The guy in the front was extremely helpful on the phone and in person with what antifreeze/coolant to buy for my jeep. Seems to be very knowledgeable of what they're talking about.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary after my experiences here. I've been to this location three times now, and each time, I’ve been genuinely impressed — especially by the two women who work here.
As an older woman, I’ve often felt dismissed or brushed off at other auto parts stores, particularly when I’ve needed help figuring out where something goes or how to install a part. AutoZone, for example, has been my go-to for years, but time and again, I’ve been told they’re too busy to help or made to feel like I am somehow bothering themfor asking questions.
That’s not the case here.
These two women go above and beyond. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. They don’t make jokes, they don’t talk down to you — they simply help. Whether it’s walking you through something or stepping outside to assist directly with your vehicle, they show a level of customer service that’s rare to find. They treat everyone with respect, regardless of gender.
Because of them, I’ll be coming here from now on for my automotive needs. It makes a difference when you're treated with dignity and support, and these women absolutely deserve recognition for that.
I went to get my check engine light diagnosed by these incompetent and rude employee. He gave me a wrong diagnosis and if I listened to him. It would have cost me $1000’s of dollars. I’ll never go there again.
You guys are the best! I had a problem with a battery. I had no receipt and my daughter was on the road. You were able to look up my information and contact another store in another state and have them replaced the battery for her, no charge.

Was having issues with a headlight and went to two different stores, one being a different auto store and the other being a different Advance Auto Parts, and neither were able to help me after purchasing replacements. Went in late to this location and Alisha was able to fix the problem. Very grateful for her help and will definitely be coming back for any other auto needs.
I bought a new battery for my 2015 Honda odyssey. The last one lasted six years. This location was good they had cart full of loaner tools for me to use including a battery-operated 3/8 inch ratchet with a full complete set of deep sockets, a battery tender to plug into the OBD-2 port to keep the ecu from resetting, battery cleaning spray, baking soda, battery brush, a wire brush, extra nuts and bolts, as well a few good screwdrivers. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The guys at this location were really helpful. They offered to install the new battery for me, but I declined, and they could tell I wanted to do it myself, so they made sure I had all the tools I needed and got them all ready for me. While I was installing the battery they even processed the refund for the CORE charge for the old battery so once I had the battery in and washed my hands, then off I went. Great location.
The employees at this shop quite literally saved my life. I was traveling through the area with 3 hours remaining in my drive yesterday and experienced issues with downshifting, so I thought. I pulled in to check my A/T fluid and purchase some if need be. The employee actually came out and took a look at my tires, determining that I had a caliper/brake issue. The directed me to the Mavis down the road who said I came very close to catching the vehicle on fire. Highly recommend advanced auto and this store in particular for going above and beyond!!
I brought a battery in January of this year. Kept dying. Took there 3 times kept saying nothing wrong with it. When you drive truck on the road for two weeks come back to go home battery is dead. I will never buy another part from. Advanced.
Nothing short of perfect service. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I was returning the wrong part that I ordered to exchange for the correct one. Not only was I at a different store I was also out of state. Very accommodating and I was out in less than 15 minutes.
I love the girls here. So helpful nice and a pleasure to do business with. Extremely knowledgeable. They have helped me out numerous times. They know more then I've forgot.
I've been getting my parts for all my vehicles and friends vehicles from here for years now. They usually have what I need in stock. If not send to be a day or two and they have it.
I was in there recently and most everyone was very nice and helpful. However, I was looking at a replacement mirror for a car and, due to the cruddy packaging, the mirror slipped out and cracked on the floor. I brought it to the counter right away and offered to pay for it. The young guy and young woman said don’t worry about it. However, the old crusty guy said that because it broke, I was stealing was the store..even though I offered to pay for it. Not cool in my opinion and will probably never return to that store again.
I'm not usually a "do-it-yourselfer ", so normally don't go to parts stores, but the defrosting fan broke and the garage has it on order. Meanwhile, we're expecting more snow and frost. So I went looking for a heated fan that would plug into the cigarette lighter. They only had one, but the clerk told me it really wasn't worth the money and didn't preform the way you would expect. He then sent me to the competition. I was impressed by his honesty. So, they just got a new customer, okay like I said I'm not usually a big fan of doing it myself but small things, oil, wipers, washer fluid, the basics. Why give it to a big chain store like Walmart? Somehow, with that one simple gesture, he got my trust and therefore my future business.
I came at 8:55 pm before they’re closing times. I just wanted to just get one thing off the shelf that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The doors were locked and the associates just stared at me and didn’t let me in. I would have been in and out in 1 minute.
Very fine place. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Most items in stock but if not they can order and have it the next business day. I highly recommend this place.
Very disappointed with this place. I just can't do business with an auto parts store that won't stock a cabin filter or an air filter for a Subaru. My opinion..air filters plugs wires oil filters and cabin filters should be in stock at all times. They also require payment in full when ordering an air filter from them. I can't make this stuff up. I thought I was on TV getting punked lol. Just in case you walk out empty handed like I did..AutoZone..a mile down the road has everything you need in stock.
Amazing Service and great attitudes by the employees helped me get my car running when I needed it most. I even showed up 2-3 minutes to closing and the staff were more then willing to help me get what I needed!
Fantastic service. Very friendly. They always have exactly what I need. If you recycle your old battery here they give you a $10 gift card which is pretty cool. I think they'll even install windshield wipers, batteries, and whatever else can be installed in a parking lot for you for free but as a man I choose not to use that service because my junk will shrink if I allow someone else to do something to my car that I can do myself that's a scientific fact
I have to say that this morning I was really stuck with needing new tires went to one location and had a really hard time called around. Zach at advanced was calling for me and he was such a great help. finally calling Mavis and Not only was I respected but they were done in a reasonable amount of time. they took me in and left me feeling assured that my tires would make me safe. The entire staff is a great help and Mike especially makes you feel at ease. Great value and no surprises with That said I will be back!!!
Advance Auto Parts is easy to see from street, has a large parking lot and very accessible. Counter help wad friendly and knowledgeable. They had the part I needed right in stock. I have successfully used this parts store before and will use again.
Great service and helpful staff. Nice policy of lending tools and even helped with battery install free! If you are older and a female this is a big deal! Lol good parking and location.
Stopped in for some freon as my a/c went out while traveling from Kentucky to New Hampshire. Chuck assisted me and the valve port was leaking. He sent me a half mile down the street to Jeff at the Shell station who got me right in and replaced the valve which he had in stock! Incredible service. Chuck went above and beyond, Advance Auto is lucky to have him. Thanks Chuck!
