Update (2 days after posting this review): Since posting this review, the dealership has reduced the price of the same vehicle by another $2,000 on their website listing. Combined with the earlier price reduction mentioned below, this further confirms that there was clearly room to adjust the price when I visited. I would have purchased the truck that day had the dealership shown reasonable flexibility on either the vehicle price or the trade-in value. Original review below: I visited Conicelli Toyota of Springfield a few weeks ago with the genuine intention of purchasing a used 3rd-generation Toyota Tundra from their lot. After test-driving and thoroughly inspecting the truck, I was prepared to move forward if the numbers were reasonable. The sales manager, Tim, made it clear that the online listing price was completely firm — not even one dollar of flexibility. At the same time, the trade-in offer presented to me came in noticeably lower than the valuation sheet they themselves printed. When I asked whether there was any room to adjust either side of the deal, I was told the numbers would not change. Understanding that dealerships need margin, I tried to find alternative ways to make the deal work. I asked whether the protection plan they were offering could be included or discounted to help close the gap. That was also declined. Documentation fees were present as well, and there was no willingness to adjust any component of the deal. When I explained that the overall numbers did not make sense from a value standpoint, I was told I should consider a lower trim level instead. The way this was communicated felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Tim also told me the vehicle had only been listed “a couple of weeks ago.” However, the public online listing at the time showed over 30 days on the market, and Carfax indicated the vehicle had been on their lot since July 2025. A few weeks after I walked away, the dealership reduced the vehicle’s price. That sequence speaks for itself. Had there been reasonable flexibility on either the trade-in value or the vehicle price, I would have purchased the truck that day. My advice to buyers: do your research, verify listing history, and pay close attention to how the numbers are structured. My experience did not reflect transparency or a collaborative sales approach.

I went in for service on my 2023 Rav 4 and walked out with an off the show room floor 2026 Corolla Crossover. It’s beautiful! My sales guy Teddy was such a pleasure to work with! I told him i needed to be out as quickly as possible cause my son had a swim meet and he got me in and out in about an hour!

I had a very pleasant experience beginning to end with the associates and my salesman, Reggie. The receptionists at the front are very welcoming and friendly. Reggie is very informative, personable, and professional. I told him what I wanted and he delivered! I look forward to doing business with Reggie and I am in love with my new car !

I purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid XLE AWD in January and had a mixed experience overall. While the vehicle is excellent, the process was far from seamless. I waited over two months after placing my order with very uncertain delivery timelines, despite my flexibility regarding color, trim, and seating. Furthermore, the dealership offered zero discount or courtesy flexibility on the MSRP, which did not leave me feeling valued as a long-term customer. My experience with sales representative Teddy Brown was positive; he was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. In fact, I have already recommended him to a colleague. However, the finance manager David Roush, who demonstrated poor customer service and a high-tempered, unprofessional attitude. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest that future customers request a different finance manager. While the car and the salesperson were great, the management and lack of amenities leave much to be desired.

I recently had a fantastic experience buying a 4Runner from Conicelli Toyota. I worked with Jarrell who made the experience quick and painless. This is a zero pressure dealership that was very upfront about the process the entire time. The finance manger and sales manager were also friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

After a rough start, Conicelli Toyota was able to accommodate my needs by finalizing a sale on a 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4WD at the price point that I needed to achieve. The initial sales rep Kyle was professional, courteous, and worked hard to fulfill my request. In the end, Rob Garrison was able to pull off the deal and a shout out to Teddy who assisted me during delivery.

Amazing Experience. I had an outstanding time at this dealership this is my second time Paul Concetta the sales and leasing consultant who helped me, with Camry hybrid 2026 Went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free he worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way His professionalism, Honesty and genuinely friendly attitude made huge difference. Purchasing my car was smooth, easy, and an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Paul C. was incredible ! He was warm and welcoming when I entered the dealership. He did not hesitate to show me the specks of the car and was quick and efficient with sharing any information I requested about the vehicle. He did this without being pushy, gave moments for my fiancé and I to look around before we returned with questions before leaving the dealership to review things. When I returned after New Year's Day and followed up with interest, Paul C. provided great follow up before entering the dealership on Friday. Before test driving the car, he answered all of my questions. What I loved the most, he was patient and honest. If he did not know an answer he would look it up or would be straight forward and share that he would get back to me with a response (and always did). I felt well taken care of, comfortable, and the experience of buying my first new car went well! Tom as well from finances was fantastic as well. He was personable, supportive, and helpful with the finalized process of the vehicle. Any questions I had , Tom was prepared to answer them and he was extremely helpful with his assistance throughout the paperwork process which I am very grateful for. I would recommend the Toyota Conicelli team and thank you Paul C. and Tom for making my experience of buying a new car not a stressful, but an exciting, smooth, and memorable one! I appreciate Paul also supporting from start to finish. They took my old vehicle to auction and applied the amount to my new car. He helped load my bags from my old car into my car, offered and filled the new car gas tank to drive off the lot with, and took a photo of me with my first new car before heading home. One of the best car buying experience. We walked in around 5:30 and walked out by 9:00. Nik was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We walked out with 2026 Toyota Corolla SE for my wife. I forgot the finance lady’s name but she was great as well. Super fast. I’ll definitely return for my next purchase.

Reginald “Reggie” Walton is the salesman to request if you want something special or if even you need guidance on what to buy. He LISTENS and has the skill set to deliver what you desire without over-padding the price with options that you don’t actually need. He delivered the car of my dreams by ordering it because the color I wanted was scarcely available. As a communicator, he’s a 10 out of 10 for a very busy guy in constant demand. He made sure he was either available or called me back in a timely manner to answer all my questions and concerns. Loved the fact that he’s a veteran too. Conicelli is truly a nice place to do business and we will be back.

Let me just say wow! I was in and out in 3 hrs. I told them my budget and they didn’t try to make me go way over. If you’re looking for a car or truck don’t waste time going anywhere but here. David dodge sorry you’re not my dealer anymore. Ask for Reginal he didn’t waste my time at all.

Front tires on a front-heavy pickup truck wear a lot faster than the rear tires. I was charged for a tire rotation. The picture on the right of the front tire pointing outwards, obviously was not rotated to the rear. Neither front tire was rotated to the rear. So now several weeks later after getting service at Conicelli Toyota I have an oil leak. For over 10 years with my 2015 Tacoma I never leaked oil. The Tacoma I had for 11 years before this one never leaked oil. Unbelievable.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this dealership. Over the past year, the service paperwork shows that my brakes were supposedly replaced multiple times, yet the records are inaccurate and, frankly, fraudulent. According to their documentation, the rear brakes were changed in February and again in July. However, the February paperwork falsely states that front brakes were replaced, when the actual parts installed were rear brake parts. This discrepancy became obvious when I brought the car in December and was suddenly told that I needed front brakes—meaning I was being charged for brakes for the third time in one year. When I questioned the conflicting paperwork, I was told no manager was available to speak with me. Only after insisting did they agree to contact a manager, yet I was still forced to pay for the brakes again and was told the manager would “get back to me in two days.” To make matters worse, some of the paperwork even suggests that rotors were installed without brake pads, despite a clear note stating that I requested both pads and rotors. That alone raises serious concerns about honesty, safety, and business practices. This is completely unacceptable—especially since I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership. Loyal customers should not be treated this way, nor should anyone be misled through inaccurate or deceptive service records. This was a horrible experience, and I will be escalating this matter to corporate. I strongly caution others to thoroughly review all service paperwork and question everything. I have changed my review from one start to three after speaking with management. In the end, I did appreciate how Matt handled this situation.

When my third Toyota from Conicelli Toyota of Springfield was totaled by a fallen tree, I found a year-old Corolla Cross online. I spoke to the dealership, arranged a test drive and one day later drove my prize home. I have to thank Patrick, Prince and Tom for a swift and seamless answer to my Conicelli continuity.

I have been purchasing cars for about 30 years and my experience at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield was easily in my top 5 of all time. Everything was smooth from my interaction with internet department to front desk to salesman to finance manager. Special shout out to sales associate Anthony who is a pleasure to work with and a genuinely good person. This is the branch to go to in the Delaware valley. Highly recommended from a person who doesn't normally do reviews for any purchase.

What an incredible experience! We absolutely loved working with Fernando! He got us an incredible deal for a 2026 car. The finance guy was also great and gave us a great warranty for the amount of miles we drive, I believe his name is Tom. If we could guarantee Fernando was going to be there to sell us our next car, we would give 6 stars! There is something about someone really going an extra mile to make you feel like your not just being sold something but actually having them care about the work you do and the impact of making such a big decision.

I am writing this on 9/30/25 If I could give -100 stars I would. I bought my first car (2014 Jeep Wrangler) from Conicelli Toyota of Springfield in August. The sales rep Alan Brown was great, but today I nearly had a serious accident when one of my tires blew out on I-95. I later learned from Pep Boys that ALL FIVE tires, including the spare, were dangerously dry rotted and unsafe from the day I bought it. I had to spend $2,300 replacing them plus more for wheel rods. When I called Conicelli, I was met with rudeness, endless transfers, and zero compassion. The service manager, Jack, dismissed my concerns, tried to gaslight me into thinking Pep Boys was scamming me by telling me that it is very rare to have all five tires damaged, often times tire places will tell you that you need all of your tires done even if you don’t, and promised to text me so I could send receipts to his number (and to his credit so they could pay for one of my tires.) He never followed through on that so I am assuming that was a load of crap just so he can get me to stop calling. Later, I was even hung up on by the receptionist. Once I was told all five tires needed replacing, and the tire rods, I realized that this was not a one-off accident. It is a shame that Jack and Conicelli Toyota of Springfield do not have the courage to step up and do what is right for the customer. Basic human compassion and customer service should be easy, but apparently not for the team at Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. Conicelli sold me an unsafe vehicle, put my life at risk, and showed no accountability. I will never return to this dealership and strongly warn others to avoid them. I was helped by the amazing and knowledgeable Jacob Dank. This last weekend I was able to purchase my first brand new car and my experience couldn’t have been better. Thanks to Jacob I was well informed about the process of buying a car, leasing vs financing, the kind of car that is well suited for me, different coverages available, and so much more. Although the process was tedious, it was very enjoyable and I was able to leave with a beautiful Toyota Cross!

I recently bought a Land Cruiser from Conicelli, not the closest dealership to me, but I’m extremely glad I made the trip. The sales team was responsive, professional, and never pushy or aggressive. I had a chance to work with Jacob Dank in the purchase of my new Toyota Camry XSE. I first met him 2 or 3 weeks beforehand. He walked me through the inventory they had and we did a test drive. While I enjoyed the car it didn’t feel like “the one” as inventory was limited. I work in sales as well and the last thing any person wants to see is a prospect walk away without buying. Jacob was not pushy and understood my hesitation. He provided me with updates on when the cars I was looking for would be in. He was focused on my experience and helping me get the car I loved. We reconnected when a car came that fit my needs. Rather than just go for the close he took his time with me and explained everything again. He made it a very simple process from start to finish. I don’t buy from people that just sell. He made me feel like a customer and not a commission. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jacob!
