I needed a tow and called one who wanted to charge over 600 dollars to go a few miles. I truly believe a scam. I was referred to this business and I can not thank the kind tow truck driver enough. Fast, professional, and very kind.
This company is the worst. When I got in my accident and totaled my car, they were the ones the police had tow my car. These guys refused to let me get my personal belongings out of my car without paying $300 cash up front. Also, when I finally did get my stuff out of my car, it was clear that they went rummaging through my personal belongings because they pulled certain items out of my bag and laid it on the seat, like who do they think they are? These guys are scam artists and will unethically rob you at your lowest point. Absolutely disgusting!
I left a 5 star review and was very pleased with this business yesterday. This morning I was in an accident and that car is done. I had a 2003 acura that hasn't been ran in about a yr as my only option for a vehicle. They were able to get 2 parts from somewhere else to be able to get everything done. They close at 6 and it's currently 6:20 and there still working on tbe back of saying they would be able to get my acura done today. Highly recommend and am thankful for this establishment.
Very knowledgeable. Never overcharge or attempt to swindle, persuade, etc. Super friendly, family owned staple of Muncy PA. Been in business a very long time. That should speak volumes in this day and age.
Needed a tow on a Saturday afternoon. AAA contracted tow service would only tow to their shop, not my house, so Brelsford to the rescue. The guy was super friendly and was to me within 15 minutes. He was very cautious handling the car as it sits very low and also took the time to explain what appeared to be the cause. Would definitely recommend.
Complete jerks. I was informed after having them tow my vehicle from an accident that they would not release my car with an insurance claim. They wanted cash upfront. Then when I went to get my car they had it chained to another car and never told me. I had to have my husband look under my car to see why I couldn't move.
I called for a tow early on a Sunday morning and the owner was at my location in a half hour. Easy to work with! Immediate response, and fulfilled my exact needs. A++ service.
I had a water pump replaced on my pickup. Drop off to pickup was barely 24hrs. They did a fantastic job and the total was less than their estimate. I found my new garage.
Was doing work in the area and had a trailer issue. They not only fixed me right up with no notice but also was super reasonable on the pricing. As a business owner myself these people are "topnotch" and "fair". I would highly recommend them.
Great prices, great service! Nothing better than supporting your local businesses over the big wig companies and odds are, it'll be cheaper. Quality service from mechanics who've been grease monkeys for a long time. Experience goes a long way when you are putting your baby in their hands. This business has been around for a long time and have been involved in great events in the surrounding area. Odds are, you've heard of the place, have been through the doors or rode on a bus to school with the name on the side. Can't go wrong here. If you have a break down (which you will), an accident, need repairs, inspections, oil change, go here. Unfortunately our cars will always need fixing, fortunately Brelsford Motors will always be here to fix it for us.
