This company told me they would be there at a certain time to tow my vehicle. When they arrived at that time they already had a vehicle on the back of the truck. They said they needed my key so they could deal with my vehicle later. I had to pick up my kid as I previously explained to them so I had no choice but to comply. This was honestly not that big of a deal to me and the kid who was picking up my vehicle was very nice. When I arrived home my vehicle was parked across the street and the opposing direction of traffic which was sure to get me a ticket. When I called them and said they illegally parked my vehicle they said well I better start pushing. This was illegal and they are legally responsible. If I get a ticket I will surely be taking them to civil court. They refuse to do anything about it. I called the police and they assured me that I should be okay as long as I remove the vehicle quickly but ultimately the tow company will be responsible if I take them to court. This was extremely unprofessional and they need to learn the laws
We had the wonderful experience of purchasing a rare AMG from George, and he treated us with exceptional care. We took a 3,000-mile road trip back to California without any problems, and Source Auto had thoroughly inspected the vehicle to ensure everything was in perfect condition. We also had the pleasure of speaking with the entire team, and I truly believe they are an honest, hardworking family business. I couldn’t ask for a better experience—a 5-star shop in my book!!!
Bought a car here and from the first phone call to picking up the vehicle George and Melanie were so nice and helped make the process very smooth. I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process. They definitely go the extra mile and when I left to drive home 1,200 miles away I felt I had a safe and trustworthy vehicle to get me home. I am very happy with the whole experience and I got lots of love from their two adorable dogs while waiting for all the paperwork. It was very fast as everything was already signed and completed before I even got there. Definitely a great place and I will recommend this place to family and friends I have in the area.

Source One Auto Group is a nightmare. They towed my car and slapped on an extra day’s charge for absolutely no reason. No explanation, no accountability—just pure greed. This place is unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady business at all costs.
Towed my friends car for 300 and kept it only for 30 minutes and because the clock rolled over to midnight they charged her an extra over night fee.. that’s foul talk about money grabbing very displeased these are real people who make mistakes this fee was UNNECESSARY shame to the company money does not grow on trees

They deserve negative stars, they towed my car and I called 13 minutes after it was towed and it wasn’t even registered in the system yet. I had to pay $250 to get it removed from the lot and another $75 for it being there for “24 hours” which was not true, it was less than 1 hour

Huge scammer company. They towed my car and held my car hostage for an obscene amount of money. My receipt shows my car was in their possession for only 32 minutes until I got it back but they still proceeded to charge me for a “one day storage fee” for an extra $75 on top of $250. I watched the driver lie straight to the police about why they towed me and 6 other people. (they said the Skippack fire company called-they did not)
I needed a safety and emissions test for my vehicle. Just moved here from TN. George and his guys were amazing and very cordial. The dogs were a bonus. They pointed out the shoddy work that Jiffy Lube did changing my oil and rotating my tires were very tacky, if not illegal. They left oil all underneath my car on the frame and under carriage where they replaced the filter, and the clip they didn't replace. They also never rotated they tires they charged me for.
Source One will be my place for all my automotive needs.
My car needed a tow to the service center so I called AAA. They sent George from Source One Auto Group. He was very personable and came prepared with all the tools he needed to tow my electric vehicle. He was careful and paid attention to detail as the car's front wheels were turned slightly, making the dolly install a bit more complicated. He left me with a sense of trust and confidence, knowing that he's take good care of my car. Next time I need a tow, I'm definitely going to tell AAA to send George from Source One.
Quality service and quick response towing. Extreme Towing would of taken 2 hours to get to me, these guys got there in 20 minutes. Cheap fix for my car and absolutely lovely customer service. George is a real class act and a cool dude. Will be coming here from now on!
Fixed my car in a timely manner, great communication 100/10 would come back again. George is a great guy down to earth, should definitely get a pay raise.

With the recent storms/ dangerous road conditions i needed my car towed. Another towing company came out and tried to tow my car but couldn’t help. Source one came out and was on it right away! I appreciate their efficiency
BUYER BEWARE! READ BEFORE BUYING! Stopped here with a friend to look at a 2012 RAV4. Price was at high end for the year and miles but the vehicle seemed pretty clean and the owner told us how well it ran and that his kids drive all the cars etc. Everyone came across as nice and honest. They wouldn’t budge on price so I used my credit card to help my friend since it was slight over his budget. All seemed to be well and good. ONE WEEK LATER CAR IS DEAD! The car was losing antifreeze by the gallons! Take it to a shop and the mechanic shows antifreeze dripping into the cylinders with his bore scope camera. Mechanic also says the cooling system was FILLED with LOTS OF COPPER GLITTER FROM LEAK SEALER! The engine was filled with leak sealer to cover up a cracked head and sold that way! Ended up having to replace the entire engine with a used one at the cost of $3800 because the leaking coolant from the cracked head also damaged the cylinders! Clearly SOMEONE filled the engine with sealer to make it good enough to sell! I get it that it was an AS-IS sale, but you think the dealer would at least offer some compensation since it was literally 1 week after purchase? Nope! They are sitting there with their profits in the bank and now my friend is out about $4k! My credit card company is currently looking into filing a chargeback claim for the money I fronted on my card since this was clearly one of the horror story scams you hear about on the news!

Great experience! George and Melanie were very pleasant and their 3 dogs were awesome. Especially Blitz! Paperwork was ready for us. In and out within two hours including the test drive. Will definitely check them out when looking for another used car!

I stopped at Source One for some title paperwork to be completed. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and made the process extremely easy- would definitely recommend them!
I bought a 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Car was in beautiful condition inside and out. Paperwork process was seamless and painless. A very positive experience. And what made it even better wear their two beautiful dogs Everest and Layla!!!

I am sorry it took so long to review!! I bought an Acadia here and there where a couple issues with the air system, which George fixed right away with no additional costs to me. Not only that, but he texted and called to keep me informed on what was going on. He worked endlessly to fix it and they were just the nicest, kindest and honest people I've ever purchased a car from. My husband and I were incredibly impressed and should they have another car we are looking for, we'll definitely go back!! It was well worth the drive!!! Thank you both so so much and hope the pups are doing great!!
Just purchased a 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500hd from George and Melanie. From the 1st call about the truck i felt very comfortable making the drive. No pressure to buy anything, very informative, they had already made the repairs that are common issues with the trucks. Truck was priced right. Everything went smoothly and Melanie even called me later on to confirm i had a nice ride home and happy with purchase. Great hardworking people that care!

George and Melanie run an awesome business here. I bought a Honda CRV from them a couple months back. They were flexible in trying to meet my needs and presented me with a very fair deal for the vehicle. It has since been running wonderfully and has met all of my expectations. I just brought it in to replace a squeaky serpentine belt and again the pricing was very fair. Were I not moving out of the area, I'd continue to bring the vehicle here for servicing.
Of the many dealers and private parties out there trying to scalp you, this place is not one of them!
