I received service from Autozone Metamoras PA. that was far better than any other place I've been or what might be expected. I came in for some brake fluid. Brandon, the Store Manager, confirm what exactly I needed and advised me of where to get my brakes repaired. Fantastic job and Thank You.

I bought a battery 2 years ago, I went back cuz it died. I actually got a new one with no rebates or prorating. The people want me tools and were very courteous and asked me if I needed assistance which I didn't. I appreciate them very much It was a pleasure doing business with them

Staff is friendly and helpful. Had my part in stock. The one time they didn't, they ordered it and it was in for pick up the very next day. Can not complain.
Excellent customer service! Was able to borrow a tool to make a minor repair on our car. Large parking lot and well maintained property. Kudos to the store manager!
Too 'chill' for my liking. Placed an order for pick-up. Received an email confirming my order was ready for pick up. We got to the store and it wasn't ready. We watched as the guy took his time, twirled his hair, while fulfilling my order. No apology, no haste, just on his own time.
Very helpful...and Chris went over the top to be helpful...you would want to come back for him to help you as he will do his best and more so to make ya day!....we had a headlite bulb issue and it turned out to be wrong bulb no ones fault and we lost receipt and he still returned our money and we purchased another one to match the one we brought with us this time....thanks Chris!....you will go far on this earth...your a very helpful person with smile and good spiritual energy...thanks and your positive Karma was felt....go see the dirt track big block modified Aug 28 orange co speedway Middletown Ny...be there 3.30 ish as it will be line to get tickets....its a blast!
This is a little hole in the wall restaurant that serves up some of the greatest food you'll find anywhere in Gettysburg. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All their food is homemade on the grill and made to order. You can not pass this place up!!!!
Very helpful, great service! Came in with a car engine light on and the guy working there came out and gave me the device to diagnose what was wrong with my car and walked me through the steps then came outside and reset the battery and the light turned off and resolved the issue. He also put windshield wiper fluid in for me. I could tell he was more interested in helping others then looking for a quick dollar. Thanks so much :)
They were great from start to finish ordered my part, got it in 4 hours later and priced right. Oh and did I forget lifetime warranty on axle. Folks were super!

The young guy gave me a hand with changing a license plate bulb that was in a difficult spot. Very helpful and I bought more items as well.
The older guy came out telling him he isn't supposed to do that. The younger guy kept helping me. I was really grateful for that help.
It's a great place to go as long as you get the right help.
I came for headlight replacements, but I wanted to look around for other things... I was very happy the workers didn't hound me or dirty looks (like some stores do)... Unfortunately they were out of the sea foam... I got my lights and replaced the 1 that was out in the parking lot and changed the other the next day at home, cause I had to remove my air filter to get to it... Employees get 5 stars and the store 4 only because they weren't stocked enough for a sale item...
This is my favorite autozone being there is about 8 stores I can visit all not out of the way for me. Ultra friendly employees and usually has whatever I need in stock even some less than common items or will get them usually withing 24 hours. Store is pretty well organized to boot.
First time shopping in this store. Liked it alot. Was the only place around that had the part in stock that I needed at a reasonable price. The customer service was great as well. I would definitely recommend this place and shop here more often.
The store is well located and easy to get into and park. Selection is good and prices are very good even competing with of all places, Amazon and RockAuto. Core returns are easy to do and Personnel quite friendly and helpful. The commercial section is excellent with prices being very very good.
One thing though that is very much appreciated is the experience level of the store staff. They are excellent.

Clean Brite with very helpful staff. I am definitely not a car person but employees are always there to help and walk me through step-by-step processes to help me complete my task.
They were out of stock of most of the things i need. They only had four wheel studs in stock and only had one pack of the lug nuts i need. They were helpful and willing to try to get it the next day. Went back two days later and they were still out of the things i needed.
