Excellent customer service & speed of repair. Stopped in the a locked up iPhone that was stuck with the Apple logo on the screen and the download bar about 2/3 of the way complete. I tried all the button combos I could find at home prior to stopping in. Dillan helped me and was great! in about 20 mins everything was back to how it was supposed to be! highly recommend them if you're having issues.
A BIG "Thank You" to Dillon who helped me with not only a cracked screen on my old i phone, but also helping me out with transferring everything over to my new phone. I definitely could not have done that on my own. Dillon presented all possible options when i thought i had zero. This guy deserves a raise!

I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair in Pottstown to get my iPhone repaired under my insurance. The repair was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Since I use Xfinity, it was nice knowing they work with them. I would definitely recommend this store if you need a reliable repair!
Great people, quick turnaround, and super knowledgeable! My phone started turning off and on and between Google and YouTube I couldn't get it working. I made an appointment online, and when I walked in was promptly greeted. The woman at the counter (I forget her name) listened to my issues, and spent many minutes with me explaining some different reasons as to why it may have been turning off and on. She didn't make me feel small, even though my questions were kinda silly. They had my phone for less than an hour, and I was out the door with my iPhone working at a very reasonable price! Will totally be recommending everyone here!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I got my screen replaced in October from an employee who was clearly high. When I saw my phone I asked why there were bubbles. The man said and I quote “it might be a bad screen, it will go away with time.” Avoid this place at ALL costs! I had taken off my phone screen because the bubbles were so bad I could barely use my phone. Instead of offering a solution, I was basically told to kick rocks. I look forward to telling people to avoid this establishment.
Very professional and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about iPhones, but they were very patient and explained everything to me. I purchased a refurbished phone and everything was transferred from the old phone to the new one. I will definitely go there again if I ever have an issue with a phone.
Vera was very hospitable and kind. My phone was glitching out and shutting off randomly. The battery was the culprit and in less than 24 hours I had it back and working great!
I had no idea where to get my brand new iPad fixed as the screen was shattered, but I took it in and these people took very good care of me and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone with screen problems!

They were very helpful and friendly. Got my phone screen (Galaxy S23 Ultra) fixed in 2 hours just like they said they would and it looks fantastic! Just... I'm a little frustrated because they stuck a large white sticker (identifying my phone) on the back and when I got home and tried to peel it off, it left a HUGE area of sticky residue!! I was thinking about getting a new case anyway and that cinched it (but it's ruined otherwise). Also, be sure to call before you go over there. On Google maps, it said that they were going to be open on Labor Day until 3:00pm. I go over there and their OPEN neon sign was ON, but the place was locked up. I was confused. Came back later, thinking they might have been closed for lunch, and it was the same. (Not professional) However, they were great at actually fixing my phone and gave me a fair price.
Paid 300 for a new screen and screen was broken and glitching right away and they are trying to blame me for a breaking it. Stay away these people are idiots and scammers!
I took it in and they found that my phone wasnt cracked just the tempered glass. So, they replace the tempered glass for me while I was there!
My ipad did have a crack and was replaced within 3 days! They also put tempered glass on my ipad and gave me a new hard durable case for my ipad all at a discounted price! Overall a great experience!!
My Samsung photo gallery would pop up but then quickly disappear leaving me unable to access my photos. TMobile (not in Pottstown) was unable to fix it. Jasper at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Pottstown solved the issue literally within 5 minutes! Thank you, Jasper!!

This place provided excellent service at a very good price. I thought my iPhone was broken beyond repair. I had been told ‘no chance’ by Apple. Brought it here after and they solved my problem. I was able to have a functional device and retrieve all of my data. The service rep at the store was highly knowledgeable and courteous. She listened to my challenge and delivered the result I needed.
We had issues with my girlfriend’s phone so we checked our options around the area. We definitely lucked out with where we went because we got to meet Corey! Within about 40 minutes including him explaining everything, her phone was good as new. He was very welcoming and easily ran us through the process of everything. I hope I won’t have to return because of broken devices, but if I do I know who to look for!
I went in a few days ago to get a new phone case and screen protector for my new phone. Z pointed me to a good phone case and even put it on for me. I also got a good screen protector that she put on and made sure stays on well. Highly recommend her for any phone needs.She was very helpful, curtious, and makes sure you have the best things for your phone at a reasonable price.
Got my phone screen replaced here. I dropped my phone off in the morning & just a few short hours later, I had my phone back good as new! The staff were very friendly & made sure that there were no other issues with my phone before I left the store with it. I will definitely be coming here for all of my phone repairs from now on!
They were able to help by walking in and no appointment needed. They don't overcharge like some of the CPR locations and they are very friendly. Went in for an lcd repair and looks good as new. Would recommend them. Only wish they were closer to me. But 5 stars all the way. Bring a location to Lebanon pa please
CPR recently replaced my cracked screen on my Google Pixel 6a. The work was perfect and didn't take long. Great job and friendly service. Cost was a bit high, but quality was excellent.
Amazing customer service at the Pottstown store. She's going to bust my shoes for forgetting her name again but she had an exotic name to go along with her beautiful looks and amazing attitude. Great guy, came in he fixed it right away for me even tho it was extremely damaged. Only took an hour and was finished before the time said. Great person and communication was great. I don’t have after pictures but this is what it looked like. I couldn’t afford to get the back fixed but I noticed he put a film over it so I wouldn’t get hurt and damage it easily anymore. Thoughtful definitely recommend.
Brought my wife's phone in for a screen repair after the LCD behind the screen broke (screen not cracked). The repair was quite expensive, $325 base price because "COVID-19 made things cost more" as the store manager told us. He explained that he doesn't like certain cases because they do not have a standoff to protect the screen when falling. He recommended a certain case that he had in stock for $40, because it had a lip to protect the screen. We bought that and the total was $376. We came to pick up the phone right before closing and took it outside to look at it. We realized that the case has even less protection in the case we had on before, therefore not at all what he explained to us. There is no standoff at all, and the screen lays on the ground when face down. The store was closed so we had to wait until Monday. On Monday the store manager said that they do not accept returns on accessories. I explain to him that he misrepresented the accessory and it's worse than what we had before, but he wouldn't offer any refund.
Between the "COVID-19" price hike, the misrepresentation of the phone case, and the refusal to issue a refund, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service here. As far as the screen repair, it seems fine so far. There is glue residue around the edges, so take that for what it's worth. $376.
Brought in my (very) heavily damaged iPhone Se in to CPR to see if anything could be salvaged and transferred to my newer iPhone 7. The screen was hanging by a wire and blacked out but still playing Pandora in the car, incredibly enough.
I’m the dude that forgets his Apple login, password and never backs anything up - really thought I was done for. Guys at the T-Mobile store said nothing could be done to transfer my phone numbers, pictures and other data to the new phone. Pretty awesome that they suggested this place (CPR) because when I got there, they attached a temporary screen to the old unit, and backed up everything, then transferred it to the new phone. Like nothing ever happened! It was all there! So grateful that they stayed open later to accommodate my needs and provided excellent customer service in the process. I definitely recommend them!
