I showed up not even knowing the name of the part I needed. Dave not only helped me figure out what part, but then told me there were no aftermarket options, and called the local dealership for me for the OEM part. Super helpful and awesome customer service!

From my 20+ years experience, its becoming more and more difficult to find good parts guys that actually know the product and business. These guys are the far and few. I Highly recommend giving Springfield a shot at finding and getting you whatever it is that your vehicle may be in need of.

One of your drivers drives recklessly way below the speed limit and stops in the middle of the road when theres no stop sign, yield sign, or reason to. Hire people who actually know how to drive.

Churches usually have everything that you need or they can get it fast but it's not my first choice only because they're very high price on most parts for retail

Don was very helpful with information about parts i needed & ordering things for me. When I went in, I met Dave who was just as good...searched a couple things for me on his computer, etc. We laughed a lot !! Great place.
