I had an amazing experience leasing my new Bronco Sport thanks to Josh Hamm. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle-not just making a sale. I travel for work and am out of town. My wife was in Sharon and her 2025 explorer was having overheating issues. I called in and talked to Michael Cook, the general sales manager, late tonight (Thursday 12/11/2025). He went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure that my wife could drop off her car there to be looked at by service first thing tomorrow morning. He showed true good core values along with compassion for her situation. I buy a new vehicle every 1-2 years. I have not purchased a vehicle from Diehl yet but this will be the next and only dealer that I shop at next.

Not sure if this is for my recent purchase of used vehicle or service on my F150. Both great experiences that exceeded my expectations. It cost more than I wanted, but I'm getting old. I still want the Taco Bell 59, 79, 99 deal.

I couldn't be happier with my truck. Drew was great with helping me with my purchase. The dealership was clean and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I didnt feel pressured into anything. Ill definitely be back for another vehicle. Especially if Drew is still there. Once I made my decision I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast and heading home in my life.

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. This is our second leased vehicle from Diehl Hyundai. And hopefully not our last. Very pleased. No pressure. Our sales consultant, Joshua Hamm, was highly knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and wants and hit a home run. We traveled from Erie, PA. Not a very long trip, but still well worth the travel. We never have received this type of service from our Erie dealership. Thank you Josh.

Purchased a car & had a trade in thought getting a newer year,would still have the options my ollder one had & it didn't,felt kinda pressured into get the one I test drove & didn't have everything I wanted, salesperson didn't even know if it had a remote starter,which I didn't find out that it did not til I got the keys,so second time buying from diehl & a couple other issues since I got it 2 months ago, will definitely rethink going to them again

I was in process of purchasing a new Transit from them. Some unforseen family circumstances came up and I had to cancel my transaction. They were very understanding. Jacob in sales was great to work with. As well as Todd the finance manager and the sales manager. All rock stars in my book. When time comes to purchase a vehicle, will definitely go back to this dealership or one of their other stores.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a used vehicle. I ended up getting a red 2022 Tucson. They were honest, not pushy, laid back, and gave a lot of information. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend and will keep going here myself for future purchases!

9/23/23, nothing changed, use another Ford Dealership for any of your needs! 4/23/23 update. Do not get service or buy here. Go to McCandless, Mark Thomas, or Fairway Ford! 10/29/22 no updates, service still sucks here!!. They never offered anything more than a handshake to make this right! I called back and was sent to voicemail with no return call! Whoever responds to these from the owner is a big liar!! Don’t go for service here!! 8/20/22, they act like they will make right. No offer for free works with full synthetic as of today. The lie! Go to another Ford dealer for service. 8/15/22 I sent message via Facebook asking owner to offer a free correctly done works with full synthetic, which is what paid $100 for last time that was not correctly done. Let’s see if they do this and do correctly!! Update!!! Owner is a big liar!!!! None of what the owner said is true! I was not offered anything! I was called by the service manager and I advised him of what happened and I told him I would not be back. He asked what I wanted. Nothing was ever offered.Not once did anybody offer anything to make this right! I called to discuss this after seeing the lie that was posted, only to get transferred to a voice mail! I had to argue with the service rep that the rotation was not done! I was never offered anything extra other than a hand shake from the service advisor. The washer fluid was not topped off! I paid extra for a full synthetic oil chsnge(did I get one) You are not telling the truth. What a liar!!! Service is no longer reliable since Deihl took over. Took my 2020 F250 in for Works. They did not rotate my tires. When I brought to service advisors attention he stated the tech only did side to side on the front. Top of fluids and my washer fluid was not topped off. I asked the tech and he said they probably did. I showed him it was not done. All they did was just the oil change. I could have had that done at a no name quick lube. Diehl of Sharon will never touch a vehicle of mine again. Horrible service! I called Ford to complain about this as well. I have owned 9 Ford vehicles and had them serviced better at the previous owner(Preston) as well as Klabens, Mark Thomas, Fairway, and Donnell Ford. Hope they actually do something to correct Diehl’s poor service! Go to another Ford dealer for service! I bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent it had 95000 miles and Kyle made me an awesome deal I couldn't refuse I paid cash. It was easy simple painless and everything was done after I brought back the money within 25 minutes they did all the paperwork right there. Transfered registration license plates the title ect all I was responsible for was getting insurance within 10 days on my new vehicle. If I would have had to wait I noted they had coffee and drinks a vending machine with snacks and soda. There was signs everywhere that you could call the manager if something needed attention or wasn't up to your standards. I also seen a few awards they had recieved and I wasn't surprised. UPDATE... 3 days afterword low tire light came on and I filled tire up. Went low again so i brought it back to Deihl. Before even looking at it a salesman said to me "you must have a nail in it". I assured him that probably wasn't it and I was suspicious immediately. Sure enough after about 30 minutes the service guy came out to tell me that I had a nail on the sidewall of my tire and it couldn't be patched due to the location. I had only driven home and back on I80 to the dealership. I professionally expressed my thought that I bought the car with the leak in it,, I also said your going to blame me I'm going to blame you and in the end I declined the offer to fix it ON MY DIME, especially when they came back with the price of a 14 inch tire at 127$ when I can get on from Walmart for 37$. I brought it to my local mechanic and he found a couple holes from a piece of wire, pulled it out right in front of me and and I was extremely disappointed by the incorrect diagnosis of a nail and not in the side wall at all. My local mechanic patched my tire for 20$. I felt lied to and I could have bought a whole new tire if I didn't get a second opinion. Or worse would they have patched my tire and charged me for a new one? Very sad and angry after I had expected so much more with all their awards and being such a large shop. FURTHER UPDATE! A check engine light came on about 200 miles after purchase ended up being a crank shift position sensor and a knock sensor cost around $200 to fix, back to that 150 point check again... I honestly wonder if the code was "cleared" before I bought it and the knew all along about it and didn't fix it. After everything else I don't think I'm being ridiculous or paranoid in my thoughts about this.

I have been dealing with all the sales guys in the area for a week. Every night of the week. Kyle at Preston helped me out and got me into a great truck at a great price. Their team bent over backwards to get us the best bang for our truck, I mean buck. We brought the kids with us and they could watch TV or play, and it wasnt a problem.
