As always Tray’s provides excellent service in a timely matter and will go above and beyond to make sure the issue or service is completed.

We’ve been taking our vehicles to Tray’s for years now. They have performed annual inspections, tire repairs, brakes, transmission repair, and a small amount of welding frame repair. Great customer service, fair prices and a pleasure to deal with.

It is very hard for me to trust a mechanic shop, but I'm definitely sticking with this shop as long as I can. Seems like all are close there. And decently priced. They are all honest and tell it like it is. They also don't jump to anything they seem to always put the right person on the phone to answer your questions. The only problem I have with the place is the location it's at to get in and out of the parking area is not the greatest and in a dangerous spot. Got to be extra careful pulling out of there. I have watched them maneuver cars though and they are really good at not having to pull out into the road to switch around cars which is awesome to see.

Reliable, honest & consistent. Been a customer since they opened and will only take my vehicles here.

This shop is trustworthy, reliable, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They serviced my vehicle i thought it was my head gasket. They found it was a faulty dipstick. Not only did they service it but took video to verify with me what they found! I am profoundly pleased by the service and courteous help they gave. They are very responsive, reliable, honest work, transparent. I've had my 2023 F350 and my 2011 Lancer worked on by them fair prices, fast and easy scheduling. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for work to be done outside of a dealership!

They certify lemons. I'm out 12k because of Tray and the whole shop is too collectively stupid to key a FOB. Held onto my car for 3 extra days until I showed up and did it myself. Holy lord worst shop ever. + you were the temp mechanics for east Penn you dopes. Subaru forester you told me was good. Needed new head gasket, you did the valve cover instead and then the head gasket and torque converter went. I looked Tray in the eye and asked him sincerely if the vehicle was good and he told me it was solid.

They are wonderful, personable and fair with pricing. They do quality work and they work quickly but with skill. No price gouging and no unnecessary repairs done.

Great people who take pride in their work. Can always count on them if we need anything for our car.

They were quick and proficient. The owner is amazing, and her and her staff are very knowledgeable and able to repair my truck quickly.

Took my vehicle in to get a large amount of work done, Headgaskets, timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, rear mail seal, etc.. Was my first time using Tray's, and I can't complain. Pricing was more than fair, they stuck to schedule, and kept me updated. I also had some specific requests on certain parts that they had no problem working with. Requested that they take photos of certain things throughout the process, and they covered most of that. As for customer experience, no one likes to shell out a couple thousand dollars, but they made it a bit less miserable. Would definitely recommend Tray's to anyone in the area. As long as the work holds up, I'll be using them in the future.

I own a Used Car Lot in Wind Gap called Route 512 Auto Sales. We also have an excellent reputation and we have been doing most of our service on the vehicles we sell over at Tray’s Car Care for the last couple years! I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They are family owned, they do fantastic work, and are extremely friendly and helpful! Not to mention that they are very fair! This place is AWESOME!! Jason did an amazing job for us. Took our car in and he performed a Christmas miracle and got it back to us the next day. Definitely will continue to use them and completely recommend them for anyone looking for service.

I live two hours away. While visiting my daughter I found I had a flat tire just as I was leaving to come home. I added air and started to come home but on my way I dropped by Trays Car Care. It was well after closing time but the lights were on so I knocked. Tracy, John, and son Ben were very kind. They took my car in and fixed my tire on the spot! I am so grateful for their kindness. Speaking with Tracy and John I was impressed by their knowledge. I plan on using their service again.

Make Tray's Car Care your go to shop asap. These guys have the knowhow and actually care about both the customer and work they perform! You are always greeted with a smile and some good conversation. Being a tech myself in a past career and as car hobbiest, I can say 100% these guys are top notch. They always squeeze in my odd jobs, ie. press in hub bearings, tire swaps, inspections, got me out of a big jam with a stuck locking wheel nut....the list goes on. They utilize the latest diagnostic equipment to solve the tough stuff and staff mechanics that have the experience to repair your vehicle in an efficient manner. Truly a fantastic local shop that can handle all of your repairs to keep you safe and your vehicle running top notch!

I really liked this repair shop and the owners until they stopped responding to me. I went there a few times for work on my brakes, oil change, inspection/emissions, and spent money on attempting to fix an issue with my car shutting off while driving. After being told that they were going to pull the Carfax report to get the history of my car and that they were going to be speaking with people they knew that could help them diagnose my problem, they just stopped replying to me. It’s been about a week now with no response at all. After spending $1000 there in the last month or two, I do have to say that I am incredibly disappointed. I ended up taking my car to Kelly Nissan (who they claimed they'd been getting diagnostic tips from) and they found the issue and fixed it in under an hour.

I 10/10 recommend this shop!! My fiancé and I brought his car here and were super honest that we don’t know much about cars but that we are also on a tight budget! The owners really listened and did they’re absolute best to keep us on budget! They were so patient with our lack of knowledge and did not take advantage! They were very honest with us throughout the whole process and super nice. They even went the extra mile on little touches, like painting a black screw red to match the car! If you need anything done on your car, I highly suggest taking it here!

First experience with this crew, and I am thankful for it! After some confusion on location and in turn dropping off the car at the wrong location like a dummy, they were very courteous, patient, and professional as I realized my mistake and corrected it to get my car to the right place. Even through of all of that, even on a Saturday, they took my car right in and got it fixed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Great people who clearly genuinely care about giving people quality work. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Ordered tires on Friday for my girlfriends suv, Tracey called early afternoon Monday to let me know the tires were in and she could fit us in the following day. Tracey is/was extremely professional and kind on the phone. Tires were installed and vehicle was ready for pick-up in three hours. I highly recommended Trays Car Care for all your vehicle maintenance. I will definitely be using this shop in the future!!

I like to work on things myself. Because I want it done right. And I'm cheap. I'm getting older and can't do things like I used to. A friend suggested tray's. I was hesitant. But went. Very glad I did. They didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Price was fair. Work was done correctly. I'll be using them from now on
