Remember when auto stores used books to look up your part and most of the time they knew the number without looking because of their knowledge well no books just computers with knowledgeable employees and quality parts and the best thing if they don't have a part they will get it in within a hr or two
Knowledgeable staff are always ready to help with any questions you may have and if they don't have a particular part, they'll either get it or point you in the direction of an establishment that may have what you need.
I was in this location for the first time. I Normally enjoy the visits for random parts, however, this time I was only looking for a 11mm Hex socket listed on their site as Part #: CHT SH3811M and was told it wasn't in stock nor it could be ordered. Employees weren't really eager to help and I was offered no solution. Would not recommend.
I've only been there once. It's a bit on the tiny side. I like the old-school parts shop appeal. I took a neighbor there to pick up parts for his car. Not once did someone ask if it was automatic or manual. Or, where I work, ask what the sub-model is. True professionals.
Needed a part for my companys skid loader. Confirmed item was in stock over the phone. Went to the location part was ready at the counter. Zero issues.
The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable, willing ti go the extra mile ti help find what you need, if they don't have it in stock, probably have it the next day.
Very, extremely nice younger guys working here. I used to buy parts online in the past, but the service here is phenomenal. They took the time to talk with me and my car, not rushing me out of the store. I also feel that my car runs better now with their recommendations. They have a customer for as long as we live in this town.
I had to order hydraulic oil for my tractor (2-5gal.cans), opened an account and got a $5 discount and also they give 10% discount if you are a AAA member. My hydraulic oil arrived the next day, excellent customer service.
Best parts place in Pottstown... Hands down . The staff is very well trained and there experience in the parts business is the best in thw area . Would recommend them to anyone.
Auto parts, tools etc, one stop shop for what you need, if the guys here don't have the part or parts you need, they'll get what you need quickly. Friendly and helpful staff.
Yes so I have a two-year-old battery they're going to prorate it first they got to test it for a day then when confirmed bad give me $30 off then they'll charge me $20 more for the new battery than I paid for the Old version battery then they'll take two years off my warranty because I had the old battery two years never again will I shop here
This is the only place I'll buy parts from anymore. If I go in there with a part number, they cross it for me and give me the part I need. They don't waste my time asking me what it's for, especially if it is not an automotive part. They have everything I need to perform a service on a generator all the way up to a bulldozer and everything in between. They also offer a military discount. I've gotten 10-25% off depending on what the item was. I have no complaints about the service. They have always met or exceeded my expectations.
Stop here first, it's worth the extra money to get the right part first. They can get most parts same day if they don't have it in the store, ask how Randy is doing. They accidentally charged me the wrong price, I called them back and they took care of the problem. Every business makes mistakes, it's how they correct the mistakes that sets this company apart.
