Accidentally drove off a friend's driveway culvert and got my vehicle stuck. Jaybird came out to a very narrow driveway on a very dark evening and got my truck out quickly and without any damage, cannot recommend them enough!
My husband and I lost our breaks in our truck in Douglassville tonight and called AAA. Jaybird towing came out to tow our truck to the garage and they responded in a short amount of time. We unfortunately didn’t catch our driver’s name but he was super friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with his service and help!
Car unfortunately shut down completely on 422W right before the Ben Franklin Highway merge. Pitch dark, hazards all but dead and Tanner came out and saved us, towed to a local shop and stayed till our Uber arrived at 2AM. He was super nice and professional throughout the process. My car died at my doctors office. I used my roadside assistance to get help. Jaybird Towing was chosen from my Allstate insurance company. I received an update that someone would be there at 7:20-8:00pm. I waited & waited. I called Jaybird & they said someone was on the way. ( Person on the phone was not pleasant) Then I received an update saying it would be 8 minutes. Then another update said it would be another 22 minutes. A third update then came & said it would be another 33 minutes. This is unacceptable to be stranded waiting for help. Terrible service!
Here's an addition to the litany of five-star reviews! You will not find nicer and more competent folks in the industry than the boys at Jaybird. Jay, the owner, really went above and beyond out of his way to help my husband with a tow last night, even though he'd been working hard all day. Jay also has an extremely cool and totally unstoppable rig, 10/10 stuff. Don't even consider calling another company, Jaybird has your back!
Had to have my car towed showed up pretty quick. Derek was courteous and informative. Even suggested a quick fix but then realized it was a little more detailed and should probably go to the mechanic. I cannot calm men on any cost because it was a AAA tow. Thank you so much!.

I called AAA and they sent me my heroes from Jaybird. First Brandon came to check the battery. He was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and an all around super guy to interact with. Brandon was helpful with an on the spot diagnosis and calling for my tow. The next gentleman ( unfortunately didn't get his name) was very nice and timely with arrival and though my car gave him trouble, he efficiently and quickly got it on the truck. Had to get a tow company for two different situations within the last month. One was to remove my disabled car for road construction to be done and then again to get same car to garage. Both handled by Jaybird and they were excellent. From initial communication to communication throughout. Plus the first incident was needed in a quick turnaround and Jaybird was there so quick on the spot. Dude was nice, kind and very helpful. Respectful and reasonable pricing for me to get both jobs done. When you’re not looking forward to dealing with a tow company this company made it a real pleasure under circumstances no one wants to take time and money to get done. Came across a stranded young lady who was in need of help. I contacted a local towing service and their answering service basically hung up on her because she was unable to make payment at time of pick up. I contacted Jaybird to see if they could help her out and they came out and took care of her above and beyond expectation. I was very impressed and will keep them in mind whenever I can help them out.

Called AAA, after this first two companies failed to show, got a message Jaybird was coming. Jay got there early, was friendly and asked about the car and tried to get me going. The car was in a tight spot to tow and I was worried we would have trouble getting it out easy but he had no problem. Took my car to the mechanics for me and made a bad situation much better. Highly recommend Jaybird!
My son and I got stuck last night and Jaybrid was there very quickly. They were fast, efficient and very nice to deal with. We got them though AAA but I'd call directly if ever needed.
Excellent customer service. My son's Ford Escape broke down on the road and despite the rain, Jaybird was there promptly. The driver was very kind and professional. Within minutes the car was up on the truck and taken to the shop for repair. Would highly recommend.
Jaybird was a real life saver! We were idiots who got a U-Haul 10’ Foot Truck stuck in mud. After spending 5 hours trying to get it unstuck ourselves, we surrendered and gave them a call at 10:45pm. To top off our bad luck, it started to rain shortly after calling. Kerry was impeccable! This is the first time we needed a recovery of a vehicle, but if we need a regular tow in the future, I know exactly who to call. Thank you so much again for everything! First time I was broke down along a highway just happened to have my grandson with me. It’s a frightening world out there as it is, but with my grandson it was especially frightening.
My insurance had tow coverage and they contacted Jaybird Towing. I can say they sent angels to me that happened to have axles, tires, tools and parts instead of 2 wings.
The rollback driver was professional and kind just as the owner. Something most our world is lacking these days. My truck was repaired in a timely fashion and the owner was a pleasure to do business with. I can not thank this company enough for giving me a reason for hope in the world we are living in. Okay... I take it back. I once thought this company didn't care about it's customers or there service but after talking to the owner this morning.. I can admit I was very wrong. Jay.. the owner of the company... Spoke to me and not only did he make things right but this man served some of the most horrible areas to drive on. My experience with “Jay Bird Towing” has been one amazing experience. My driver “ Dave Eichelberger” is the greatest. He loves what he does and he cares about the cars he transports. When I say he is amazing, I can’t find another word to describe him. I appreciated his professionalism, and caring attitude so much that I inquired about him again for service. My classic Harley got a flat late on a Friday and I was forced to leave it in a business parking lot. I called three companies the first two either didn't do motorcycles or needed me there to pay before they would pick it up. (I was working and could not be there) When I talked to the man at Jaybird also a rider he was very concerned about my bike sitting there with thunderstorms in the forecast. My next call was to let me know it was done and safely at a shop getting a new tire. It was a holiday weekend to boot. Great experience great price great people!
We had jaybird towing come and assist us with our electric car! Keith, one of the tow truck drivers was quick to get to us especially late at night, super down to earth, and very helpful in what we needed.
It was extremely helpful because if he wasn’t there to the rescue, we would have been out there for 5-6 hours easily. Our car died, and left us on the side of the highway late at night with an autistic child, given the fast response of Keith with jaybird towing, we were able to get out of the cold and back home around 12:30am instead of what would have been 3am.
My car wouldn't start and I needed it towed to my mechanic. My insurance company sent them, and Justin was in my parking lot, outside of his truck waiting for me within ten minutes of making the claim with my insurance!! He was friendly and professional and even had the owner's young son with him, teaching him how to tow a car. I would most definitely use Jaybird towing again and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or any of their services. Great job Jaybird Towing!
These guys are fantastic!! I called them out for a tow from Morgantown at 530 and he was there within an hour to pick up the car. there were issues with the car but he was professional and had it loaded and ready to go quickly. He placed the car perfectly, nice and out of the way and was just so great to work with. I will 100% call them again in the future if I need a tow service again. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for amazing service and an experienced company.
