I live in Morris County NJ & every Saturday I drive to St.Josephs Center in Scranton Pa. On my way back this Saturday I hit a Pot hole and experienced flat tire with my sports car (That doesn't have spare tire)around mile marker 1.1.Fortunatly AAA dispatched Pocono Towing Inc.My AAA pkg was only good for 3 miles( LOL) I needed to be towed back to Madison NJ from Gouldsboro Pa.The Supervisor on phone & driver Billy were not only gentlemen, but treated me fair and with dignity and respect.I was vulnerable and they could have taken advantage because I didn't have any other solution.Noth gentlemen were a joy to deal with and I would refer them with confidence to anyone in the North Pocono/Pocono area.

They brought me gas, leaned against my car and scratched it with the can and won't pay for the damages. 2023 is the year of my car
, they've got the claim to my first scratch. I'll never use them, never recommend them for anything. $250 to remove the scratch, I hope this review continues to cost them exponentially
My wife got a flat on the way to school with 2 kids last week. Pocono towing was out to help her in 20 mins. They also had a new tire ordered and mounted shortly after that. Great service

Zack did a great job, I got stuck in 2 feet snow near a warehouse at 8pm and it was so scary and it was a winter blizzard but thank God Zack came in within 15 min and towed my car to a safe place.
Additional info - he is mopar guy and loves muscle car and take Xtra care wen ur vehicle is a Mopar

I called them and left a message for them to call me back. They never did. Lucky one of my family members came and got me unlike them. I never got a call or anything.
My car was having problems starting and the owner zach came right away to jump my car. He also fixed up some stuff that was loose ! Great service. I always recommend my friends go through pocono towing!
The Tow Truck driver said my car was totaled. I thought otherwise for the radiator wasn't damaged. I was about to junk the car until my son-in-law went to take a look. He had fixed 90% of the car in 4 days.
Definitely the most courteous team in the Poconos! Friendly and responsive phone call with Zach; Jackson arrived promptly and did a super job, excellent customer service. Will definitely call again when we need a tow!

This tow company was so freaking great. They was fantastic. We had a nail in our tire at 7:00am . They didn’t open up till 8. We call they phone he answered and said he be there in 10 minutes. He fix the nail and patched it. But it didn’t hold us. So we pulled over and he came back and changed our tire and got us going back on the road. He came and help us right away. He was so great to us.

These guys are awesome! Always there when they say they will be and very quickly! They are more than reasonable! We refer hundreds of our customers to them for towing and not one person has ever been dissatisfied! Great family owned local business who cares about their customers. Thanks Zach and crew!
We had car towed they did good job on that! This week we needed our bike towed they told us they would pick it up the next day and days late still nothing! We calling them they are not picking up the phones we don’t know what’s going on! But not cool they left us dry
Avoid this place like the plague. Never experienced that level of disrespect from anyone let alone a place I'm giving my money to. They have no clue on how to run a business.
These guys picked me up in the middle of the night, brought me to their shop...and REPLACED MY WHEEL for me. Above and beyond service and I was back on the road able to get home. These guys have your back and do fantastic business.
I don't know what Martin (1 star review) was talking about at all...I heard the martin story and its almost comical.
I just called them and told them I needed vehicle picked up in Long Pond. The guy on the phone told mw he could not go to Long Pond. When I asked why not - he just said “f*** you” and hung up.
