This dude is an animal! He pretty much risked his life getting under my Rv to pull me out of the mud! Highly recommend this company. He took the extra time to make sure the property was not damaged and even gave me advice on how to clean things up.
Pete was an absolute lifesaver! I lost my clutch on the way to work, gave him a call, and he arrived within an hour. He was friendly and easy to talk to, and took great care loading and unloading my car. Pete went above and beyond to make sure both my car and I got home safely. Highly recommend his service!

On Friday, 10/10/25 , I canceled the towing appointment and trying to reschedule for the next day.
I’ve got a chance to talk to Pete, he spent 45 minutes talking to me via phone , troubleshooting my car problem. He suggested me to look into battery issues instead of leaning toward the starter as the cause why my car would not start.
Then that Friday night , i replaced my car battery.
It turned out that he was right. I called him back and thanked him.
He is an honest guy. He shared his experience and knowledge and lead me to a solution instead of getting my car towed.
I definetily will use the towing service from him in the future.

Pete was great!!! I was stuck in need of an emergency Tow,He showed up within the hour,tried to give a jump,The battery was completely low unable to keep charge..unsafe to drive and pete towed me safely an hour away🤗🤗🤗

I had an excellent experience with Rescue 1. I was accidentally locked out of my vehicle while with my 2 young children. They came my rescue and quickly & easily were able to unlock my vehicle. He was very kind & courteous. I will absolutely contact them again if needed.
I worked with Claudio who was very respectful and professional. The service was expedient and reasonably priced. Definitely worth paying for the quick service instead of waiting for insurance to send roadside assistance. Would highly recommend.
I got stranded in Montgomeryville later in the evening and Pete arrived in less than an hour and got my car started. He also followed me most of the way to the repair shop to make sure I didn’t have any issues driving the car. He’s extremely helpful and friendly. Rescue 1 of Horsham did a great job towing my car out of North Whales to Norristown. Hopefully I don’t need another tow but at least I’ll know who to call. Was a life saver showing up on Father’s Day and was quick about it! (Picture of before the hook up)
I broke down in Horsham and when I called Rescue1 an actual human picked up right away. The tow guy Pete showed up very quickly and he was super friendly and professional. Took great care of my vehicle and got it home without incident. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Listen no one likes to break down but Pete from Rescue 1 Towing and Recovery made that experience as seamless as possible!! When I called he took all my information, talked me through his process, gave me a quote over the phone and was at my car well within the time he predicted. He showed up with his immaculate flat bed which made me feel good about putting my car in his hands. He took my car to my dealership, filled out the night drop info and dropped the key in so I did not have to follow him to complete the process. He took pictures and sent them to me of where he dropped the car. Pete’s price was more than reasonable for the after hours service he provided. I would also like to mention that I was there with my daughter and at no time did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable! If we ever have the misfortune of a breakdown again where we need a tow…. Pete from Rescue 1 Towing and Recovery will definitely be our first call.
I got a flat tire on my way home from work. Pete offered quick service (30 min wait) when my insurance company’s road assistance did not (2 hrs wait). He was very thorough in ensuring I had the information I needed to submit a reimbursement with my towing company. Highly recommend!
Pete responded immediately to my call and arrived to tow my mom‘s car literally within minutes. Super nice guy, professional, courteous, and reasonable. I was dealing with the car on the side of the road in the dark, in the rain, alone ( I’m a woman). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This company is really 24hrs. No voicemails, when you call it’s a live person. My SUV was stuck in the mud and Rescue 1 showed up and Rescued me. I am pleased with the level of service that I received, it was around 3 am in the morning and they showed up , happy, professional and ready to work. I am truly grateful for Rescue 1. Called in the early evening on a weekday for a car we had break down. Pete answered the call immediately and was able to give us a tow in about an hour. Constant communication and professional service. Dropped car off at the dealership and handled the night drop service for us too. A big thanks for the exceptional service!

Rescue one showed up 45 mins after I called as they said they would and I’m a mover and drive a semi truck ,I got it stuck on a entrance to a drive and he was there in no time and had me rolling very cool dude very courteous couldn’t say enough good things about this company great BIG RIG HAULER THANKS BOSS
Pete was AWESOME! Really really fast service. Also, quite fair rates for amazing service. My zero turn got stuck on a dirt pile, definitely not user error 😏, and Pete got the mower unstuck in no time. Hope I never need to call them again but if something like that happens in the future, I will definitely be calling without a second thought. 100% legit helpful, and fair!
