Needed a tow, done through State Farm roadside assistance. Wonderful driver (Alex) was friendly, professional and efficient. Handled my car with care. Arrived on early side of the window I’d been given and called ahead to confirm his arrival. Office staff also great, when I called to clarify where the car was located. Would definitely use again (but hopefully won’t need to!).

Got connected through insurance. Waited patiently for 2 hours+ and answered a call from Extreme that driver was 10 mins out. I told driver exactly where my car was in the lot by the pool of the motel parking lot my car was in. Insurance called 15 mins later and says that Extreme canceled the tow because they couldn’t find my car. Nobody from Extreme or the driver felt like making an effort to call me and let me know they were having trouble locating my car before just canceling. It’s extremely lazy by the business. As someone that works as a delivery driver who delivers to residences and hotels everyday, I often have trouble finding exact locations but I would never cancel a delivery without contacting my customer first and making an effort to locate them. Called Extreme and got no apology but a lazy excuse that the address wasn’t exact enough for them. If you want a good Tow service, find one that doesn’t cancel and leave you stranded after waiting for hours. Edit in response to your reply: I’ve attached screenshots of the USAA request which shows the pickup address that matches the hotel address I spoke to the driver about where my car was next to the outdoor pool at 10 minutes before he canceled. I said I would meet him at the car with the keys. The driver had my phone number but put no effort into calling me before he canceled. Samantha’s Towing, the next Tow company that came and picked up my car, the driver called me when he was in the parking lot to help confirm exact location which I lead him right to the car. USAA also confirmed with me that a Tow company should be in contact with the car owner if they have troubles finding the car. Don’t lie and say the pickup location was 2 miles from the hotel I said I was at when I have matching address proof right here

After reading all these reviews, I thought it was necessary to write my review. I have had nothing but great experience with extreme towing. I have roadside assistance through my insurance and it usually goes straight to extreme towing. My time of pick up is always accurate! I’ve had to use tow services 3x this year. Nick the tow driver is great with communication he always double checks that it’s going to the right place. I’m glad Nationwide chose Extreme Towing! Thanks Nick for always being pleasant in a stressful situation!

I had my car towed twice through these guys. Mark is an excellent driver, and works with you every step of the way. Their speed, towing, and professionalism is unmatched. Thank you guys for doing a great job. ??

No honest attempt to locate the vehicle. Just dropped the service and didn't contact me at all regarding the tow. Bad service. Insurance rep and I shared the same sentiment these towing companies just don't do their job. Everyone else is on top of things except them which backs up everything. And I'm sure they're going to respond with some excuse. That seems to be how they drive business based on the other negative reviews. If you don't want bad reviews then maybe provide good service.

Mark was absolutely wonderful and he was so kind when I needed help to tow our car. Thank you so much for such wonderful service and being so quick to help us. I would recommend any day!!!

My tow truck driver was very professional. He did a great job hooking my car up. He was quick, but did everything correctly. He got the car to my dealer promptly. Highly recommend. Big thanks to my driver, Ash(e)!

Extremely poor service and rude behavior I had one of the worst experiences with this towing company. The initial estimated arrival time was 70–105 minutes, but it kept changing. When I called to check, a lady answered and said it would be 45 more minutes — that time also passed. When I called again, she said 27 minutes. When I questioned why the time kept changing, she rudely said she could just cancel the service. I asked to speak to a manager, and she claimed she was the manager. If that’s true, I’m not sure how this company is even running. She spoke as if she was doing me a favor instead of providing a paid service. This was an absolutely pathetic experience — zero professionalism, zero accountability. I’d like to know who actually owns this company because someone needs to be aware of how customers are being treated. This company is the definition of unprofessional — rude, unreliable, and completely out of touch with customer service. If you enjoy being lied to and spoken to like you’re a burden, this is the perfect company for you. Otherwise, save your time, your sanity, and your patience — and call literally anyone else.

I recently had a towing service arranged through my stat farm insurance, as my car broke down. Initially, I was informed that the wait time for Extreme Towing would be about 2 hours, which I had no issue with. However, after the initial 2-hour wait, I was told that it would take an additional hour for the towing service to arrive. Had I been informed from the beginning that the wait time would be 3 hours, I would have had no problem with it. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication regarding the change in timing, and I did not receive any updates or calls from Extreme Towing about this delay. When I called their office for clarification, the customer service representative was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. To make matters worse, without explanation, the service was eventually canceled, and my insurance had to arrange for another towing company. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Extreme Towing due to their poor communication and handling of customers.

The driver Joe’s service was outstanding !!!! He arrived when he said he would handle my car carefully and made sure I was comfortable would definitely tell everyone I know about this experience!!!!!

I gave 3 stars because I was pleased with the service I received today. He was prepared and very easy to talk to plus very helpful. I will recommend their service any day ? p.s. confirm price b4, I was charged for towing service and all was needed was a jump start for my battery.

My car shut down and my insurance company chose Extreme Towing for the job. My initial pick up was estimated at 75-100 minutes. I patiently waited and received other inaccurate updates thereafter. I called to follow up and was told I was next and was provided two different times of which none were true. I was stuck with my toddler for hours and then customer service stopped answering the phone which is not professional.Extreme Towing is EXTREMELY unreliable. I do not recommend using their services.

Ash was extremely friendly and on time. He communicated the drop off at the service station afterwards and the whole experience was as pleasant as having your car towed could be.

Unfortunately had to use their towing services twice in one week, but Extreme made getting my car to the shop stress free. Friendly drivers and continuous updates were great. Even texted me photos when my car made it to the dealership.

Our van broke down with 4 kids - 8 to 5 months - when picking up our dog from the kennel. Talk about stressful! Anthony was amazing - he called us when he was on his way, worked with our schedule so I could get kids home out of the heat - and checked in both after getting the car AND dropping it off! Made a super stressful Sunday into something not! 10 stars if I could :)

My car broke down in Conshy and my insurance sent Extreme Towing to help me. The tow was done professionally & quickly, and the driver, Tony, was chill, kind, and conversational. Would recommend to anyone in the area :)

I put a roadside assistance request in with Progressive. They stated it would take 90-120 minutes, which I can understand is probably a standard time they set for all tow trucks to arrive. I was also told by the company's receptionist that I was next in line and that he was in Collegeville (I was 23 minutes from Collegeville). It turned out to be 3 hours and a half hour wait instead... How?? Progressive called TWICE to see if they arrived and reset the arrival time a total of 4 times on the app. I'm calling Progressive and reporting this, it's a shame they partnered with this company.

Ash was so friendly and professional. He came home to rescue (?) my Tesla so quickly on time. I was able to resolve my problem painlessly. I would strongly recommend him and this towing service when you are in trouble (hopefully not)

Ashwin at Extreme Towing did an excellent job of getting my car lifted and removed off a large rock that I foolishly didn’t see and ran over in my 1 week old new car. His demeanor was so friendly & he made me see the best of a bad situation. Having a kind person to assist you makes all the difference. He even got me to finally smile through my unfortunate circumstance. He provided excellent service that I was greatly thankful for. I hope I don’t need another tow service anytime soon but I would 100% recommend Extreme Towing - Ashwin was awesome!

From the dispatcher to the tow drivers, the service was great. The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and helped me to calm down enough to describe the problem so she can send out the correct type of tow truck to pick up the vehicle. She was very sympathetic, empathetic and assured me help was on it's way. Thank you so much. You towed our truck from. Hazelton to NY Hudson Valley. Great service. I needed my car moved from a nearby lot to my driveway. I met the tow truck driver Ash over there. When we got there I had two flats! I thought I was cooked. Ash pulled out the dolly and got my car up on that so he could tow it back to my driveway. Then he backed my car in my driveway that has an electric pole at the corner of it on the sidewalk so definitely a tough spot. He easily backed it in and dropped it off for me. If I ever need a tow again I’ll be sure to ask for him. Thanks again

Extreme rescued my 4yo and I from an extremely windy new years day stranded at the mall! They went above and beyond to make sure we got made it somewhere safely (we are from out of town, which made the breakdown more complicated) and they did it all with kindness and care. Both the lovely people at dispatch and our tow truck driver were stellar and we are so grateful to have had their help!

Extreme towing is an amazing company to deal with , everyone is friendly caring and very helpful on top of going out their way to insure I was satisfied. There were on time fast and efficient. I definitely recommend them , they also tow motorcycles containers equipment one stop shop .

Last thing you ever want is to leave the office late to find out there are issues with your car and you can't get home. Extreme Towing came out through my roadside assistance and took care of me. Tony was amazing. Kind, professional and after taking care of my car and me and dropping us off at the dealership for service he waited with me as it began to drizzle and to ensure my Uber arrived. Friendly conversation, worked quick and all around good service.

My husband and I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent service, and they truly value their customers. We have a 98 Jeep that let’s just say has seen some better days. Our roadside assistance connected us with Extreme Towing. We knew that we might not be first in line and that is to be expected, but our expectations went above and beyond. They were professional and efficient in towing our vehicle to the garage for repairs. We have had numerous prior experiences with other tow companies and I can honestly say it was night and day. I highly recommend Extreme. They are empathetic to your situation and turn your not so great situation into a positive one. Super thankful for their help.

Phenomenal and professional service. Made a call and they were at my house in under a half hour. The driver was able to trouble shoot the issue quickly (in the rain ?) and he had me up and running super quick. Definitely saving this # in my phone should I need help in the future!

USAA dispatched Extreme to tow my car from my apt to Pep Boys because of a flat tire. As soon as John was on his way, he called me to give me an ETA which a lot of places don’t do and I appreciated that. He was very polite and professional and took very good care while loading and unloading my Jeep on to the tow truck bed. He was right on time and everything was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company, especially John.
