Today 2/17/26 I had an appointment to have an integrated trailer brake control all Mopar. I purchased the integrated brake controller from an online Mopar parts source. Reagle Dealership had no problem with me supplying the part.I was in and out in 1 hour . I live in Monroe county and the 2 Dealerships close can’t compare both in their Labor Rate and the nicest of the people working there .Hats off to all.Everyone seemed to enjoy their Job . One more thing I will not hesitate to give them a shot when my wife .chooses to get a new ride. If I need any RAM work done in the future these are my kind of people . You guys earned my trust. i have to say... all my vehicles are dodge. personal, work trucks ... all of them. I've been to a lot of dealers. a lot. my experience at Regal dodge blew me away. I went there with an emergency after a 30 hours plowing marathon. every single person there helped me like there was no one else as important. This is my new go to place. These guys are great. Any thing less than 5 stars on google are from people you probably couldn't please anyway.

I purchased a used Ram from Regal Ram and I couldn’t be more impressed with this dealership. First off my salesman Vinny knew more about these vehicles than anyone I know. Shawn the manager gets me a great price and took in my old rust bucket. No wonder so many people come over the river to purchase a Ram or Jeep from Regal. Let’s not leave out the service team who are top notch techs.only catch is the photo op before you go.

Although the desk employee was very helpful and pleasant, their prices are outrageous! Wanted $340 for one key/Fob to my Aspen, while a mobile guy came to us, and I got 2 for $150

Reagle Dodge was great I feel I got a very good deal on my 2025 ram 3500. They had the running boards on before I came down to pick it up. They even switched the cap from my trade-in onto the new truck. Vinny is a great sales person Will do business again I’m sure.Steven Esposito

I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. Everyone at Reagle is friendly. I never have an issue with getting an appointment and the work is always done Iin a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I received a gift certificate for a car detail. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. JC checked me in when I dropped off my car. He was friendly and made me feel very welcome. Reagle Dodge also provided me with a ride home so I didn't have to Uber. My car was ready before the end of day. Upon inspection of my vehicle I was very pleased. Our non-profit has brought 2 of our vehicles here and both times we have been completely happy. You don't get that "dealer" vibe like you get from other dealerships. We get a very personalized, small town experience when we need our vehicles serviced. We will definitely be a return customer.

Highly recommend this dealership. Very easy process from start to finish in buying our Jeep. Vinnie couldn't have been easier to work with. Honest and up front with no pressure. I wasn't thrilled with the bait and switch with my credit score. I checked it that morning and they ran it and it went into a lower bracket with higher interest. There was no bend and no explanation, even when I showed my credit score. Not a reflection of Vinnie, in sales. I think finance could have bent more, but I'm rating based on my experience with sales. No penalty pay off helps get around the finance dept.

My fiancée Jessenia Valencia recently brought her 2022 Jeep Renegade into this place for servicing. Her warranty is still active and there was an issue with the front collision sensors. To cut this short, Reagle took over Dotta and in that process, cannot find her warranty. This is totally ridiculous while her Jeep remains undiagnosed and fixed under the warranty that still exists. To top things off, she inquired into an oil change and was given a price for that change only to be charged a significant amount more than what she was quoted. To further top things off, they lost her tire valve stem cap and promised to call her in regards to the review she posted. To this day, no call. Idk. I see all these good reviews about this place, but I’m pretty sure they’re trying to live in the shadows of a great dealership or are masters at smoke screens. It’s a shame Dotta is no longer there. So much for trading my Colorado in for a Rubicon. Looking for another dealership. I refuse to do business at a place that disregards their customers by losing their warranties and can’t keep their word on a call back. SMDH

shitty service. super disorganized. no one knows what's going on, they argue with each other saying it's not there job and trash talk their employees with customers standing there. not to mention the conversations they have while people are waiting for their vehicles. the shop is a hazard zone. no where to walk, cars and stuff laying everywhere. I would rather spend a few dollars more an hour to have my car fixed some else then to deal with that place again.

I am giving two stars only because the staff is very friendly. I went to this establishment Monday. I had bought a Jeep a couple years ago from Dotta. I also purchased a warranty. I couldn’t get through to their phones so I went in to speak on a service that I believe should be covered under my warranty. Reagle bought out Dotta so I went to them because I figured they would have my warranty information. I also so happened to need an oil change. So, as I was speaking with service on Monday I asked “How much is an oil change for my vehicle?” I gave the service coordinator my VIN and he was newer so he turns to his right and asked a female service coordinator “Off the top of your head how much is an oil change on (my exact name and model of vehicle)?” She looks at him and says “About $50-$60” Mind you when I called a few months back this is the same estimate I got, so I thought nothing of it. I said “Great, could you please schedule an oil change for tomorrow as well when you check out that warranty service ?” No problem. We set it up. I come back the next day drop my car off. I’m back and forth on the phone with them all day, which is fine I appreciate the communication. They can’t do the service because they’re unable to find my warranty. Fine, whatever not a big deal I know I have one but it’s getting late and I have to get to work so I just want my car back at this point. So, I go in to pay. They bring me over to checkout the bill comes out to over $113. I said “excuse me, why is my bill this expensive ?” They accidentally charged me for a multi point inspection take that off but my bill is still $98 for an oil change. I said “you know had I known your oil change was this expensive I wouldn’t have come here. The place I usually get my oil done, it’s $89 WITH a tire rotation.” “So, that just seems like a waste of my money on my part, there would be no reason I’d pay more for LESS service than at my regular oil change establishment.” I said “I only agreed to the oil change because your service desk quoted me “$50-60.” So they brought the service manager out who brought out my old oil changes from Dotta saying “ it was the same price but you were under the free oil changes offered when you bought you car.” I said “I’m aware. You’re not understanding I got my oil change here because of the price I was quoted. Why would I waste my money on less service? When again my regular place is $89 with a tire rotation.” She then says “ well there’s no way an oil change would be $50-$60, and they’re not even able to quote oil change services. They were probably telling you how much the oil was” I was done at this point. I paid my bill but I will never be coming back here. I do not have credit cards. I pay for everything in cash that’s why I asked for a quote because if it was out of my price range I wouldn’t have gotten an oil change here. I’ve never met a service establishment where they “can’t quote an oil change.” Furthermore, why would I ask “how much is just the oil?” Seems a bit ridiculous. How am I supposed to know how much the service is than ? I’m just supposed to gamble on it apparently and hope I have enough when I come in. All that to say triple check your prices when you come here or you might be in for a rude awakening at checkout. Edit: I’ve yet to receive a call from management I’d be happy to update my review after a satisfactory conversation. Also, I wasn’t going to mention this because it’s pennies on the dollar but I came in with four tire valve caps and left with three. Your technicians lost one of my valve caps because the tires hadn’t been touched until they refilled them. I’m assuming. So that was more money out of my pocket. Edit: I changed my review to 1 star due to management never reaching out to me. It seems they just wanted to write that here to look better on the review.

I bring my RAM to Reagle Dodge for service, by far Reagle is the best Dodge Dealer for overall customer satisfaction and fair honest pricing. This Dodge Dealer is in business for 80 years (Family Owned), and there is a reason for that they treat customers with honor, respect and provide great service. Put it this way, if my RAM broke down and I was 300 miles away, I would have it towed to Reagle Dodge rather than have another dealer touch my truck, thats how good they are. Mark/Linda Ross

Only reason this is even 2 stars is because they’re pretty timely in their repairs and staff is friendly and good to deal with. Seems like every time I come in with an issue they’re always finding something to fix, and it never fixes the actual issue I’m having. This is the last time, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.

Easy to make the appointment, service was quick and friendly. The only issue I had was that I went on their site to book the appointment and it quoted me a price $20+ lower than what they tried to charge me (for an oil change) when it came time to pay. They did adjust it to my quoted price, which was good. All in all, a good experience.

Although my new car had issues within days, which angered me greatly, the staff and family at Reagle are always fantastic. They picked up my vehicle immediately and brought a loaner to my home. Then they diagnosed and fixed my car immediately, washed it and gave it back to me quickly. They are wonderful people and I would highly recommend Reagle Dodge to everyone.

Traveling through PA and had engine issues. They ordered the parts and got to work on our vehicle next day. They are quick, good and reasonably priced. Service department staff were so nice and helpful. We were back on our way in no time. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Huge thank you to both Dave and Carla for all the patience and help they gave me while I was struggling to choose a vehicle! I went in undecided to buy my jeep that I leased or get into something new. Dave had me test drive ALOT of different vehicles so I can get a feel of what I really like. After days of thinking about it and help from both Dave and Carla I was able male a decision without ever feeling pressured! They have a perfect atmosphere of both professional and down to earth! What a great experience with Reagle and would definitely recommend them!

Recently purchased a used vehicle at Reagle and I couldn’t be any happier with my entire experience. David the salesman I dealt with was a really cool down to earth person, he never pressured me into buying anything I wasn’t interested in. He let me test drive multiple vehicles to see what I was more comfortable in. He offered me coffee and water and was very friendly. The first day I went in to look at vehicles I drove a few vehicles and got some numbers payment wise, I couldn’t make a decision on what I wanted so I decided to go home and think about it. David was understanding of the situation and kept in touch with me during the next 2 weeks letting me know of other vehicles he had available that would suit my needs. I finally went back when I finally saw a vehicle that I wanted. The process was very simple but we hit a wall with the banks not wanting to approve for the loan because of the negative equity my trade in vehicle was rolling over onto the new used vehicle. So David and his team crushed the numbers and figured out a way to finally get me approved for the loan and get me into my new truck. They even gave us pizza for lunch! I’ve never felt so comfortable and appreciated at a dealership before as I did at Reagle. They answered all my questions and really made me feel like family. I definitely recommend you go to them if your looking for a new or used vehicle.

Reagle Dodge ought to be ashamed of themselves. I brought my 2012 Challenger in to have a parasitic draw checked out and a concern with the clutch not fully disengaging. They then got in contact with my father and sold repairs for a clutch replacement, flywheel, pressure plate, and door latch. None of these were the problem. They called back saying I needed additional repairs which were the original faults to begin with. Spoke with the service manager to voice my concerns and she hastily passed me off to the technician who agreed that my vehicle had been misdiagnosed by the previous technician. Asked for a return call and nothing. Reach out to them stating I have no problem paying the bill but I need to speak to somebody regarding the competence of the technician who misdiagnosed thousands of dollars worth of work and crickets. I told them I wanted all the old parts so I could personally see them and they didn't do that. Finally get a call that my vehicle is done after they had it for over a month. Interior now stinks like mildew after they let it die outside in the rain with the window open and the passenger door latch or Stryker is not adjusted correctly as you have to use excessive force to open the door. I spent nearly 5 grand at this place, didn't complain about paying the bill once, and could not have been treated worse.
