Good job , apt at 10 , came 9:45 now its 11 and i still have at least 3 people who already were here tow trucks keep coming after me and getting loaded first !!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE THEY ARE JUST TERRIBLE. There is no way to reach them. They don’t care anything they don’t have any solutions I got a car from them and I can’t transfer the title to my name in my state Virginia. They don’t take the car back and they don’t have any solution for that problem. I lost all my money and this is like a scammer company. Copart is just a scammer.

The loaders are very slow and rude, and the scheduled times never work. I'm at this location every week and always have the same problems. Unfortunately, it's the worst Copart location for loading.

They sold me a salvage car as rebuilt title! The car has severe frame damage & identified by my mechanic as a total loss! I sent them pictures and a mechanic report and Steve Lauman ( assistant manager) never called as promised by email and when I got him on the phone he doesn’t want to admit that the shady seller never disclosed the salvage status of the car, body parts are tied using zip ties since he was trying to be a philosopher! He kept asking stupid questions and when I asked him to get to the bottom of this he said I can’t help you. Perfect shady sellers, combined with copart dishonest crew with no protection to their members! Not worth to make business with them.

The worst office is very unfriendly. I hope they all get fired here, they are trying their best to make sure I don't come here anymore and don't work with copart at all.

I’ve had extremely disappointing experiences with Copart’s management. The lack of organization and accountability is obvious at every level. Communication is poor, and when problems arise, management often ignores customer concerns rather than addressing them. Policies are inconsistent and applied unfairly, which creates constant frustration for buyers and sellers. It feels like they prioritize profits over transparency and customer satisfaction. Even simple issues like billing errors, title delays, or vehicle release problems take forever to resolve because management doesn’t provide clear direction or support

Had an appointment for 8:30am to pick up a motorcycle and everyone I talked to (from tow truck drivers to the desk agents) were incredibly nice and helpful. Had the bike loaded up with the title by 8:45. This was my first experience with any Copart location at all and I was incredibly pleased. Thanks to all the employees who helped me out!

I purchased a 2006 Z4 from them. They released the clean title to my transporter and made him sign it which in their words was incorrect. I sent in a check for a duplicate title request without tracking and they "lost" it after I called them to make sure they had received it. Sent another check 2 months later with tracking so they couldn't lie. Today I received my "non-refundable" deposit back in the mail stating they could not retrieve a duplicate title. I now have a vehicle that cannot be titled in my name that I paid $2k for. Everyone here needs to be fired.

The lady that I spoke to at the front desk was extremely rude…. and unprofessional. This is not the first Copart lot that I’ve been to, but it’s been by far the worst!!!! It’s almost pathetic how they treat their customers. Would not even give it one star if I didn’t have to. They are also extremely careless about handling vehicles! They treat you bad for being late, but will make you wait forever! Will not return unless absolutely have to. Not sure how they are still in business with all the bad reviews they have.

My fiancé and i were driving back into the city on 76 when this driver decided to cut out right in front of us in the middle lane in stop and go traffic almost causing an accident. After my fiancé honked at him he proceeded to do the same exact thing again to the left lane. Maybe you shouldn’t drive a tow truck if you can’t drive it properly!

Worst experience picking up a vehicle from an auction EVER ! We are used to pick cars at every copart around the country but never as bad as this one . The lady or the lady manager was impossible to deal with , made my driver wait 90 minutes in the queue losing his appointment even tho he got there on time , they were to busy to release the car and after 4 hours of waiting they said the car would be releasable after 24 more hours !! everything would have been easier if the copart lady didn't had that attitude .

This copart location is the worst of them all, poor management. You have to wait minimum 3 to 5 days before they have any available appointments for you to pick up your vehicle and guess what they still charge you storage for something they’ve caused. When you have appointment, it doesn’t mean you’re gonna get your car on time wait time usually four or five hours.

I've been to this location twice. Both times were to drop off titles to save time rather than mailing them. First time to drop off a title for a total loss car. Summer 2024 I walked in and was not acknowledged. There's a room of cubicles and three desks up front. You are not greeted. This is odd for me, as I work for a dealership and every customer that comes in the door (for sales or service) is acknowledged immediately upon entering the building. The first time was relatively quick, had to sign the title and leave. I brushed off the fact that no one greeted me. Second time. NOV 2024 Dropping off another title and having to get personal items out of vehicle on site. Upon walking through the door, I can hear someone at the front desk saying YOU CANT COME IN THE BUILDING UNLESS YOU SIGN IN ONLINE. New requirement to me so I go outside and sign in. The wait time is 68 minutes. I leave because I live nearby and can retur in 45 minutes. About 30 minutes later, I get a text saying that they are ready for me. When I return, there's a text saying that my slot has been canceled. So I go in... "YOU WITH THE HAT!" Not, hello, not anything remotely professional or respectful. I mention this unexpected cancelation to the front desk (in between her yelling at people to GO OUTSIDE, YOU CANT BE IN THE BUILDING UNLESS YOU SIGN IN AND GET A TEXT ON YOUR PHONE) So I sign in again... I'm updated when signing in that my wait time is 98 minutes. We'll, Definitely not leaving this time. Instead, I stood outside in the rain talking with 6 other customers about their frustrations with the process. A few folks dropping off titles and a few full time transport drivers as well. Everyone was frustrated, a long time auction purchaser expressed that this is the worst Copart has treated him in over 10+ years of business. The wait time fluctuates at least 5 or 6 times while I'm waiting. 78 minues, 65 minutes...98 minutes...36 minutes...etc. Pass the time talking with more frustrated customers. I called corporate. I've been given the Yard and Regional Managers emails. I'm told word for word from customer service rep that "they don't have phone numbers". Finally, I'm alerted by text that someone is ready. I go inside, stand for another 20 mins. While standing here I observe front desk emplyee (previously yelling) state to gathered customers, word for word "DON'T LOOK AT ME GUYS, I'M ON LUNCH". She finally got up and walked away from her desk. This was the most shocking, there's absolutely no need to say this. The positive - when it was my turn, Kristinna (I think this was her name) helped with everything I needed. My truck was brought up and I was able to retrieve the last few things that I arrived for. Thank you for your help with this, getting my plate, and help with the title. I understand the process that Copart is trying to use for their customers, but it doesn't seem to be working when paired with abysmal customer service witnessed from the most vocal employee. I understand it's a difficult job working with customers dealing with total losses on vehicles and juggling the needs of an auction as well. I dislike writing negative reviews, but felt I could save someone, or at least set expectations for anyone coming in the door.

Literally here for 2 hours. Had a 2pm appointment and it is 4pm still not loaded. This place sucks behind comprehension. Management is terrible and staff is rude there is no sense of urgency here. Waste a whole day loading up here!

It's like they're trained to be rude to their costumers, I'm an active member and to be honest this location is the worse of the ones I deal with. I always send all my wire payments through the same bank they use and it's like they always try to delayed my payments even though is there so I ends up paying storage fees. Other locations apply the payments same day if I send it in the morning and them when you try to talk to them is like they don't care and doesn't even try to help you out. This is my last year with them!

Do not ever deal with this place, extremely high fee, additional fee for storage while they are doing their best to keep the vehicle for extra days and not allowing you to pick it up, while waiting for over 6 hours to pick only one vehicle which delay your schedule. @Copart leadership, you are making way more money than the buyer or the seller, be fair and helpful to your customer

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. They were extremely patient with me as it was the first time I had picked up a vehicle from a Copart lot. I had trouble getting my truck to roll behind my tow dolly (locked up t-case) but the loader operators were able to work around me without cussing me out lol. It is a very high volume lot so be sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Two bad stories: Two years ago; I pulled my trailer from 5 hours away to here. showed up at 1 p.m. You could do this for years to pick up a vehicle. Recently they went to a text q online wait line, you wait outside until we're ready for you. Now this location went to you have to use the new transportation app ! and schedule an appointment for the next day, so they said sorry there's nothing we can do, you have to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. ( You really can't squeeze me in !? ) drove all this way. Without any kind of policy change email that could have been sent out to all the members who recently purchased a car. " just so you know if you want to pick up a car you have to schedule it a day in advance" would have been nice to know. So now get Hotel, another day of work missed, and charged a $5 storage fee was the cherry on top. Employees were ruthless. And of course the car has a good amount of fender and door scratches and didn't say it had minor dents and scratches. Now Yesterday; Pull my trailer over from Pittsburgh, wait outside for 2.5 hrs for car to be dropped on my trailer. And the front left was wrecked! Wasn't pictured or sold like that! Supposed to be mechanical only damage. Now the forklift operator did call the supervisor out and they were kind and eventually did do the right thing and took the car back off, they'll refund me the money etc But a long day, hundreds of dollars lost, a good opportunity car wasted. Wasn't going to get offered to recoup my losses of travel of course. They were hoping I'd accept the car badly damaged. Easily $2000+ in extra damage to a expensive Audi. I suppose I'm happy they at least did the right thing here and took the car back. Smh

DONT BUY FROM THIS COPART ! -[YARD 26] They do not care about any member (buyer) doesn’t matter how much $ you spend with them yearly.. 3 times in past 2 months over 6 HOUR WAIT TO RETRIEVE VEHICLE; with an appointment time set over 24hrs in advance. I hate this place

I had a good experience at this Copart location. Arrived at 10:45 and paid one day of storage through the App and the car was on my trailer by noon. Super busy location but went smoothly.

If I could give less than one star I would. They charge each customer late fee if car is not picked up on time. But when transporters show up to get car 3 hours later they still can’t get the car out of yard. They make you set up appointments through app and than tell you they are behind on getting cars out l. what is the purpose of appointment?

The loaders are great but the management and some lady’s in the office have no idea what they are doing and need training on how to deal with people and proper etiquette. Some of the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with specially the bald head one by the managers office

It's very hard location for pickup a vehicles, if you come to there any time, you will wait for pick up vehicle minimum 3 hours. Workers are very rude, work slowly, I will never come again.

Friendly staff. 3-4 loaders working but the place is busy, still have to wait almost an hour for them to bring out the car. They do have a large loading area/yard but no overnight parking is allowed. Easily accessible by 18-wheeled truck and trailer. No public restrooms on site.
