Tom was supposed to pick up my Jeep and did a no-show. And he ignored my text and sent me to VM. Who leaves someone stranded like that?! Very inconsiderate
Be careful what you buy from these guys! John Alexy is a scammer and will lie about everything. He will swap gauges to show lower miles. All hacks and liars here! I trade a vehicle with almost 300k miles and he’s now trying to sell wih half that bc he swapped the gauges. He did the same to the truck I bought from him!
Bought a truck off these guys. They lied about everything on the truck. I knew the truck needed work but they said truck ran just had dead batteries that wasn't the case, injection pump was shot then stated the trans was just rebuilt but that’s shot. Do not buy from these guys!
Tommy towed my car and offered to fix it sooner then my other mechanic would be able to. I gave him the work and not only did it take longer then he said it would, the AC was not working despite him telling me it did. When I took it to my other mechanic he mentioned a vital piece missing from my condensor. A piece that should've never been removed from my car to begin with. I reached out to tommy multiple times over a week period and he completely blew me off. Quite frankly Im not sure he knows how to fix cara, or be held accountable if something in his work is not correct. He's unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere.
Had my car towed he dropped my car off in front of my house backwards facing traffic mind you i live on a oneway street. After humorous calls he refuses to pick up.
