Rick’s towing was great and so friendly. My car broke down right here on Main Street when I was trying to pick up my son from daycare. I was nervous and scared and Rick was able to come get my car right away! We towed it to Valley Auto and they were also great to work with! Hopefully I won’t need a tow again but if I do they will be who I use!
Avoid this company I called to have a vehicle towed to the airport in Philadelphia
And he was very rude and just started explaining laws vs hearing anything I had to say.
What a customer does with there vehicle should not be any of his concern.
Not to mention i am a Dealer and have a transporter in Philadelphia.

At first I liked these folks and that's why I was a return customer. First time they charged me $150 for a tow, however I did later find out that apparently the hundred-dollar bill I paid them with was counterfeit, so it actually cost me $250. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt even though it easily could have been their driver that switched the $100 out for a counterfeit one.
So I used them a second time to tow from the exact location to the exact same destination and this time it was $300. When I asked him about it he said that the person charged incorrectly the first time by charging only $150 (even though I paid $250 because of a purported counterfeit bill.)
Long story short, these people are shady, don't use them. Too many negative coincidences and BS. I honestly believe they're up two shady business.

Car broke down on the side of the road came within 15 minutes was very kind ! Even took me to an ATM so I could avoid the 4% card fee 10/10 recommend even complimented how clean my car was lol THANKS!
Listen to these ppl he is highway robbery a tow from pennsburg to impound yard for 1 night not ever 24 hrs is $400 and cash ONLY it had insurance I had registration and legally there was no other reason for it to be impounded as the owner says there is. I'm from the other reviews that I have read on here that aren't so nice those are more accurate compared to the ones that give it four and the five stars which I believe are people that are being paid to leave those reviews I'm not being paid to leave this review so please take my word for it if you want to keep cheaper company call Berksmont towing... Rick's towing company does not even allow you to get items out of your vehicle other than paperwork medication glasses and identification I've never had that problem with any other impound yard and trust me my husband has had a lot of my vehicles impounded.
Despite my car not starting, and numerous attempts to figure out the issue, I had to use a tow service. Couldn't be happier considering the situation. The gentleman that came out was prompt and tried to help get the car to turn over before towing in an effort to save me the tow fee.
I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW AMAZING RICK'S TOWING IS! My boyfriend and I have been struggling a lot lately with so much stress and it seems like nothing ever goes right.... until we talked to the gentleman at RICK'S about picking up my boyfriend's car out of impound. We mentally prepared, expecting to never get the car back assuming the bill was going to reach +1200$ after all of the time and miles spent on the car. when we talked to the incredibly understanding and kind gentleman (the owner, not sure if his name is Rick?) about our situation, he not only made a beyond generous deal with us, but then helped us relocate my boyfriend's car because his inspection was out and we weren't able to drive it. I can not thank the gentleman at Ricks enough for his help in finding the light at the end of the dark relentless tunnel my boyfriend and I have struggled to get out of this past week. I would have to say after the many times I've had problems with my vehicles needing to be towed, hands down BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Policy a bit off, owner short with patrons and rude, gets into shouting matches with patrons attempting to retrieve vehicle's, ridiculously pricey, a full day isn’t a full day here, it’s a few hrs then boom $400 dollars, to be expected, hope you’re never in an accident you’ll be paying for it with more than your body if this towing company picks up your vehicle.
We had to get a company van towed and the driver was so nice. He helped us with our questions and was very professional and helpful. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!
Stacy delivered excellent service. My car didn't start when I finished shopping in Quakertown. I had called AAA and was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hrs for someone to come!! I called Rick's Towing and Stacy came in 30 minutes! Because of his prompt service, I was able to be towed to a garage in enough time to get a loaner car before they closed. I have used Rick's Towing in the past and always receive professional and prompt service. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for your excellent service!! Teresa 6/6/2022
Came out after providing an arrival time, and was actually faster than I had anticipated. Loaded motorcycle up in a very conscientious manner, and was very careful during transportation.
While I hope my motorcycle will not break down again, I would certainly recommend this service to any other person stuck on the side of the road.
