I would not recommend even if I were stranded in a snow storm. Very disrespectful. Would not let me obtain my car since I had a tow and was ready to pay the fees. Denied me to medical access to medication in my car. Then a day later released my car to me saying there’s no charge. So me being nice I called back to see if there’s a charge to be told “ your disrespectful we don’t want your money” I told them if I get a bill in the mail since they’re claiming I don’t have one and some claiming I do, then I’ll be taking them to court and suing. To Deny someone to there medicine while I’m epileptic is horrible!!! Safe to say will never ever be using them and wouldn’t recommend. Buffalo valley regional police were contacted as well and said I’m not liable if they choose not to bill me and I’m just fine. That should say a lot…
The experience me and mom had was top rate they said how long they would be there and they were we would recommend they to all and our relatives own a garage but I'm not referring them
The police called freedom towing when we had a car accident. I spoke with the man who towed the vehicle and asked how much the charge would be. He asked if I had insurance and I said yes (liability insurance) he said OK then nothing to worry about. I was only able to call four days later to find out I owed almost $2000 in fees. Nobody told me this was even a possibility. We negotiated the price down with signing over the title, $600 fine and fair enough. The lady at the front desk was rude over the phone and condescending in person, even smirking when referring to us to her boss on the phone in front of us, as if the situation is funny. I understand that this is a business and we had it use their service, and so of course we paid. However the behavior of customer service was unacceptable. The "friendly" in "Fast and friendly" should definitely be taken out of their business tagline.
My car broke down and needed towed home. I called Freedom Towing and from the moment I called til the driver arrived was a total of about 20 minutes. The dispatcher was kind and extremely polite. The driver called immediately and was at location in 10 minutes. He was so nice and helpful!!!!! Very professional and efficient. He even tried a jump in the event the battery wasn’t holding a charge.
He caused himself extra work by choosing a different spot to place the car to make things easier on my husband.
I absolutely recommend Freedom Towing!!!!! These folks are a class act!!!
They are extremely professional and a joy to deal with. They have great knowledge on the use of the trucks and picking the correct method to tow a car. I was incredibly happy with how my Roadrunner was moved. The only improvement would be better communication if you schedule a pickup, but are running behind. I will definitely use them again.
Tommy from freedom towing came out and got us safely to Walmart to fix our flat tire. Tommy is amazing and wonderful, kind and caring. Tommy loaded up my truck and got us here without any trouble. We appreciate him and everything he did. Thank you brother.
My insurance company did all the leg work. But I was surprised when the dispatcher called and asked what the license plate number was to ensure that it was my vehicle. And when the driver showed up to pick the vehicle up he called me again to ensure that the color in everything matched up. The car sat at my house and nobody home. It was nice to know that you can trust a company like this to show up do their job respectfully not damage any property and complete the job. Would recommend a 100% all Though Not to be rude I hope I never need a tow service again but if you need one I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for completing the job in under 45 minutes.
They showed up to tow my vehicle after my daughter was hit while driving it. I did not request the tow. I later needed access to the vehicle to get her belongings, and they refused to let me in other than between 8-4 M-Fri, which is also my work schedule. I explained that I was getting ready to leave for a trip to see family out of state, but they would not be flexible with my request to stop a little later in the evening. After postponing my departure to accommodate their schedule, the desk girl was extremely rude when I arrived.If this is above and beyond customer service, I'd hate to see them on an an off day.
Be aware of this place and watch out for the police around Lewisburg . If you’re vehicle runs out of gas, and you go to get fuel and leave your vehicle unattended, expect it to come up missing. Freedom towing will probably take it , put it in the pen, then charge you $300.00 to get it out… Not to be trusted at all…. I have had experience and I know from whence I speak.
Great experience. I requested help with towing a Mustang that belonged to my late father. They came within a half hour, It was parked in garage for 5 years, which was in a tight spot for a tow truck to get in, or so I thought; Brad made it look easy, he was an awesome driver and pulled the car carefully right out of the small garage. He was very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely use again when needed
These guys are Great!! Got to me super fast! Billing was cheap! And they even gave me a ride where I needed to go at no extra charge. If you’re ever in a tough spot like I was, give Freedom Towing a call to handle it. Beyond Impressed.
What a great service! These are the guys to call on a Sunday when you need a tow. James was quick, reliable and very knowledgeable. I'm so grateful they offer 24hr service and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Totally dead electric vehicle. All local towing companies hung up as soon as I said EV. When you call Freedom Towing, the OWNER answers the phone. He immediately began to work to solve our towing issues. He quickly arranged for a tow truck with the correct special equipment to be at our house. The driver of the tow truck prepared our EV for towing with great care. The driver was friendly, and very professional. Our EV was towed 80 miles, and was delivered to a dealership with care. Our entire experience with Freedom Towing was first-rate from start to finish. They are worthy of your trust. They should be your first call when trouble strikes.
Do not recommend this company my daughter was in a Fender Bender less than 4 miles away from there yard they build the insurance company $865 to tow it from Walmart to the there yard my mistake might have been telling them I have full coverage. Just another reason our insurance prices cost so damn much I talked to the insurance company about this they agreed to blacklist this company an attempt not to send business their way
They towed my car because I was parked illegally for maybe 10 minutes. And I had to walk to the store to give them a piece of my mind and when I say they have bar none top 10 customer service. I didn't even get a chance to raise my voice before one of their employees defused me. They are no nonsense and immensely helpful. I wish I hadn't been towed but if I had to be I couldn't wish for better service. After all, it was my fault.
I had a awful morning , jeep is totaled and needed it towed. James had the luck of the draw on picking my jeep up, he was nice, informative on what to do and made me feel better about the fact that my jeeps totaled. Will be using Freedom Towing ever time its needed! Great people from James to the lovely lady that answered my call and helped me figure everything out. God Bless
Very far from home and my car broke down, I called Freedom and someone was there to help me in less then an hour! Back home (Bucks County) if you call for a tow you can not ride with your vehicle due to COVID-19, James came and not only had my car hooked up and ready to go in minutes but he also welcomed me to ride with him, he’s definitely one of the cool dudes. He made our ride to Chevy fast and very comfortable for me!! Fast and friendly service for sure! Only downfall was the price I paid 180 for a regular tow! It was nice meeting and chatting with you James!! Thanks for all the recommendations for a mechanic!!! Stay Safe and out of trouble buddy!!!

We called Freedom Towing this afternoon when, after a mishap, my two young children got locked in the car while in their car seats. It was a very scary situation. We called Freedom Towing in a panic and they immediately had someone leave to make their way to us. We were able to instruct our 4 year old how to get out of his buckled car seat and he unlocked the doors right before the gentleman from Freedom Towing got there. We apologized and told them to send us the bill anyway while thanking them for getting to us so quickly, but they refused. It was so kind of them and they were so quick to try to help us. Definitely recommend and will keep them in mind for the future.
These guys were amazing!! I got stuck in the snow and was waiting for 2 hours for roadside assistance with my insurance. They pulled up and offered to help!! I had my child in the car and they got us out safe and sound. Both guys were kind and professional through the entire process!! Would definitely recommend. The office staff was great the next morning with getting me my receipt to submit to my insurance as well!! All around great experience in a not so great situation.
The driver showed up on time and beat expectations. He was very engaging, courteous, and explained the next steps in the process. He put my mind at ease and turned what could have been a very stressful event into one that was very pleasant and left me feeling positive.

Found myself stranded on the side of the toad this morning in Williamsport PA. Freedom Towing was able to quickly dispatch a tow truck that brought me to K&W Transmission, which I highly recommend, quickly and safely. The operator was professional and courteous offering me some guidance on how to proceed. If I’m in the area again and need a tow I will definitely call Freedom Towing.
After hitting a deer in the early morning hours, freedom towing went well beyond what a towing company does to help me out. They were fast, very polite, super helpful finding me a place I could sit, have a coffee, and contact my insurance company. Being a Sunday and no open car rentals, I had to spend the night. They came back and got me in the morning and took me to the collision shop. This company know the ture meaning of being helpful!! Thank you Lee!
The gentleman was great that towed my car. He called me to let me know he had arrived early to my location of service and talked to me the entire time he was hooking up the car. Fast, early and efficient. Very grateful for there awesome service. Definitely go with these guys.

My husband and I hit a deer after visiting family late on Saturday night (November 9th). We were over an hour away from our home in Scranton on the side of the highway. We limped our car to the rest stop and waiting for our insurance to contact a tow company. Lucky for us we got connected to Eric from Freedom Towing. It took him 15 minutes once he got the call to get to our location. This was a very pleasant surprise since it took about an hour for our insurance to get our claim started! Eric loaded up our car quickly and was incredibly personable. His positive attitude and overall friendliness really helped cut the sting of our accident. Eric drove us all the way to our Scranton home and helped us get our car into our garage. Our ride wasn’t like we were with a stranger, but with an old friend. If it wasn’t for Eric we would have had not only a totaled car over an hour from home but a VERY poor attitude.
Fantastic service. We needed one of our cars towed from our inside our garage and Lee arrived within an hour of my call, was incredibly personable and professional. He delicately maneuvered the car out of the garage (the battery was completely dead so he had to use a number of different contraptions to lift and slowly reverse it, it was very impressive. He dropped the car off where we needed it to be and we're up and running again. I'd highly recommend Freedom Towing to anyone seeking a top quality, modern towing service in the region. Thanks again!
