Went in for a oil bundle and recieved the same bad service from same employee I am done with the bad sevice. This person walked away in the middle of the sale and did not returnns she could not keep her temper under check. This is not to reflect on the manger as he was very kind and helpful.
I will be taking my business for oil and maybe other parts in the future

As a woman, I hate going to auto parts stores, but I LOVE this store. This store us so unique because you'll notice the staff is almost entirely women from what ive experienced!
I can finally go into an auto parts store and not be stared at like a piece of meat, or treated as if I know nothing about cars because Im a woman. I go out of my way to come here because I love working on my car, so I'm incredibly happy to have somewhere to go that I feel comfortable shopping.
We were on the road from east Kansas to central Massachusetts when our old Toyota Corolla started acting dodgy and the engine light came on. Angie at the Muncy PA Auto Zone took things in hand in a friendly, fast and efficient manner. Diagnosis done the problem was the alternator on that old beater. She found us a shop and we were back on the road in a couple hours. Traveling is stressful enough when things go right. It is nice when things go wrong to find a dedicated professional who does her job well. A potential big problem made manageable is the result we wanted and it’s what we got. It was all in a days work for Angie I am sure but we will remember how well we were treated for life.
Went in an bought a few things and the girl at the counter was really nice and had to order some parts and was told they would be in the next day well I called the following day and someone canceled my stuff even know I had already paid for them ,don't make any sense
Don't shop here, take your business to FREEZERS AUTO PARTS!!! Auto zone never has what you want in store, had to run to williamsport to pick up the rest of my order already paid for, and it wasn't even in the system, from Muncy store like the cashier said it was.
Had a great experience here. I was waited on by a part time employee and that made absolutely no difference in how well I was treated. He knew right where the part I needed was, made a few additional recommendations and was just all around a good, knowledgeable, polite and helpful guy. This is what I look for in a store. Please keep up the great work!
75 year old lady I am, just came from Auto Zone in Muncy, PA. I had to get replacement blades for my 2016 Chevy Equinox. I had no clue as to what I needed but the 3 young men there were so helpful not only finding what I needed, but explaining why one blade was longer than the other. But, the most helpful thing was, they installed them for me, one young man was leaving for the day and he stopped to help the other. I cannot say thank enough to these three young men, 2 of them working and the other leaving for the day! These men were working 9/10/2022 at at approximately 4 or 5 P.
To whomever the “manager” is in there with a beard and gauges in his ears. Left me walk out of there in tears bc I obviously rubbed him the wrong way. I was humiliated in front of my child. I asked for my money back and will never do business on that place again!!
