 15 minutes to get there for them to refuse because my oil was in plastic coffee containers he said has to be in official oil containers because someone brought old oil with cat litter in it. Seriously so putting old oil in an official container means it’s good oil. Will not be back waste of my time
I walked in to get wiper blades and was immediately greeted by staff! They asked me
what they could help me with. The store is clean and organized. Jeff helped me figure out what wiper blades I needed and they even put them on for me. He was extremely kind, helpful and I felt welcome there. We need more customer service like this! Thank you so much Jeff for you help! I will be returning to this store for future purchases!
Very nice customer service. Even when I couldn't show the warranty for my Duramax they still replaced it. Night and day difference between these guys and the degenerates down the road at advanced Auto parts.

Rob and Jeff are rock stars. I came in with an impossible corroded battery post situation and they were able to unfree it and get me back on the road. This was more than an ordinary auto parts store fix but they worked through it and got it done. Incredible customer service. Thanks guys.

They just happen to be located in the same lot as the best car wash in the area.
The one time I was in their store I waited 20 minutes at the cash register while they were trying to explain something to a new employee as opposed to checking out me they left me standing there.
I understand new employees have to be trained but you need to take care of customers and not ignore them. I was less than 2' away from them and they completely ignored me while they tried to get something through to somebody who was completely clueless. There is a time and place to train people and it's not while you have customer standing there waiting to check out. Needless to say I will not be back at that store.
Arrived at Murrysville location at 12:32 pm , 4 associates available to assist me , no other customers at that time in sight. A man steps forward to greet , “ask for best wipers for my car “ we went through process to identify the best purchase for my vehicle , then I asked , “ you do install , correct ?”
His response was the same as 4 months ago
“ if it’s not pouring rain ? , I said , it’s raining ?
His response was you can come back when it’s not raining if you like , again , just like 4 months ago I wasted my time trying to by wipers for my car at this location. First time / Shame on you for losing sales , this time shame on me for going to this Auto Zone .yet again? Crazy
Regional Director asked me to give them and the GM a second chance , well I just did . No more chances
The store manager Jason is fantastic. Super helpful and knowledgeable. His staff is the same and that is a testament to his skill. You do all you can to retain this stellar manager. I drive past 2 Advanced Auto stores just to get to Jason’s store.
Purchased windshield wipers for my car here. Great service. I was in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Rob was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me install them on my car. It was a great experience!
As an owner of a serice business I always think it is beyond important for the employees to do their best with every single client that walks through the doors. With this stop we will give 2 stars only because the store did have the item we needed however the customer service was absolutely terrible. Unpleasant, uninformed and really the bottom point is that it felt like they could care less about helping or trying to help us. Disappointing, but with the way our society seems to progress nowadays unfortunately it is so common.
Autozone has good prices and helpful staff. Their parts are usually good quality but you want to be careful. Their rewards program is good. You get a point for every $20+ purchase you make. Once you get 5 points you get a $20 credit. I've saved well over $100 with it over the years. Another advantage of it is that it keeps track of your purchases. This means that you can still do returns even if you lose your receipt. It is well worth signing up for.
