Hi! I was there about 2 weeks ago. Allan (sorry if spelled wrong) was great! In an world where customer serive is decline its nice to see that someone is still doing it right! Thankyou Allan!!

Better ask how much it cost before you say yes. Place use to be Great but now it’s all about the money. Two license plate small lights 100 dollars after installing, but before that he tried to get me to do small type of flush for 144 dollars that I could get a bottle for 10 dollars that would do the same thing. It sucks but I won’t be going back there again.

My battery died while my fiancé and I were out running errands, and Brian from the Montgomeryville location helped us immensely. Quick and immediate service, with driving us back to our car, jumping our battery so we could drive the car over to the auto center, and replacing the battery with a bew one in less than 1/2 an hour. 10/10, would absolutely recommend Brian and Firestone to others.

These guys, Brian and Mike, were great. Got me in and out quickly and included appointment discount coupons saving me about $60! Thank you!

I brought my Mini-Van in for brake work on Saturday 12-27-25. Store#019526 a diagnostic was run and was told that needed a brake hose for master cylinder. They were going to order the part and it would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday of the coming week and would receive a call. A call never happened and got the run around every time I called that the part was on order and not received. I was without a car from 12/27/25 thru 1/8/26 with no phone calls or follow ups unless I was the one calling checking up on if the part was received. This was a terrible experience and the lack of professionalism is an understatement. After speaking with Alan, I was told there would be a discount for the time my car spent inoperable and received a bill of over $600.00. I would never use this company or recommend to anyone with the service I was provided and lied to each time I called to get a update. I would leave no stars if I could.

I went here twice in a week and received great service both times. first I had a flat tire and they quickly diagnosed it and patched it up within 15 minutes. The second time I had to get a vehicle emissions test. Fast professional and friendly!

Service manager Allen was extremely efficient, professional and personable. Inspection of Tesla took 30 min. In and out!

Brian was a super star for us. We came in with a slow leak and he said they were very busy from Christmas and would need a few hours. But we were going to Longwood Gardens in two hours! I asked if there was anything he could do. He talked to the tech and got us in right away. Waiting area was comfortable but I walked to the mall. He called soon with the update that I needed a new tire since the previous plug was leaking. He gave me options and pricing. I picked one and he said it would be done in 15 mins, and even came in cheaper than he thought! He thoroughly explained the warranty and had me on my way. We had a great time at Longwood, and a great experience at Firestone.

Found myself in a bind while working on my truck and the guys over at Firestone totally saved my whole project! Can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough positive things about Nathaniel! He's thorough, very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and obviously cares a great deal about his customers and profession. Single-handedly, he saved me thousands on repairs on a pre-owned vehicle I had checked out at this location. I was so impressed, that not only did I bring another vehicle I was looking at to buy to them, and specifically request Nathaniel, but these guys are going to be my regular mechanic from here out! Thanks Nathaniel!! I also want to acknowledge and thank Jamie and Mike at the front desk for their friendly and helpful service too! You guys all rock!

This was my first time being a customer at Firestone. The mechanics were clearly busy. The gentleman that took care of me at the front was very nice and had good customer service skills. The front area was clean. I was in and out with no issues. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future

Allan is the ABSOLUTE best!! He always thoroughly explains everything in detail and makes sure the customer always gets the BEST deals including any discounts applicable. He is FAIR & HONEST and makes sure the customer feels good about everything and not feel that we sre getting ripped off like at most places. I got a nail in my tire and went to Firestone expecting it to be a whole expensive mess, but they were genuinely great. Alan walked me through everything, talked a lot about safety, and helped me pick a tire that made sense for my situation instead of pushing anything extra. He also saved me a ton of money and they had all of the services done pretty quickly. Really appreciated how straightforward and honest they were. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Worst Firestone ever. Do not come here. We waited hours just for them to tell us there is no technician but they were still bringing people back n to the back even though we had an appointment right when they opened. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I came in stressed and unsure of what to do, but Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. It’s rare to come across someone who truly puts the customer first, but Mike did just that. I’m beyond grateful for his help and highly recommend this Firestone location because of him!

Fantastic service! Was able to get in right away for an alignment and our car was finished super quickly. Alan was super wonderful and helpful! We will be back!

Michael Salfi was great. I needed my valve stem replaced on my tire. After going to almost 5 auto tire shops on a Saturday morning everyone was busy or unavailable to fix the issue until Monday. Mike got me in & out within a hour. Thank You so much 😊

For an alignment service and state inspection. Allen and technician Brandon are terrific and very professional. Great service and highly recommended for your car needs at Firestone at Montgomery Mall, PA.

I went in for alignment and it was done quickly. I had several questions about getting new tires soon and the gentleman was very helpful. Unfortunately, when I got home and looked at my alignment printout, it showed that the work was not done correctly. The post alignment numbers showed changes for only the tow and it was green, but barely. My caster was and camber were not even touched and were still way out. I just rebuilt the suspension and needed the alignment done. The mechanic was too busy and should have just told me that he didn't have time to do it properly. I was given a refund the next day when I went back, but I don't think that I'll go back due to the lack of mechanics on staff.

I was told we had to leave 2 reviews on google to get a $50 discount. Kept trying to get upsold on 4 tires with a nail in one after less than 20k miles. Hope this is the review we kept being told we had to give in order for the price to be lowered after multiple add on attempts! I would love to get an opinion on the Firestone motto because being triple asked for a review for the right price. I’m sure that’s what they meant.

I came in late on Saturday afternoon after I discovered my tire had a leak. I could hear the leak and was concerned about getting it fixed. Luckily they could fit me in. I was initially told that I’d need a whole new tire but they managed to patch it. Much appreciated for a quick, last minute fix.

They did the work at a good price - lifetime alignment is a win after 2nd visit! I have 1 observation, had an appointment for alignment but a walk in arrived before me and I was pushed back 30 minutes? Otherwise it is a 5 star experience. Tech and manager are always personable - which is nice.

Alan is an exceptional employee who was abandoned by the technician in the middle of the shift. Despite this downfall he handled everything he was able to with empathy and compassion to the customers waiting. He was able to change my tire for me and was very helpful. He should be commended for having to deal with the aftermath and needing to handle customers that needed help completely on his own.

Alan Emmons was my service manager and I had a great experience with him. He helped me sign up for the Firestone credit card and was also super helpful in explaining some alignment issues that my car had. 5 star experience with Alan!

Allen is the best!! Not from the area, but car battery died all of a sudden and needed a quick fix. He told me to come on over, knew we were pressed for time, and did it within 45 min!! Amazing customer service

Recently got my brakes and rotors replaced at Firestone in North Wales, PA. The caliber was never connected on the passenger side of the vehicle. The caliber got stuck in my wheel which caused my brakes to fail. This cracked wheel and a tire blow happened at 10:30pm at night on the side of the highway. I was never contacted by anyone in upper management. Not a director, regional or anyone not at store level management. You’d think that was the worse part, but it wasn’t. The way it was handled after their negligence on putting the car together correctly is why I’m writing this review. Store associates were not giving me updates on my car, so I called. THEY NEVER PULLED IT IN TO CHECK UNTIL 2 DAYS AFTER THEY ACQUIRED THE VEHICLE. By the 3rd day with getting the run around, calling corporate on 3 different occasions, I had the car removed and brought to Acura to service the vehicle for them to pay for the damage. When I called “corporate” I was told upper management had 48 hours to respond. It’s been 9 days. Still no call… I had to wait an additional 3 days after the car was fixed and ready to leave Acura’s lot because they couldn’t get Firestone to pay the bill that they were aware of for 3 days. Acura contacts me today to let me know the bill was paid. Did Firestone call me? No, no they did not. No follow up, no apology, nothing. I was without my car for 8 days, 5 business days. I was never offered a rental vehicle. This location is a joke. Believe the reviews. I was lucky to be able to walk away unharmed in my accident. You might not be so lucky next time. Mind you, THIS WAS A ROUTINE BRAKE JOB. I can’t emphasize that enough. UPDATE! Still never heard back from them 3 weeks later.
