Me and my father bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla from this place back in November and so far it's been running great. The temp plate they gave us was unfortunately ripped from the back of the car, but they were more than happy to give us another copy until we could drive the car to Florida. Thanks again
This dealership is a joke. Instead of doing an actual inspection, they blamed a “mobile mechanic” because they found a 5W-30 oil bottle sitting in my trunk. Apparently, to them, a bottle in the trunk is a full diagnostic tool.
What really blows my mind is that the owner’s manual clearly states what oil the car requires. Either they didn’t bother to read it or they can’t. Rather than verifying what oil was actually in the engine, they jumped straight to excuses and finger-pointing.
If this is the level of logic and professionalism they operate with, I wouldn’t trust them to change windshield washer fluid. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually knows how to read a manual and diagnose a car properly.Being called a “punk” after someone was sold a lemon is bad enough. Having the owner respond in ALL CAPS like that makes it even worse. If this dealership put half as much effort into selling reliable cars as it does into shouting at customers online, we wouldn’t be here. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.This is a pathetic dealership. I genuinely feel bad for anyone who’s been taken advantage of over their supposed 12,000 sales—especially when every third review is one star. The pattern speaks for itself.
This place was terrible. I got a vw from there within 1 day the air bag light came on. Within the next couple of days there was oil leaking from it when they said it was a perfect car. Soon after that there was a cylinder 3 mis fire Now that not a perfect car. And non functioning hazard light. SELLS JUNK CARS DONT BUY THEM. They say I put the wrong oil in when the owner manual you know the thing you go to whenever you have a problem tells me 30-40 is fine how that wrong and this place is Apsolutly a joke

Don't trust this lave at all. I live an hour away and called for information on a 2018 Honda Civic they have listed online. The salesman didn't give me his name, wouldn't go into any details regarding the condition, work done, if it has any issues or any details at all. His only response was "it's a good car, solid car, out on the front line, just inspected" that's all he kept repeating. So when I asked about where they have their cars inspected he said they have an in house inspection shop. So I asked if I could take it for a test drive to a local mechanic for a quick look over and he said they don't allow their cars off the lot. Wait so they don't allow u to test drive the vehicle? Won't let a mechanic take a quick look at it? I mean I'm spending almost 14K on a vehicle I can't test drive? I can guarantee their inspections are bogus, who knows if the stickers are even real and the "sales calls" I made to the dealership were less than welcoming or helpful. Spoke to 3 different guys and only one provided his name Micheal. I wouldn't buy a scooter from here let alone a vehicle!
Called the day before and spoke with Matt. I explained I was looking at a few cars on the lot for my son. My wife and I arrived Early Saturday morning and we were met on the lot by Matt who was very cordial. He said Doug would be out to take care of us. Doug arrived a few minutes later and got the keys for one of the cars we were there to look at. The SUV was extremely clean and detailed. We took a good test ride and found no issues with the vehicle. I explained I wanted to Scan the vehicle which showed no issues. I went over the SUV pretty well and short of a few paint dings found nothing wrong. There was no pressure and the whole process was easy. Considering the high milage we did purchase a powertrain warranty but it was not pushed on to us. Overall very satisfied and had a great experience.
I recently bought a 2011 Ram 1500 from East Penn Auto Sales and the whole experience was great. Mike was so nice and helpful. I've never had such an easy and stress free time buying a vehicle. I would 100% purchase a vehicle from them again. Highly recommend!
Called Friday late morning, talked with Matt about the Ram 1500, he assured me truck was in great shape and ready to go. I said I was interested and asked if I should apply online, he said no let's do it over the phone it would be quicker. Gave him all my info and he said I should hear something later that day and I told him I'd be in Monday morning to test drive it. Friday went by, no call, Saturday nothing, I had to call late afternoon before they closed. They said my info was there and nothing was done with it. They said they'll do it and let me know. Then they called back saying I needed to do it online because all my info didn't match and was messed up. So, I debated all weekend on it, with bad communication already, but Monday before heading to the dealer I did it online. When I got to the dealer the truck was out front. I went in and talked to Doug, he asked if I wanted to drive it. I said yes. The truck was dirty, he said it was from sitting outfront by the road. It didn't have washer fluid to clean the windshield. The truck was dirty inside, not just dust from the road like he said. I lifted the backseat up and hair everywhere, wasn't cleaned. Broken passenger mirror, window tint was jagged and ripped, truck looks like a contractor abused it, bed was very dirty, never been washed. When we got back he asked if I was still interested, I should have walked away, but I have been looking for this style truck with the options. He ran my info and said it's taking longer than usual and same for another person who was there earlier. This was 10am, and he would call me later that day(Monday). He has not called, no update, nothing, it's been 2 days.
Bought a 2015 Volvo v60 for a very good price , Very reasonable prices on all the cars, also a very nice selection of cars people actually want/like. Doug and Mike are both very nice and cool people and will definitely take care of you.

I was very disappointed with my experience with East Penn Auto Sale! I was looking for a specific vehicle which they had. I contacted them and scheduled an appointment several days in advance and explained my expectations before making the 2hr drive there. I was ready to write a check if the vehicle looked as good as its pictures, and that I wanted to check fluids and run a system scan. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and Mike assured me all was ready. When we arrived, the vehicle was filthy inside and out! I was not expecting perfection as anyone buying a used car should have a clear mindset of usage, my goal was more a mechanically sound vehicle. My immediate comment was you didn’t detail the car and was met with this is how we sell them, however I watched several cars getting cleaned in a wash bay while we were there. We took the car for a ride, and the first flag was the tire pressure light was on. I was told they just filled the tires, and the light did go out once we drove it a few blocks, it seemed to drive ok. Once back at the shop I questioned if any repairs or problems had been addressed. I was told an evap leak had been fixed. I began my own inspection and at that time the salesperson left us alone. I found the engine to be a quart low on oil, the transmission stick could not be removed to check, and I ran my own engine scan which showed the system was still in test mode so repairs to the evap system could not be confirmed. I also found several other errors in the system that would not flag the engine light but would have to be addressed. The salesperson never came back to us once I started my inspection, we waited a short time before seeking him out. I explained what I had found and shook hands and left for my 2-hour ride home. I have purchased many new cars and used in my life, and I do not generally write reviews like this, but I ended up wasting most of the day and some expense in gas and tolls to find a vehicle that in my opinion was not represented well. Knowing I was driving so far with the intent of driving off the lot with it my expectation was it would have been prepped and in show condition, not like it was just pulled up from the back lot stored under a bunch of trees. The dealer had the opportunity to cancel the day before or reschedule. This is meant for others looking for a car to be aware if purchasing a new/used car, do your homework and be prepared to walk away and not get caught up in the excitement of the moment. Just bought my car at the East Penn Auto Sale!! I had a great experience. Sales guy Doug is was upfront, professional, genuine and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The car was exactly as advertised and also had car fax report provided.
It’s transparent and no hidden fees, especially I like the family business vibe here, you can really feel the difference in the way they treat customer, no pushy sales tactics.

Called to come look at a vehicle they had on the lot, and was respectfully told that it had a deposit on it already…disappointed, I continued my search for a similar vehicle and had found a potential about an hour a half away. Come time to go take a look at it, I had called in advance and the dealer told me it was no longer available… Not even 2 minutes later, I got a call from Doug, letting me know the vehicle was available again if I’d like to come take a look at it.
Went down to take a look at it, looked good inside and out, especially for the price, had a great conversation with Doug and he was very straight
