I had an alternator issue draining my battery and left me sit. Not certain of the guys name, but he went above and beyond taking my battery inside for a quick charge, reinstalling it, and getting me going again. I made it back home safely. A massive THANK YOU to the man for everything he did 👍👍👍👍

The black gentleman with a beard is extremely unhelpful and has a bad attitude, I don't feel like there's much else to say! Maybe he was having a bad day 🤷🏻‍♂️

Picked up a travel trailer a few weeks ago. The battery had frozen and burst over the winter. The guys at the store were awesome!!! They took out the old battery and put in a new deep cycle Diehard battery for me. Being handicapped, it would have been difficult for me to change it. Great employees, extremely helpful and at a very good price... Thank you Advance Auto in Lewisburg!!!

I was changing oil in lawn-mower motors when I was very young. This is perhaps the best auto-parts store I’ve ever worked with in my 47 years of wrenching.

Very well-stocked store and helpful staff available for a minor roadside emergency I had to deal with during a road trip. I got what I needed to get back on the road and home safely.

Guy brings his dog behind the counter. I don't think he even works there. Usually not a big deal but takes up the only reserved space in the parking lot.

Nice helpful sales guys. Had just what I needed for trailer electrical connection. Nice clean, well organized store. Easy parking. No wait.

My go to for pretty much any parts to service vehicles cuz they have OEM stuff, plus they have rental tools as well.

I wish I remembered the man's name because he was super helpful and friendly. He checked my carxbattery and replaced it for me in very little time. He enjoyed working and he enjoyed helping his customer's.

Prices are great if they don't have it in stock they will call one of their other stores and have them deliver the part your looking for to the store your shopping at

Great service by the employees, very sociable! If you need help diagnosing a problem they are more than willing to lend a hand and whatever tools you need. The only downside I've had is some parts are almost always out of stock or overpriced.

We were traveling from NC and our battery died. The guy working was a jerk when we went in to buy a battery and have it installed. There sre massive signs saying they do battery installation!!! It's really bad business. And the bad attitude was unnecessary as well.

I went for a battery check ( in which it took them a while to even get the tester on right) and it came up that it needed to be replaced, which was great but then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't touch it because I got it from a buy here pay here might think I'm trying to steal the car if they unhooked it!!!??? There are extra components on the battery but a quick look up and it literally comes with my type car, which means they have no knowledge of what they're doing and with only 2 people in the store in which I am still on hold and at the time 10 min ago they had no customers they put me on hold and never came back it just kept looping and ringing. I love advanced but not at this location definitely would not recommend.

Update: Yeah the super nice sales associate said it was compatible and it was NOT AT ALL. Had to take it to a mechanic only to find out it was the wrong battery and the electrical problems I experienced were due to that. So this incompetent person cost me $150 on top of the $200 battery. So wow. Shop at your own risk here. Needed a battery, they had a battery. Associate was super nice.

I have always had good service at this store and 90% of the time they had my parts, or would get them the next day. Preventative maintenance is a beautiful thing, when one applies it.

Advanced Auto has fair prices. I understand there is no smooking in the store. But why does the staff stand at the door with the door open when they smoke. Maybe they don't understand the smoke going in still stinks.

So my g/f came in for a battery replacement....bought the battery they recommended and they installed it for her ...now the car has side mount posts ....its a older car 99 ...however they put a universal battery in ...and now the top terminals are 1/4 inch from the inside of the hood ..why would a ( experienced parts salesmen) sell a part thats not right and has a chance to cause even more issues ...

They are very helpful. Usually have what I need in-stock and if not they will order it for me. Always friends and easy going.

Told me they couldn't look up a part for me, had no way of doing so, and had no clue about fuses, two young guys jamming country tunes near closing time, figured they just wanted me out of there, although once I bought my fuses they gave me a pair of pliers so I could do a DYI in the parking lot

Have bought from Advance for many years and never had a problem..even at this location until today..there was an older guy there that had to help the younger guy that was taking care of my transaction..very rude, making it such a big deal with my return, talking down to me..all I wanted was an exchange to be honest but this guy made such a deal out of nothing..I have worked in retail most of my life and you do not handle a return the way he did or talk that way in front of a customer. Can tell you, if I use Advance again it will be at another location. This guy (first time dealing with him) ruined any chance of me ever using the Lewisburg location again

I have to say is if you had to order parts from these people. I wouldn't count on what your told. I ordered parts and just got the run around saying stuff like it will be here the next day then call back to them saying I'm sorry don't know what happened call back the next day again to hear I don't know what happened. I suggest that you don't order anything from these people or to go in and buy something. I understand things do happen! But dont tell someone twice that your parts will be in if there not...

My battery died in front of a store just across from their parking lot. They told me that they couldn’t go that far to fix it. Wow, great service (insert the sarcasm). I won’t buy anything from them, ever!

I was barely acknowledged upon entering the store, which is a great indicator of their customer service. Went in to get a taillight bulb. I will absolutely not pay $8 for a simple 3157 light bulb. I guess Walmart wins another battle ($5.25 for 2). It also explains why there were absolutely NO people in the store. The place has taken a nose dive into mediocrity in the past 10 years.

Employees are all nice and helpful except for one. That employee does not know how to be customer friendly and smile... Employee always has an attitude 🤦

These guys were very helpful! Our alternator went out while driving on vacation they recommended a repair shop that fixed it in two hours. Thanks for all the help!

Always helpful and polite staff. I recently had to buy a new alternator. I couldn't find it anywhere else and I was actually able to pick it up same day, on a Sunday, after ordering online. It turned out the part was defective, which is on the manufacturer, but the staff were happy to return it with no hassle. They also help with installing batteries, wipers, etc. A great place to go!
