Got my car (deemed unsafe to drive) towed here as a result of an accident I was involved in.. The owners of Ruckles were more than patient, kind and understanding as I fought for days to get a single word out of both insurance companies to find out what's going to be done with my car! When all was said and done two weeks later, and neither insurance company was going to help me out in the slightest, Ruckles had generously allowed an uncle of mine to tow it away at no further expense than the initial towing cost the night of the accident. They were even so kind as to provide a thorough damage estimate. I may not have gotten work done here but these are genuine folks you could trust! Many thanks!
My Mrs. hit a deer on her way to work which beat up the front of her car pretty good. We brought the car to Ruckle's and they were more than happy to take on the job. We were treated with respect and our questions were answered immediately with confidence. The very next day we received a phone call from Ruckle's with an update about the progress. At that time we were informed that all the needed parts for the car were in stock so the job would take less time since nothing had to be back ordered which was wonderful news. Two weeks later we were able to pick up our 2016 Nissan Sentra and it looked perfect, like nothing had ever happened. When my Mrs. went to pick up her car, she found the car had been meticulously cleaned inside and out which we appreciated greatly. We can't speak highly enough about the care and effort Ruckle's puts into their work and the respect they showed us as customers. Thank you for taking such great care of us, we 110% recommend Ruckle's should you need any of their services.
Took my truck here 15 years ago. They did a great job straightening the frame. Couple of weeks ago someone backed into the hood. Ruckles pre ordered the hood, grille and other parts. Pre painted the hood. 1 day turn around with my truck in their possession. The front looks brand new! These guys rock. Thanks ruckles and crew!
My car was taken there due to an accident And John was awesome! He kept me updated every step of the way!! He even dealt with the insurance company so that I didn't have to Be overwhelmed with that part of it. And when I picked up my car it was as clean as the day I bought it and running perfectly! I give them a 5 star
I cannot say enough good thing about this shop. They are absolutely awesome. My concerns and worries became theirs.John took the time to explain the process and assured me that even though this was a big job they would do all they could to get my car back to me in a timely fashion to help me keep car rental fees at a minimum.
When I tried to take pictures from my insurance app and I got frustrated. John and George said “no worries.. bring it in we will do it for you.”

My vehicle was totalled in an accident and in all the ensuing chaos was unsure of where my car was towed.
I spoke to police who let me know and called the owner. He was extremely helpful and understanding and never having an accident like that reminded me to remove all personal items as well as the license plate.
Given the circumstances I hope to never visit again but the business and owner were fantastic
I gave Ruckles a call because the striker bolt on my 40 year old truck had rusted out and needed to be reinstalled. Instead of being bothered by such a small request they were happy to help with top quality work. They even noticed one my my rear view mirrors was shattered and sourced a new set of mirrors for me. I will definitely be going back to them when I finally decide to tackle the autobody part of my truck restoration. Top quality work with great service!
The owner, John was attentive and kind. They towed my mother's vehicle here after a pretty bad accident on 724. He asked me how she was doing and helped me get whatever I could out of what was left of the car. Being 22, this was first time dealing with the logistical end of an accident like this. He walked me through their process and what I needed from the insurance. Very compassionate and patient.
My car was involved in a fender bender and Ruckle's Auto Body made it look brand new. Great customer service, and was truthful with things that had to be done or did not have to be done. I would highly recommend them to everyone
