Purchased vehicle battery and had an issue of low cold cranking amps. Went back to the store and was assisted by Vedant. He tested the battery and determined it was a bad battery and replaced it with any issues.

My dog bit my screen and cracked my screen this morning. Filed a insurance claim through my mobile carrier and was told to bring here to this repair store. This place is fantastic! I walked in at 12pm on a Saturday, upset with myself for cracking my iPhone screen. As soon as I walked in to Batteries Plus I was immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly man. He looked at my phone and said he could fix it the same day and in about an hour. He told me the price, which was very reasonable and told me he would call me on my husbands phone when it was done. He did just that and I had my phone back an hour later. Thank you batteries plus!! You did a great job and your customer service was first class!

First of all, the service was really bad. I went to the store to get my key fob programmed. The manager—a short, bald guy—told me he would order it for me. After two weeks, I went back to the store to check on the order, and he said he hadn’t even placed it yet. I stayed calm while speaking with him, but he responded very rudely and aggressively. I don’t know if I’m right or wrong, but it seemed like he was trying to flirt with my wife, which was extremely disrespectful.

Great experience. Friendly staff, clean shop. OEM parts for my phone screen replacement. My only (tiny) issue is it would be great to have a place to wait in the store: a little mini lounge tucked in a corner somewhere like at Jiffy Lube or whatever. I mean, you're without your phone for a whole hour! What will you do with your life? I had some existential moments out there on Baltimore Pike.

Mohammed the new manager is a wizard technician and gave amazing customer service. Came in for a screen repair, he noticed my battery was swollen, replaced both in about 20 mins, cleaned out my charging port which I thought was broken, even while managing the shop solo. Thanks so much!

I had an issue today with a car battery that I purchased a year ago. When I brought it into their store and they put it on their test and they’re charging it showed that the battery was good even though it would not start my truck. The young man at the counter, then went and called the manager and told him the story. The young man at the counter went on to tell the manager what a good customer I was in the past. I was then put on the phone with the manager and after a few minutes of discussion the manager decided to just give me a new battery at his expense. I will continue to refer this place of business in the future. Thank you.

Had a cracked front and back screen and Assurant provided this business as one of its options to get the screen cracked. Came in and Mohammed quoted me and hour to get it fixed. While waiting in the car he came out in 30 min because it was a hot day and he didn't want me to sit out too long. What great service! He explained everything he did with replacing the screens and even the battery stating that I basically have a new phone. Definitely a place to come to get your phone fixed with great service.

I probably don’t need to add my 2 cents because they have great reviews, but I’m going to anyway. I had THREE dead batteries. Two for a large powerwheels and one for a toddler 4 wheeler. I spent time trying to figure it out online, but didn’t want to order the wrong thing and deal with that type of hassle. I had NO IDEA this store even existed, but when I found it, I went straight there. I put the batteries on the counter and they immediately found replacements. One battery had special connections to hook it up to the 4 wheeler. They took off the wires from the old battery and attached them appropriately to the new one. My kids were so excited when I got home. And I was glad I could support a local place rather than Bezos.

Brought my iphone13 pro in for a battery replacement; dropped it off and told to come back in 2 hours; came back and was told it would be another hour, no biggie. Returned to pick up phone and was told they broke my screen during the replacement; the screen was not OEM and the phone felt thicker, was slow to respond and had light spots in it. Brought it back; they corrected the bright spots; then the next week the screen started to pull away and the new battery started to fail. Finally they fix the screen but now the battery life was terrible and worse than my original bad battery. Also the phone complained that the screen and the battery weren’t OEM. Thank goodness the carrier had a trade in any phone/any condition for credit; but now I’m married to 36months of payments for a 16pro. Honestly I regret taking it there; had no other issues other than the battery. Sorry guys; you tried but poorly executed

I had my iPhone battery replaced at Batteries Plus in Springfield, and the experience was disappointing. After the replacement, I noticed discoloration along the edges of my screen, which was not there before. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, they tried to claim it was a software issue rather than acknowledging the poor installation. It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend getting phone repairs here based on my experience.

Every time I've gone to this store, the service has been excellent. Workers are helpful and polite, and the prices and selection are good. So many different types of batteries, including car batteries for people who can replace their own. The last time I went there, my son's key fob battery needed to be replaced, but sometimes the fobs can be really difficult to open. The worker took care of opening it and replaced the battery, no questions asked. My husband, who was with me at the time, saw they offered phone repair service. He mentioned that his phone had been having issues with charging. The worker offered to help. He pulled out some tools and pulled lint (!!!!) out of phone, and the phone has been since been working great. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE. I had my phone screen replaced here about a month ago, if it was even that long. Had problems with typing and the screen was clicking 10 things at once at certain times. Today my phone screen went completely black, the phone it self still worked I was getting calls but I could not see anything on the screen. I took my phone into the store after work and was told that my phone must have been dropped and that I was gonna need to pay for a new screen. Mind you the only time I dropped my phone was the night before it had a case and screen protector on and it maybe fell a foot off of the floor and there was no physical damage to the phone and worked fine till today. There was no offer to take a look at it or to try and see if maybe something came loose or was not installed properly. It was only when I raised the issue that even if I dropped it a foot that it should not be broken and that its probably not a factory screen (which the manager claimed it was), that the store manager got the district manager on the phone. He said they would replace it for free but he would have to order the screen but the manager could try to take it apart and put it back together. The store manager told me that I would have to wait till the next day for him to look at it when the whole reason I was there is because of quality of the screen/ work which should have been addressed immediately. I ended up taking my phone to a phone repair store and the first thing they told me when I got my phone back was that it's not a factory screen and that was the reason my screen had a mind of its own at times and eventually went black. The guy at the phone repair store didn't charge me for the diagnostic and said he could change the screen to the proper one but he would have to order the screen as well. I had to end up buying a temporary phone for work and spend more money because I chose to use this location to get my screen fixed. Don't make the same mistake as me. Go somewhere else And just for the record this is my second review on google and the other one is a positive one I usually don't write reviews but I don't want anymore people getting ripped off and lied to.
