My van hit a pothole and had a bad bubble in the tire that led us to have it changed at this Firestone location. It was an emergency, they were almost closed but, they help us like we were family. It's hanrd to describe how nice they were and how they worked with us. I highly recommend this location for all your needs. Perfect outcome within an emergency. Love these guys.

Paid $10 for them to “look” around the truck and top off fluids WAS NOT DONE windshield wiper fluid is the same level as I took it in.
Paid for a wheel alignment! Drove down the street had to hold wheel to the right so I would go straight!
When I took it in the alignment was perfect.
Paid $120 for an oil change! I better go check the dipstick to see if it was actually done!
OH! And on top of all this I waited 3 1/2 hours for the truck to be “finished”
I was offered to bring the truck back in for the alignment and fluids to be topped off! I Shouldn’t have to take it back after a 3 1/2 hour wait.

I haven't always had great experiences here but I've taken my car there for a few reasons but I went to get my car inspected a few days ago to get my car inspected and the man that helped me was really nice and showed me on the computer what I needed and the prices and helped me figure out what I needed and things I could wait to do. He was an older skinny muscular man but I didnt get his name; he was definitely the most honest guy ive talked to since when Dave Jones worked there and was amazing.
Brian and chase are great! I always go back for every oil change! When I needed extra work done they didn’t try to over charge! Love that! 100% recommend!

Had a great experience today. I came in for a state inspection, the handsome young man who took my payment was a lifesaver. I'm going through a stressful time and had to call a sister for help and still didn't have enough to pay. He helped with the last $2 I needed. I didn't quite catch your name, but thank you SO much
i had a problem with my cadillac SRX . the rear door hatch would open but would not close with any of the remotes or buttons on the door and inside the car. i was told they would do a diagnostic on the car to determine the problem. they told me the problem was the sensors both needed to be replaced . the cost was almost $800. i left and took the car somewhere else. they told me it was just a loose connection. they fixed it and they did not even charge me it works perfect. now this tells me one of two things. 1. the technician is completely incompetent. or 2. he created a cost of $800 that was not necessary. and i paid $116 for this . i dont like being ripped off. and this is a perfect example. would you trust anyone in the future if this circumstance happened to you . i am sure you would be running the other way.

I called and told them about an oil leak on my truck. They told me to bring it by so they could check it out. I dropped it off and informed the guy at the front desk again of the issue I was having and where the leak was. I even told the guy it’s a diesel. They called me a bit later on and told me the exactly where the oil leak was which is where I had said it was when I dropped it off and when I called. They also informed me that they didn’t have the tools to fix the issue which didn’t make any sense. When I went to pickup the truck they charged just for someone to tell me the exact same issue I explained to them before I dropped the truck off. Not sure why they even bothered to have me come in if they don’t work on these sorts of trucks. They just wasted my time. I will not be going back again! I found a shop up the road that was more than happy to fix my truck.

I went to get air check in my tire. James helped me. He checked them . Unfortunately, one of my caps was strip on . Jimmy had one of the Mechanics ( Henry ) fix it for me replace the valve . . They were so polite there . Answer all my questions. I recommend them you need work done to your car .
I'm a longtime Firestone customer but just moved to the area and this was my first time at this location. Absolutely no complaints and very happy to see this team here seems just as great as my last location. Service was super quick, John called to update me and was very informative, not pushy at all, and had already applied every discount available for me today. When I picked up my car, the young gal at the front of house was super friendly and sweet! Happy to have this shop so close by!

I had a stem changed on my wheel a couple weeks ago and when I got the wheel back, the rim was badly scratched up and gouged around the stem. This shows a lack of care and would not recommend going here if you care about how your car looks.
From the moment I walked in the door, until the moment I left, my experience was all around phenomenal! James at the front desk was welcoming and efficient! He was busy, but still took the time to break things down for each customer and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. The manager, Brian was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend this Firestone for not just the work, but the staff and atmosphere are top notch! Definitely will be back and will tell others to go here !
Having just bought my very first car, I was in need of a reliable mechanic and service station for my very first inspection. My dad was one of the most honest Master mechanics I have ever known & when he passed away, I did not currently own a car. My dad always wanted me to have a mini cooper & although I did try and buy a mini cooper, the check engine light went on after 100 miles which necessitated the need to trade that in for my 2015 Nissan Rogue. My Rogue had less than 50,000 miles on it and was well maintained and serviced every 5,000 miles by the original owner. I was nervous about my car's very first inspection. I was nervous about finding a reliable, good, and honest mechanic. Shoot, I was nervous just owning my very own car!!! So, I scheduled my inspection through Firestone pottstown's website and found it easy to navigate. My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 a.m. and the doors were opened and a mechanic helped me immediately.
My inspection had a small glitch in that they had to remove a panel off the back to grab a stripped screw to get the license plate on in order to pass. The whole thing took less than 2 hrs! After my inspection, my mechanic informed me that my car needed a coolant flush, engine filter, and cabin air filter. I scheduled for that service today and added an oil change with oil filter and tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. for my appointment and my car was ready for me 3 hours before my designated request time of 3:00 pm.
Although I originally thought I would be spending about $120 more for my requested services, it turned out not to cost as much as what they originally quoted as an estimate and I was extremely happy about that. I did not have to remove the expensive instruments for my mobile business from the back of my vehicle & I was grateful about that as well. When I walked back to pick up my vehicle, it no longer had the weird smell in it thanks to the new cabin air filter! As this is my first car & I am not at all mechanically savvy, I appreciate the expertise and honesty of automotive professionals who are capable and technically excellent at their chosen craft, who provide services in a kind and courteous manner, and who do not make me feel uncomfortable with my lack of knowledge or suspicious I may be taken for a *ride*. The manager advised me as to the proper oil my car needs for maintenance, so I can start checking the oil on my own now! Considering I live & work locally, I do my best to patronize local establishments and businesses that provide quality goods or services. I would definitely recommend the friendly and courteous services and mechanical expertise of the folks on High Street @ Firestone Pottstown!
I called to schedule an appointment for oil and filter change as soon as my car gave me an alert and I called Brian @ Pottstown Firestone and he said bring her right over! I waited only about an hour for a good comprehensive check and fluid fill with my oil change. Super pleased to be seen so swiftly! They also reset my clock for EDT!
