The staff at Scranton Iaai should be the reference point of how all other branches are to be conducted! They go above and beyond to help everyone from the buyer to the transporters. They’ve all been polite, respectful and professional for the last 8 years.
I had a very good experience at IAA in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Got me through all of my questions I would give them definitely a thumbs up. Tammy and Amy in the office and Mike and Randy out in the yard. Everything went seamlessly.

Title: Disappointing Experience with 2011 r4
I purchased almost 6 ago month's the 2011 R4 and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Never sent me the title , and when I sought assistance, I received little to no response from the staff. I attempted to speak with the manager, who mentioned they had spoken but never did made wrong statement.
Additionally, the description of the vehicle was misleading, which has added to my frustration. I expected a more transparent and supportive experience when purchasing a car. I hope the auction can improve their communication and customer service in the future be more transparents,
Crooks tried to sell a car here and it did not sell they never. I never received a call that it didn’t sell. And just received a call that it need to be picked up and I was being charged storage fees because they failed to tell me to pick it up or if it sold or now. The car was returned with 1 key and not 2 , also my stabilizer was broken alignment was off, and they stole the brand new battery I put in the car. these guys are crooks stay away use Copart instead.
There's a beautiful hard working women by the name of Tammy. She makes anyone come back and do business with IAA she does her job as she should goes far and beyond for the costumers but also for the company .
Please have patients be respectful and the things will get done !
Not dealing with these clowns. They just keep calling and calling. I told my insurance to deal with them, and evidently they refuse and just keep calling. Typical towing company trash.

Bought a vehicle from them. They sucked every bit of gas out of it so it wouldn't even start. They do this to every car they sell. Pay attention you'll see every car is empty. The manager even brags he doesn't care how bad his personal vehicle is on gas that he gets free!
Nice staff. Helpful at the counter. Check in and paperwork was fast. I came during a live auction so it took a really long time to get loaded.
Unlike some of the yards the loader was pretty cool without a bad attitude.
