I have nothing but positively good things to say about the service I received from this company, do to my own neglect my six year old snowblower would not run, I called shawn because of other good reviews and he arranged a pick up of the machine from my home, addressed all the problems and delivered it back to my home. We just had 18+ inches of snow and the snowblower cleared my driveway and surrounding areas with ease, like a brand new machine. The positive reviews were right on point and I do say" MONEY WELL SPENT" Thank you Shawn for a job well done! I would like to add that the snowblower went through the mound the snowplow truck made with ease as well.

I left a message with him along with a few other places to get estimates for my snowblower. When he called back and went over his initial fees, he was very dramatic in explaining the labor involved and was already talking about taking my whole blower apart and the work involved. I felt very uneasy. I said thanks but I already scheduled at another place(with a cheaper diagnostic fee). He asked where I was taking it and how much they were charging me and I made the mistake of telling him. He spent the next 5 minutes bashing this well known, neighborhood hardware store, trying to convince me they were going to overcharge and rip me off, to the point I had to cut him off and hang up. All he did was make me even more uncomfortable with him and his business and even more comfortable with the other. The best/funniest part of it all, my snowblower was repaired for LESS than his diagnostic fee alone. Lol. Very unprofessional all around.
My second time using Shawn. Winch cable broke in the middle of plowing snow on a Sunday. He was there that evening to pick up my machine. Everything fixed and returned in 4 days. Good guy. Very capable.
Had both a snow blower n generator not starting. Shawn came and took both. He called with the cost to fix them, seemed ok. He fixed both and explained all he did. Service did not take long to get fixed and back to me. I would recommend.
I owned a Tecumseh Treme Auger Snowblower since 2005 , and it’s been a good running machine for 19 Snow season . Now here it is November 2025 my machine cranks, but it won’t turn over my first problem I go online to find a repair shop near me, Shawn‘s property and equipment maintenance. I call and leave a message within A couple hours they get back to me make arrangements to pick up the machine. Do a teardown. Tell me what’s wrong. Give me a quote and get the machine back to me in 2 1/2 weeks running like new they drop it off and the next day it snows that’s what I call professional service so thank you property and equipment maintenance from one satisfied customer keep it going good.

Shawn was at our new house within a very short time from my help asap call. Our new to us very used farm tractor was not cooperating. Very wise and hoping once he gets it to the shop n gets her parts, we will be golden. Dang nice had a buffAT with the wires, fuel pump decided it was retiring. Carb rebuild on order.
But wow service like this, right on yr property, is amazing. Customer for life!!
Spoke to him about fixing my motorcylce. Specifically told him not to fix anything until we agreed on prices n the work. He said well Im gonna have to look at it n see wats wrong ok I agree a lil time n labor cool. Get a phone call a few days later hey ur bikes done . Huh how ? We never spoke about any work or prices and the bill was over 1k$ lmfao and for wat the custom battery strap he made out of electrical tape. For charging the new battery he said was old that I have the receipt for that was just bought. Adjusting the throttle. O he said he pulled the tank is that why it sits in my driveway since the day he dropped it off grabbed the money n high tailed it quicker than the flash bc he knew he was ripping me off. He put the tank back on must have messed something up bc its leaking gas all over the engine. Thankfully noticed the leak before riding i did start it though prior pretty cool that u picked it up without it backfiring and now it sounds like the 4th of july after u "worked" on it

Very poor businessman. Came to look and give us a quote on windows and floor, said he would give us the best price. We trusted him because he did work for our neighbor and said he would give us a good deal. When he came to take measurements we gave him a deposit and received no receipt or any paperwork even though I asked and he said he would print it out but never did. He called us over a week later after saying he would take a couple of days to get us a quote and he gave us an OUTRAGEOUS price. We had a quote from a big name company who was cheaper than the quote he gave. No surprise but when we asked for the deposit back he said no.
It was totally a hoax, I told him that I needed an inspection and he did a job without my approval, and ended up charging more than what the machine cost me, I do not recommend it at all, it is a total deception and it is not professional, it was an industrial salt machine and he took advantage of me
Had some pretty large trees in the yard that needed to come down. Shawn came out and dropped them with ease and at a fraction of the price of anyone else. Has an impressive boom truck set up with just about every tool imaginable to work on anything from snowblowers to semi trucks. Will not hesitate to call him again in the future.
Shawn has been very thorough on the phone and very professional overall. He was very willing to help me with my situation and I look forward to the next blizzard.
Shawn was fantastic. An older oil furnace stopped working in Poconos area in middle of winter. We called on Sunday and he immediately called us back. He came out the following day and troubleshooted the issue, cleaned out the oil lines and filter from the tanks to the furnace, cleared the stoppage inside the furnace and replaced the components that had burnt out. He explained what he needed to do and answered all my questions. Very professional, thorough, experienced and knowledgeable. We will be using his company for further work. Highly recommend.
Had an issue my 20 year old Troy Bilt snow blower, the auger wouldn't turn any more. Searched out for snow blower maintenance near me and found Shawn's company. I called and left a message regarding my issue and Shawn called back within a minute or two. We talked about the issue and he stopped by the house the same afternoon to pick up the blower and bring it back to his shop. I'm going to go ahead and have the repairs and maintenance done by Shawn, he did thorough triage on the machine and quoted a price for the work. So far so good with my experience, I'll share more when I get the snow blower back.
First time using Shawn's services. He responded immediately to my call. Was able to pickup the snowblower same day I called. Gave me his rates to pick up & drop off upfront. Had the snowblower repaired & back to me in 2 days. Just in time for this winters first snow storm! Highly recommend this guy!
I called shawn the night before this snow storm. Not only did he responded back the same day. He came out and picked up my units, the next morning. He fixed it with instructions on what to do in the future. This was great service and will recommend and use in the future
When my lawnmower broke down I called Shawn. He responded quickly. The mower needed a complete overhaul of the motor. A lot of work but he had it done in two days. Working with Shawn I would recommend him to service any mechanical job. He has the knowledge, competence and a strong work ethic to get the job done.
Services Rendered: brakes, rotors, rear calipers, fluid check, diagnostic check.
I called Shawn for breaks and rotors on my VW that was not road safe. He showed up to my house with everything needed to get the job done. While doing the work we found out that one of my rear calipers needed to be replaced. We scheduled a day for him to come back and he not only fixed everything that I needed but he also looked over everything under the hood. Shawn’s prices were reasonable and fair. He was clean, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He will be getting a call from me in the future for not only mechanical work but for handyman services as well.
Shawn did a great job cutting down a couple ash trees! He was prompt and professional. He went out of his way to make sure nothing got damaged where the trees fell.
